Saab had a blown had gasket, they got me in right away they were very communicative, price was very fair and they went above and beyond. Would definitely come back here if I had any issues.

I have been bringing my e60 M5 here for a while now. All the staff have been up front and professional about any costs or services I may need. I have brought my car here for repairs as well as general maintenance. I highly recommend the team at German Star Motors. I always feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands.

This shop was quick, friendly, and honest. I brought my VW in for a misfiring issue in Cylinder #2. I thought it only needed a carbon cleaning but I needed an injector replaced. They suggested I replace all injectors instead of one which I did, it only took a day to order the parts and do the work. Now the car drives like it’s brand new. Smooth engine, great fuel mileage. They also replaced a coolant pipe at only the cost of the part since it was accessible. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but it’s a German car so it’s expected, the dealership would’ve been as much or more, so 10/10 for knowledge, and customer service. I will chose them every time for future service needs.

Eugene and Constantine treated me with courtesy and professionalism. They told all the costs up front and fixed my wife's 2009 Audi TT tail lights quickly. As a matter of fact I had my dialysis treatment that day they finished so fast I could not pick it up. They held my car over night, locking it up in the shop, and I picked up the next day. I completely recommend this business. As a side note, they just don't work on German cars. They work on all models I am taking my 2016 Chevy Equinox there.

I recently brought my Volkswagen GTI to German Star Motors and spent $3,000 addressing several issues. I left with a few additional recommendations, but the car only ran for two days before experiencing a catastrophic failure. We had it towed back to the shop, where they quoted another $5,000 for additional repairs. Ultimately, we ended up selling the car for parts. A word of caution for anyone considering this shop: they are unethical and also use a predatory loan company called Easy Pay Finance, which comes with an outrageous 179% interest rate. I would strongly advise caution if you're considering their services.

I came here for a transmission flush. They let be bring my own fluid and filter which made the price cheaper, and definitely was a plus. (They only charged me labor and hazard waste fees). They were also able to do same day service for me which was also a huge plus! I highly recommend German Star Motors for all your European car maintenance/repair needs.

This shop is amazing. They checked out my AMG and told me what I needed to get it road ready. In 2 days I had my car back running just fine. I was so impressed that I'm taking my other to them for service.
