The service was excellent and everything looks great. I only wish that I could have used my vehicle while the parts were coming in late or the services had been completed with the parts that were available while waiting for the other parts to come in. Someone could really go broke if they had to rent a car for that length of time.

Was very pleased with the salesperson, Lemichael Pierce He was very helpful and answered all questions. Went over the vehicle and got everything set up. He made us very comfortable and making sure all our needs were filled. Would recommend this dealership, great inventory and great prices.

**11/20/2024 Update** I received a response from the Gillman Jeep Service Center Manager (Daphne)... and just the mere engagement to resolve this matter, I'm updating my rating to 5 stars. It is great when a company stands behind their name, and in this case they did. Just awesome! ------------------------------------- A complete waste of time. I brought my truck in for a specific break/fix service, they kept the truck for 6 hours and only changed the oil and told me to come back during the week. I was a bit shocked as the lack of professionalism and transparency.

Jeep Client Services and this “Certified Wagoneer Dealership” are a sad and frustrating joke. During covid I ordered a Wagoneer S3 L and paid sticker, talked into it by white glove service guaranties. Free pickup of the vehicle and return after service. Delivery of my vehicle by flatbed to my home. Free loaner of an appropriate vehicle. NONE of that has ever happened. My “new” vehicle had about 30 miles on it that the dealership refused to explain. Their system has a bogus email account for me that hasn’t been changed despite requests. I’m sitting in the service dept needing service for engine light and acceleration problems, for the THIRD time. I’ve had to go back and forth from jeep service to chrysler sevice and back to jeep service because neither of them wanted to take my prescheduled appointment. I called Jeep Client Services asking them to arrange transportation. They said they would take care of it. Sitting here right now with no loaner and no ride home. The frontline service people seem okay. This really crappy level of service can only be caused by dealer ownership and management that refuses to provide the level of service promised by the Wagoneer brand marketing and the sales side of this dealership.

Had to take the Jeep Wrangler in for an important safety recall, even though I did not purchase the Jeep from them they accepted to do it with no hassle what-so-ever, unlike another dealer Mac Haik, who said they would need the vehicle for 3 days! Gillman did a fantastic job and I will be taking my vehicle back there its services. They earned my trust and my business. Thank you Gillman.

Brought car in for service received a quote to buy my car and check then got the results for my service two days later and the service ticket was 3000 less than what they offered to buy my car for. Respectfully I will never deal with a dealership again unless I have a warranty.

Will never go back. I was very disappointed in their service. Took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for a recall part replaced and to replace the Turbo assembly (under warranty). When we got there to pick it up my husband checked under the hood and noticed there were several bolts that weren't tightened at all. Just sitting in their holes. There was no fluid in the radiator reservoir. The service manager fixed those issues while he waited. Because of this I asked him to check more throughly the next day before I started driving it. He found that they had cut his tie wraps all apart under the hood to yank a wiring harness he installed for my LED lit electric side steps. He had carefully put them around the engine compartment and zipped them to the sides. Maybe they thought they were in the way??? They pulled so hard that they yanked the wires from the led light that is under the front doors and the wire was hanging under the driver door. They had used my bumper to stand on the Jeep while working. There were foot prints all over and a few scratches that have not washed off. Maybe Black on Black will make them less noticeable. A threaded bolt hole was stripped. AC high and low side caps missing. They didn't bother to put rubber covers back on parts. The worst thing was that as he was backing the Jeep out of the garage to the driveway to start his once over, he had no brakes. Now I don't know how my brakes could have been affected but he had to bleed and replace the brake fluid to get them working. Another thing was that the top plastic cover to the engine that has Jeep on it had obviously been thrown on the ground upside down because there are noticeable scratches on it. And, black grease fingerprints under the hood, engine and on the sides of the Jeep. I just got the feeling that they didn't care about my vehicle at all. When I called that day and sent pictures to the service manager about what we found she offered to tow the Jeep back to them to fix everything but my husband was not about to let them work on it anymore. She said she would use this as a "teaching" moment for the tech (s). I assume the techs should have already been "taught" everything before working on my Jeep. If your vehicle is just to get from point A to point B to you, this dealership probably will be just fine but if you take pride in it as I do, stay away. This dealership does not take pride in their work.

I was incredibly disappointed when I picked up my car. I will say that the dealership did honor an expired service contract and credited me for the oil change on my 30,000 mile service. However, when I did pick up my car, it took 30 minutes to wait for the paperwork. My car wasn't washed and the mechanic who worked on my car left their food/drink in it.
