Hands down the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. From start to current. You always worry about being taken advantage of. At no point did I feel that. High quality work, I received updates regularly. I was given options and they were flexible. I will never take my vehicles anywhere but here. Excellent customer service. Especially during a time when customer serice is " iffy " at most places. Post pandemic. They get you in and fix your car in a reasonable time. You can drop it off and pick it up before and after hours. I think what the greatest thing is tho - they explain whats goin on with the car in a way you can understand. Thats so important to me. Sergio is the man !
