Very poor customer service, Made us go to a store down the street to sign a paper told us excuse after excuse, NEVER answered our calls and then tell is we were going to be charged a storage fee and then When we said we are coming to get our car he did and could not find it. After telling him we are going to call police the suprisnly found the key.. DO NOT GO HERESCAMMERS!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the customer service and the job done on my car. No services were enforced. All my options for parts were explained. Prices are very affordable too. Best place in Houston I have taken my car to.

The best thing at Gessner Auto Tech is the invoice matches the estimate. There are absolutely no hidden fees. Al worked with me when I decided not to file a claim on my Lexus and gave me a very reasonable price to fix a dent and do a paint job. Looks as good as new!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY TOOK $11,000 IN FRONT OF THE POLICE, FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY LIBERTY MUTUAL AND NEVER FIXED MY CAR THAT I DROPPED OFF AND STOLE IT AFTER THEY CLAIMED IT WAS FIXED! They also operate under Astro Collision, which is a fake business that only operates as a DBA. Gessner Auto Tech is also a DBA type fake business with a cloth on their fence as their business sign. Do not ever use the shop for repairs or any other business transactions. This dealership allowed their employee larry, who they said was their employee or lot renter, but turned out to be Al's partner in crime, to steal my vehicle off of their lot after repairing it and is now denying ever having my vehicle. Do not deal with any of their employees Larry or Al. They are both con artists and they will scam anyone they can. They will pay for repairs, then get tens and thousands of dollars from the insurance companies who think they are paying out for repairs and afterwards I found out they placed a fraudulent mechanical lien on my vehicle. Stay away from this business at all costs. also, they stole my car from my house 2 different times, and reported it to the finance company and police as a repossession. They scammed the finance company after this for money. They also disconnected my gps/lowjack, so the car wouldn't be located while being stolen. They stole many things off my car and never repaired or replaced what they were paid 11k for. They operate under a lot of addresses and have been doing so for over 20 years!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE! They stole my mother’s car & wont give it back! Al (the owner I’m guessing) told us that some crack head next door is who stole the car when all reality he was the crack head that took it. This is not the first time this had happened either! DO NOT GO THERE! I have voice recordings to him on the phone with her too! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CONNIVING INDIVIDUALS, MR. AL TOOK ADVANTAGE WHEN HE SAW ME COME IN AFTER A SMALL FENDER BENDER. HE SAID HE WOULD GET ME A RENTAL AND ALMOST 2 WEEKS IN NO RENTAL AND HE NEVER CALLED THE INSURANCE I HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL HIM AND JUST KEPT PULLING ME ALONG. UNTIL MY HUSBAND GOT INVOLVED. HE LITERALLY CHARGED US 1,000 TO LET US TAKE OUR CAR OUT OF THE LOT HE TOOK MY BACK BUMPER OUT AND THE ONLY DAMAGE MY CAR HAD WAS THE BACK DRIVERS SIDE WHEEL WE TOOK OUR CAR ELSEWHERE. AND I FINALLY GOT MY RENTAL. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!! Please stay very very very far away from this place. Absolute night mare. Took them two months to fix a simple bumper. In that whole time they kept me in the dark. Not communicating with insurance company, with enterprise or with me. They lost my key that they did not pay me back for. They forgot to plug my radiator fan back in which made my engine over heat. They left things unscrewed. One of the worst car experiences I’ve ever had. With even just a small amount of effort you can find better. This review is actually light in comparison to the exotic had here. Definitely scam artist here. STAY AWAY!!!

Word of advice ! Stay clear of Al and Larry . Over a month ago . These clowns came and got my Daughter's car to repair it . They promised a rental car in a couple days . So 2 weeks later . After literally close to 100 phone calls . Al said he had a car . I carried my daughter there to pick it up . It was a beater piece of junk . It ran hot on the way home . By her car was still sitting and no repairs had been started . Let's get back to the rental car . Is was supposed to be 20.00 a day . Once again after about another 45 or so phone calls . Al answered the phone . I told Al that the car was junk and we needed another rental car . It never happened . Al told me he didn't own the business . Why is his number listed on there website . My daughter racked up close to 3k worth of rentals fees from Budget because of these clowns . The insurance company said the car is totaled . When at first they authorized almost 9k for repairs . Then they called last week and said it was total loss . Al and Larry want release the car to the insurance company . They have sent the insurance company claims of which some are scandalous . This place is your worst nightmare . Al and Larry still want answer our phone calls . Beware of this place . Don't take your car there . Now we have to sue them in court . Stay away !!!!!

very courteous no hidden fees work is excellent I had two vehicles one was covered by my insurance he took care of everything even the rental car the second vehicle I did not file a claim he worked with me and worked with me on price treats customers like family. I highly recommend him for your paint and body work

Mr. Al was great, very nice, and professional. They fixed my front bumper in 2 hours. The guys working there were fast, and did a great job. It was great, I will definitely go back.
