My wife took our car for a simple fix and they did a horrible job. Of course they refused to refund. They will try to deceive you as if you were stupid. --- Your reply is a lie. You did a basic job that of course didnt work. The undercarriage was broken a few hours later. How can you possible argue that I hit something? If you'd have any decency you would either try to fix it well or refund the money

My husband stopped by to get some air. Mind you air is for free at the service spots and this guy named Luis told him is a $3 charge!!Absolutely disgusting to even say that to your customers. I would never ever do business or purchase my tires through them ever again!

Thanks to the Giant Tire Team I am able to have my race car ready for this weekend races at Sebring Speedway . Andy and his crew went out of their way to replace both of my car rear axels and also ran an undercarriage safety check to make sure that it was all safe to go I have no words to express my gratitude to all of them for helping me when I needed it the most .

Took my jeep to get the brakes check. Brake pads and rotors were replaced. The brakes made a squeeky noise. They were replaced by warranty. It kept making the noise and i was told that they wont be providing any more warranty because the parts they sold are not for my type of car. I trusted their expertise. They sell Low quality parts, beware !!

Went there because I had nail on my tire, they could not find the hole, they just fill the tire back and said it only was low, 2 hours after I was back with the same problem they did not repair the tire they only put a plug which anyone can do, I went there because I thought the were a tire shop. Bad service, bad business I regret going there.

A couple months of bringing my car to them for alignment I went back (under the service warranty) because the car was pulling. I was told there was a mechanical problem with the car and was not possible to align correctly. After a more than a year and without changing any parts I was able to align at TIRE PLUS down tte street with no problems.

Beware Luis and it’s mechanics would repair the wrong thing take you money and lie with no fact or acceptance of wrong doing and charge you more. I write this review as I know there is people out there in necessity looking for an honest shop but this is the wrong spot!! Wrong spot trust me Took my truck to get a coolan leak from right side infront of the hood . And They chng hoses comIng out of the CAB into the side of engine they said it was that and was fixed next day same leak on the floor coming from front of hood right side took it back they said was fixed and no leak was found a lie .-as soon i picked it up same leak.l happening instantly visible on the ground. there onsite me looking at it realized the leak was from the reservoir tank. They charged 400 for something that had nothing todo with what I took it for. I ended up changing buying the tank as they wanted more money and would not recognize their mistake. Beware!! Not the spot you want to trust with your money or car. Also they do work for highway patrols vehicle I would be writing a letter to fhp so they could know the deshonesty from this company.

By far the worst worst worst. Every time I have a nail in my tire I dread going there knowing the attitude I get once I arrive. I’ve spent over $4000 at this place on my bmw that I had to trash a week later. The old man is rude doesn’t acknowledge anyone. This time I arrived again no acknowledgement I had a simple nail in my tire and when I finally got his attention he told me 4 hours which is fine but he didn’t even get up to look at the tire. Then when he seen it he said right away we can’t do anything for you, you need a to get a new tire. Thank goodness i had enough air to go to another tire shop which they did in 10 minutes without needing a new tire! I’ve attempted numerous times this place and it’s always the same end result. Establish nothing and get treated with disrespect!

Extremely overpriced, you get one price by phone, get charged a different one when the job is done. Extremadamente sobreevaluado te cobran diferente de lo que te dicen por teléfono. From $170 work and piece to $332 for a Starter, my car was not in the shop for an hour and I was charged a lot more time, because the computer said so, that was the response to the amount of money for a simple Starter .

Staff inside is always a hit or miss depends how busy they are, but just see Manny he’s been there for so many years and he takes his time and explains stuff to you right and makes sure you understand the issue. Skip the back and forth talking and see the guy that’ll do the job right. Prices are high but that’s the cost in the area, inflation is a thing. Owner is usually there as well and isn’t around for bs “deals”, talk like a reasonable person and he’ll help out. Overall Manny is the is the only guy you have to talk to straight to the point and honest.
