German Motors has excellent customer service. Moshe has been my service advisor. He has been very accommodating and straight forward which is appreciated. The first time I reached out to them was regarding an aftermarket exhaust. They were honest and directed me to a specialist exhaust shop. The second time they checked out my car for a coolant leak, washed my car and I can't even recall if they charged me. The third time I got preventative maintenance done and even worked with me on a small discrepancy. I have an M340i and I've had a pleasant experience at this shop. I recommend it.

Had an issue and was able to get in the same day, was picking up my car the next day with repairs complete. Dave and Fernando were both great service advisors! Dave even stayed late for me when I was running behind picking up my car. I will definitely be returning when I need service or repairs in the future.

German Motors has done an excellent job with my various repairs. The service advisors and technicians are very responsive and will talk at length over the phone about every detail of your vehicle and the various options you have. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Euro focused shop.

It's never pleasant having your vehicle at the repair shop. Especially if the problem has not been specifically identified. However, it's pretty seamless with "German Motors". They are efficient, good communicators, professional, and don't give you the 'hard sell' on getting some work done that you probably don't need. On top of that, I feel that their pricing is fair!!

BE CAREFUL - They are so nice, until you catch them lying. Then, they blame everything on you... 5x the quote of time and money is a huge deal, but being talked down too when you have proof is where I draw the line. Elsewhere is likely a better option!

They always get my cars in the perfect condition!! Words couldn’t even express my appreciation for this team here!! Not only is the service amazing but they are extremely professional and even made sure to have their concierge take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Techs are good, office and owner are another story. Was basically called a liar, and when I showed call logs proving it, owner was rude and asked why I agreed to pay instead of taking it somewhere else. They charged me things they didn't do (drain and drop gas tank, when they simply lifting up back seat) gagues that were fine at drop off were then broken, likely or at least POSSIBLY due to not disconnecting battery before working on the fuel pump. Basic first step, as seen in all tutorials online, and they "never do that" according to owner Doush. Bottom line, quoted $600 and a couple of days, and ended up over $3000 and almost 8 weeks for about $200 worth of parts and maybe 4 hours of work total. Biggest complaint isn't the high cost, it's the way I was talked down too, misquoted, lied to, and unreal delays and lack of communication, which they will lie about and blame on you regardless if you have proof or not... and that will cost YOU. But hey, it's a nice building. Good techs. Good luck! (Somewhere else)

German Motors is awesome! Fernando was understanding, and listened to my request. I explained that I had driven from Alaska and my primary concern was the A/C. Anything else was incidental at this point. It was like driving around in an oven with ambient temperatures well above 100 F. He said no promises but we can probably have an answer within an hour. I was there at 0800 the next morning. By 1 pm my A/C was working great, the tires were rotated and balanced, the oil/filter was changed, and a couple ram air parts were replaced. I found these folks only after Frank’s Automotive did nothing but disappoint. Thank you German Motors!

Service writer Dave was great to talk to. He was very understanding of my concerns and took time to make sure everything was good. Which I really appreciate. I've been looking for a trusted place in Vegas to service my BMW. Looks like this will be my place after several others.

German Motors is the best! They have excellent customer service by keeping the client updated on the repairs and repaired my vehicle timely. After years of going to dealerships with poor customer service and inconsistent evaluations of issues, I found German Motors to be honest and accurate in advising what repairs were needed. Their pricing is also fair compared to dealerships. Highly recommend you have your vehicle serviced with them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.i took my BMW to this place because it had great reviews and stars so i thought it was gonna be a good place ! It was the opposite ! I don’t even know how this place has 4.6 stars it should have 0 stars !! the worst worst place no one take your car there !!!!! So rude not professional at all took my money ! and didn’t even fix my car over 1500$ worst customer service ever they do not not know what there doing My car was not fixed. they just put up excuses and took about 2 months with my car just to end up saying they couldn’t fix it and they were still asking for more money and on top of everything there so rude disrespectful not helpful at all

German Motors fixed the air condition in my 2011 Volvo XC90. It's very cold & mechanic checked all the fluids, brakes & everything to make sure it's safe to drive. It's my first visit to German Motors & Dave customer service is very friendly, professional & knowledgeable about cars. I'm happy customer & the price is reasonable with yelp discount. I will refer this shop to my family & friends.

Trustworthy, fair, honest, reliable and dependable auto service shop. If you have a german car and your warranty is over at the dealership, come to German Motors. Less expensive and they don’t play games. Volkswagen wanted over $5K for some “needed” service. I took my Jetta 2017 fot second opinion at German Motors and all my car needed was a $500 part/ service. They saved me over $4,500 dollars! Thank you German Motors! This is why I keep going to you guys! Thanks Dave for your honesty and professionalism!

Went to Las Vegas for a graduation trip with my friends back in June and my BMW broke down on the way out of town. I called my uncle who has been a mechanic for 30+ years and he told me to take it to German Motors and I am so glad I did. As soon as I arrived, Josh helped me check in my car and told me exactly what was going on. My timing belt had cracks and the tensioner needed to be replaced, Josh ordered the timing belt and tensioner kit and had it replaced within 2-3 hours. Everyone in the office was very helpful and Josh had us back on the road in no time. German Motors is the place to go in Vegas if you encounter any sort of car trouble!

Being new to the area on the hottest week of the year so far the last thing you want is for your air conditioning to go out. thankfully, I contacted German motors. They got me in quickly. They took care of my problem and got me out the same day, the air conditioning is working fine now so good job and hopefully it stays keeping me cool.

German Motors fixed my car after BMW dealer couldn't fix it. Highly recommend these mechanics, and the staff is great. Prefer German Motors over BMW dealers. Highly recommend. 10 stars. I won't go anywhere else. They are stuck with me. Will refer friends.
