Josh and team fixed my flat in an hour for $35. Got me on the road in less time than I would have been on hold at the dealership. Will be my regular go-to shop now. They also do a ton of mechanical work in addition to tires apparently. 10/10

They told me my tire needs to be replaced they measured the tire they said it’s on red . They wanted me to replace new tire . I was shocked my tires looks good . I went to less shwap. They said my tires good condition. When I called they said we made mistake. Make sure before changing tires their check other places

I was lied to at this location. I came in to have my tire repaired because it was constantly deflating. They looked to see if they could find a hole and could not. They told me they would keep it over night to see if it deflated and call me in the morning. I never received a call and had to return days later to find out about my tire. When I finally made it back to the shop they said the tire had no signs of a leak or puncture. The next morning the tire was fully deflated. I took it to Les Schwab and they identified the hole and had it fixed within thirty minutes. Leading me to believe the employees at this shop didn't even look at my tire. Overall I felt like the employees at this location were accusing me of lying about my tire and treated me disrespectfully.

Ok. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but I have to. I came to these guys over a year ago for a leaking brake booster. I was headed on a big road trip and didn’t have the space or tools to do it myself, so I went to them. They graciously got me in and stayed past close to replace the brake booster and master cylinder. For that and their outstanding customer service, I give them 2 stars. What happened for the next 6 months is insane. I started having an issue immediately, where my brakes would stick at the top and braking was incredibly jerky. I called them and they said “maybe the brake booster just needs to get worn in”. Kept happening a week later and I knew something was up. I brought it back in and they concluded that the push rod was in fact out of spec and needed a “specialized tool” to adjust it. I proceeded to wait 6 months to hear back from these guys, driving with jerky brakes to receive a call that Toyota did, indeed, stop making the push rod adjuster. Ok. Fair enough. So they offered to replace the brake booster with a different one, as the ones they use are all refurbished- so maybe the one I had was faulty? No, it is just out of spec. They replaced it, now we’re at 7 months. I drive away and within 3 weeks my brake booster is going out. Back to square one. It’s not like this was a cheap job, and while I could have done it myself, I wasn’t able to get a refund so I tried to work with these guys. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these “brake specialists” to anyone. Wish I could have gotten a refund.

Matthew is GREAT!!! Very professional with can do attitude!! I called 7 different ASE CERTIFIED MECHANICS to do some work on my truck and aside from being outrageously priced and hard to work with they were unwilling ultimately to do the work I needed done. Que Matthew, called him and asked him if he could do the work I needed done and he said absolutely bring it by and we'll get it done. Wanted to publicly and in writing say thank you personally to Matthew for having such a professional attitude. You've made me a customer for life!

Had such an amazing experience with this crew here (thank you guys!!) they were nothing but respectful (no mansplaining here!) and knowledgable about the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle. Came here for new tires to be installed, walked away with knowledge about my vehicle needs absolutely no Toyota dealership would ever care to tell you. It's amazing to come by places like these where the trust is there before you leave. Transparency will always have me coming back to good businesses like these.

The guys here are top notch. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I picked up a nail in my tire on the job site. Matt was awesome, he got my tire patched correctly and in good time. He explained to me what they can and cannot patch and about the warranty on the tires. Quality, efficiency, friendly and knowledgeable These guys are great they check all the boxes for me. I brought in my car because of a worrying whine/clang/crunching sound coming from one of the wheel wells. It turned out there was some gravel trapped inside that was causing the problem. They figured out the problem, took it apart and got the gravel out, and ended up not charging for the work. Thanks guys!

I was on my way to Toyota dealer for a $196 oil change and overall inspection and decided to stop here and see what they charged. They are all very courteous and knowledgeable and I left in less an 45 minutes with an oil/filter change and inspection for $91. This is where I will now take my car. Thanks.

Best customer service! Came in for a replacement windshield wiper; it flew off going over some snow. I got car side help and Ernest was such a great help! Made getting through the ice/snow storm much easier! Made my day, honestly! Will be coming back for an oil change soon!

The whole team here is fantastic, I came in early with no appointment and they took care of me quicker than I expected! Was running errands with my boss when they ran over some metal that punctured a tire. Luckily, the team at Gill's Hillsboro Highway stepped up and not only fixed the issue flawlessly but did so with impressive speed The location is very customer friendly and exceeded expectations all across the board. A shining example of what an ideal service team should be. Highly recommended

Best place ever! The gentlemen working there are knowledgeable, personable, and generally fantastic. Richie was incredibly helpful in walking me through tire options for my specific needs and made sure I got the best deal possible. He even knocked off an installation charge because I'd just missed a sale. They did an oil change and thorough inspection while they were changing the tires, and were really helpful in talking me through what service needs I'll have coming up. My whole household has now switched to them for our tire and mechanic work-- highly highly recommend!

On his day off when the shop was closed the manager, Richie, happened to be around the shop and very kindly helped me out by changing a dramatically flat tire. I literally couldn’t drive any further and was having trouble getting connected with roadside assistance, so he was a true lifesaver! Talk about generosity and neighborly spirit! They have helped me before when I’ve needed oil changes and such, but this was so above and beyond that a review was absolutely called for.

Richie is a saint. We came in for a simple tire patch job and Richie went above and beyond. Not only did he manually fix the tire himself but he also made sure he gave us the best possible price as well. He even fixed a paint scratch I had for free!!! It's people like this that put my faith back in humanity. Thank you Richie! Definately my new go to tire/auto shop from now on. Highly recommend.

Richie, Matthew, and the team at this location have been my go-to neighborhood mechanics. They have taken care of and diagnosed all of my car issues and I leave with a little bit more knowledge and a functional vehicle. The customer service is always solid and the pricing is more than fair for the above and beyond service they provide. I fully recommend them for new drivers and/or people new to vehicle ownership and maintenance. I also recommend them for anyone looking for helpful and honest pricing!

I took my daughter-in-law's car in, before they move out of the area, to have Richie and his team give it the once-over to make sure it's in proper shape. The team did a great job making sure to address the items that needed attention. I trust this team to give me the straight report, and not oversell me on un-needed services (like several other oil change and mechanic shops tend to do)... and they come thru every time! I'm sad my kids are moving but am reassured they will be traveling in a safe rig! Thanks Gills' Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy team! It's nice to know there is a mechanic shop that you can trust!

Richard and Ernest run the show at Gills and they do their best to be transparent, work with your schedule and my car hasn’t been so happy. I feel safe going to them knowing they won’t charge me for just anything, they’re specific and explain why.

Was driving through Portland and of course had a flat tire When I google tire shop near me I found Gills point and they save the day . Took me in very fast, quoted me a very fair prices Highly recommended
