Brought my mini here to have it checked for any inside damage from an accident. Took them only 50 mins and was very detailed in explaining things my car needs. I was not even charged. Will definitely be bringing my car here for maintenance. Thank you!

I had a pretty good experience here, they installed a new clutch / flywheel / throw out bearing in my diesel Jetta, as well as a manual transmission service + an axle. They got the car done in two days which was impressive. Great customer service, but do not expect it to be cheap. The labor rate is a little high but you pay for what you get. Bridget was very professional & friendly, if you have a german car i’d recommend this shop. Very few places would even touch my Jetta due to it being a TDI, they did it in a heartbeat and i’m confident in their repairs.*UPDATE* I have taken the car back to get more done to it. They have been absolutely fantastic, i seriously cannot recommend them enough. Brad & Bridget have been a pleasure to work with. I have never seen a shop so well ran before.

Didn't realize when I took my 328 in once that I was signing up for spam emails and texts in perpetuity. Absolutely zero reapect for their customers. Also get your estimate in writing because they tried to tack on extra charges after the fact

I have been looking for a new mechanic for my air cooled 911, and gave them a shot. I am very happy with the work, after a couple other shops were unable to resolve my engine issues. They communicated with me through the entire diagnosis process and even gave me access to a running invoice, pictures of the recommended repairs, and future items to address. Needless to say, they are my new go-to for my German cars.

I had a good experience with GermanTech. Because of my work schedule I did not engage with anyone in person. I both dropped car off, and picked up, after hours. Repairs took slightly longer than anticipated but I'd rather things be done correctly than rush. I also did not have much time to compare pricing for repairs but pricing seemed appropriate for type. Facility appeared clean and orderly which goes a long way towards confidence. I like that their focus is on German cars.

Mercedes 2013 E350 front office staff always very professional and friendly and mechanics do excellent work. Very happy with service Fair prices considering always expensive to get German imports repaired and to feel confident repairs and maintenance done correctly with proper parts

These guys saved me. We were on a road trip and our my car broke down. We were searching ALL over Louisville for help with our VW and no one could fit us in. I found this place and called them spoke with the advisors and told him our situation. We were able to bring it in and they were able to diagnose it pretty quickly. We had to do a pretty major repair, but they explained how they came to that conclusion and gave us a few different options. I am forever grateful that I found this shop on our roadtrip. They are honest and trustworthy. So so so so thankful!! Thank you guys for helping us out!!

This was my first visit to this shop and I was impressed. The front desk, the shop foreman, and the service tech were all extremely knowledgeable and professional. The service write up and explanations of work to be done were conveyed by email/video and were thoroughly explained. After picking up my vehicle the shop foreman and service tech took time going over how I could safely maximize my tuned car’s performance! I will be using them in the future. Thanks again!

The people at Germantech were nothing short of hospitable and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. Not just one of the mechanics, but everyone from the front of the shop to the back. These guys found the problem that 2 other mechanics couldn't find and fixed my car at half the price. Would recommend them everyday all day

I contacted GermanTech for significant work (several oil leaks) on my daughters BMW. Not being from the local area, I had to rely on customer reviews and phone communications. I couldn't have been more happy with the results. They provided a free rental for my daughter while her car was in the shop. They also communicated regularly alone the way as they got into the repair and discovered other issues that needed attention beyond what was estimated. I took advantage of a couple of issues and declined others without feeling any pressure from our customer service rep (Bridget). She was very knowledgeable of what was going on with the repair and sympathetic to me trying to get my daughter's car into a safe and derivable condition with consideration of cost to me. At the end of the repair I got a detailed report of what was fixed and what might need attention in the future. Their warranty exceeded the local BMW dealership and other shops I'd called in the area. The facilities appeared clean and well equipped with a number of service bays busy with work. It had a very professional feel to it. I even received a follow-up email asking about my satisfaction with the repair and their availability to service my daughters car in the future. They have earned my confidence and respect for future work. I don't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation!

These folks are really good at what they do. I especially enjoy the emailed approval document that they send after the assessment. Even included pictures of some of the stuff that needed to be repaired. I was able to go through and approve each thing that I wanted to be completed. Never had that before and it really gave me the time to think and research each item. The work was performed timely and - to me - seemed to be done very professionally. Everyone that I communicated with was very nice and helpful. This place makes me wish I owned more German cars!

Took my 2018 GLC 300 4Matic in for maintenance service after being dissatisfied at another place. I am satisfied that the required maintenance was completed to the manufacturer standards. Scheduling an appointment was easy and nighttime drop off made it convenient.

Again another satisfied customer. German maintenance is never cheap and cheap work is never good. They somehow made it reasonably and went above and beyond.
