Purchased a used 2005 jeep wrangler with the AC not working, I brought it to g&g they initially had trouble identifying the problem, this is understandable a/c can be tricky after identifying the problem fixed the issue the a/c now blows ice cold. they provided great service and conduct business like professionals. They also did a free curtisy inspection and tire rotation and gave me my next oil change free.

Had a really good experience both times I took different cars in. They did not try and sell me Anything I didn't need, And they were not afraid to answer any questions I had took time with me. I highly recommend them.I will be using them for future needs.

I have had good experiences so far with G and G. They thoroughly explained a coolant leak they found on a safety inspection and promptly fixed it. Their courtesy transportation to drop customers off somewhere during the service is appreciated. They take the time and care to diagnose a problem before making unnecessary repairs.

It was a regrettable experience taking my truck here to have the engine rebuilt. They kept the truck for over 12 months. They didn’t do the repair; they subbed the work out. I stopped by to check on progress only to find my truck sitting in the back lot with the windows down… WINDOWS DOWN IN BAKERSFIELD!!! I had to deal with Eric, unfortunately. I was charged above the quote because they would not give me the keys unless I did. The truck broke down 15 minutes down the 99. The manager called to apologize and said they did not do the right thing by me and was sorry but made no offer to refund any of the money. I highly recommend it if you have time for run-a-round broken promises, sketchy employees, and sub-standard work.

Massive parts markup, near 300%. When I asked about a quote without the part they increased the labor cost. In the future Michael Roberts you shouldnt tell customers "there's nothing I can do to stop you avoiding the markup", that's a red flag and then to raise the labor cost after is salt on the wound. I would not recommend anyone going to this shop for part replacment. If you do go to this shop absolutely bring your own parts, they are price gouging customers and by not providing a quote that includes with and without part is borderline scamming. I will take my vehicle to a more trustworthy shop.

Thank you, G & G Auto Repair! It’s such a comfort to have confidence in the people taking care of my car. Automotive care is not something I know much about but with G & G they walk me through/help me learn what needs to be addressed and the estimated cost. They give me space to make my decision and work with me scheduling a time, if it’s a go for me. The turn around time has been tremendously good. All the guys I’ve encountered are a real joy, (thank you, Michael and Mike) and changes are being made to provide more customer comfort. HUGE kudos to G&G Auto Repair! Michael Roberts was who took care of me, and he was great. He made me feel valued and happy that I went to G & G. I have been to other places to have my car serviced and was not enthusiastic about being there. I enjoyed this place. The banter between employees made it feel like a family business and a friendly place to be. They were not only friendly though. They were also very thorough and professional. I am quite pleased with my service and highly recommend G&G Auto Repair for your car repair needs.

Visited G&G for an oil change for the first time, and they definitely got my reoccurring business! Very helpful and efficient team. They got me in for a last minute appointment, said it might take awhile but got me in and out very quick. Very nice guys, and can’t beat the prices. Definitely recommend!

Perry is very helpful. He is also very knowledgeable about our car problems. Our RAM 3500 truck died because of transmission and clutch malfunctioning. We also bring our Range Rover LR4 to them. They take care both of our cars. UPDATE 10/19/2022: They also fixed our emergency brake and did maintenance for our LR4. UPDATE 03/20/2024: We still bring our cars to G and G until now. Trustworthy mechanics. UPDATE 08/15/2024: We bring our Jeep and BMW to G and G. They know how to fix these cars.
