terrible place i asked for an ALIGNMENT and he takes 2 seconds! to look at it and says he can’t because of other issues and charges me for a “diagnosis” which i DID NOT ask for

I dont tend to write reviews, but i feel they earned this one, and not for good reasons, which is sad because i come to this shop quite often... i took my car here to replace the front wheel bearings. The car was fine before the work they did, as my front suspension had most components replaced before this, except for the bearings and this was a preventive maintenace job since it had 185k miles. Took the car early in the morning, they replaced the wheel bearings. I watched the process, and noticed several red flags. First, as the technician removed by brake calipers, he simply left them hanging from the brake line, which is a risk since the brake line can break easily with the weight of the caliper. As the tech prepared to install the bearings i noticed the press they use is a manual hydraulic pump press, which itself is no issue and does the job... but being a shop and having compressed air available, youd figure they would use a compressed air press for better results, and i believe this influenced in the next problem. The tech pressed both bearings into the knuckle, and installed them back into the car. Later, they aligned the vehicle. During alignment he mentioned that the car had alignment issues despite having an entirely new front suspension, and needed to adjust the camber with some special "bolts", for which he charged me extra on top of the alignemnt charge.... i saw he grabbed some bolts off a random pile of scrap bolts and metal, and replaced the ones in my car... I pay the work done and later i get the car back, steering wheel is crooked, at least some 25 degrees off... i go drive on the highway, as i drive and reach 60mph, my wheels start shaking violently, as if the whole front end is about to fall, also when braking my wheels vibrate.... i return to the shop and explain, for which he says my rotors are warped and causing this. I told him thats impossible since they were fine before the job was done. After insisting it was the rotors, i replace them along with new pads.... Go test drive again and same issue after 60mph... i return to the shop again, insisting that the wheel bearing installation was done incorrectly, he blamed my new tires not being balanced correctly which he balanced and charged me.... same issue, ... the technician then removes the knuckles and finds one of the bearings was bent while being pressed in. He then says that the bearing came defective from manufacturing which is BS (brand new toyota part), and that i would need to pay again for the installation of a new part.... i argued with the guy and he insisted on charging for install again... at this point, i just wanted the damn car fixed and to leave.... i agree to the repair They install the second bearing, re-align the car. As i go test drive it again, now one of my sway bar links was hitting my strut when turning the wheel.... i drive back to the shop, the technician "readjusts" the sway bar links and re-aligns the car a 3rd time... I leave the shop once more and test drive... steering wheel is still not centered and felt very loose when turning, wheels still shake aggressively after 60mph, and when braking the car makes a creaking-popping sound from the front suspension. At this point, ive lost all day in this shop and its almost 3pm... I got home and contacted another mechanic which came to check the car. He found that the bolts the technician used to adjust the camber (bolts go from strut to top of knuckle) were from a different car, smaller in diameter than the hole they went into.... basically the bolt just dangled in the hole and did not secure the strut to the knuckle, which caused shaking on the wheel at highway speeds, also my tie rods were pulled excessively on one side to try and compensate for the bad alignment. I ended up replacing everything again and aligning somewhere else...avoid this place at all costs, its a chop shop

Charged me $120 to buy and replace front brake pads that still looked new. Wouldn’t admit changed wrong pads. Had them pull the brakes they took off my car out of trash . Here’s a picture of the brakes they took off my car. They wouldn’t give me my money back. The car was still grinding. I had to go to a different shop, buy and replace rear brakes.

Good I look at reviews first. Tons of bad reviews and they blame customer or say fake review. Good reviews are probably from owner and workers. Bad reviews are real ones.

Your mechanic broke it, you should fix it. Took my car in to get the ball joint and stabilizer bar replaced based on a friend's recommendation. After being there for over 3 hours, I finally got my car back and a bunch of error messages and warning lights come on the dash display. The mechanic admitted that he broke the sensor, he said he ALWAYS breaks the sensor when doing ball joints. The owner plays it off that the sensor was already broken and it's old. I just had the sensor replaced last year so it's not old, plus I didn't have all those warning lights going off when I came in. The sad thing is the part only costs $13. The owner is willing to throw away business over a 13 dollar part that THEY BROKE. Just be mature enough to own up to your mistake and fix it. Heed the warnings of all of these bad reviews. Response to the owner's reply. Not a fake review and you know it. Real men own up to their mistakes and correct them. Cowards hide from their mistakes and make excuses.

I was there this morning got lower ball joints put on. Drove ok I went straight to tire discounter because they owed me a free alinement. The mechanic told me they installed my brand new ball joints with out the boots. I went back to the shop they took off the tire and told me it had boots but they were defective or low quality because they were there but squished up in the ball joint. They used a torch and melted some of the rubber parts on the sway bar assembly i just had put on left out cotter pins and I had loose bolts. My son called cussed them several times they take no accountability.

Wish I could give negative stars, it ah be -12344455540498474839293833828833838 and some more. Bought 4 tires, allllllll bad and bald. To add on, not even the right size. Then my dad got my brakes done, I pulled to the shop, got a diagnostic for $120, and they said I needed brakes all the way around. My dad insisted I don’t do it, so I didn’t. Then I was told I needed tie rods get them, bad. Then I was told I needed control arms, bought two they did them, bad. Then told I needed two for control arms. Did them, BAD. After all the money I spent I decided to reach out for help, so desperately because I needed my CAR. So I pulled back up and asked for a paper stating an approximate cost for everything that needed to be done, they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay $100. Left livid, pulled up to another shop and they did the estimate within 5minutes for FREE. These folks are all about money and don’t care if your car works or not. They don’t care if their duck up costs your life, they want their MONEY. I’ll let God and karma handle them. And the fact that I’m sitting next to other customers and they’re complaining and or coming back saying something wasn’t done properly. Yeahhhh I’d rather catch the cota for sure, than to let these folks work on my car ever again. On the bright side, they do offer water🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🥹🥹.

Bought 2 tires from there, which were bad had to bring my car to the shop because it was making a noise after they repaired the tires. Asked for a refund was told They would give me 2 more tires. But can't guarantee that they are good tires. Do not recommend this place at all. I understand they were used but significant high lows. Now out of 80 dollars, Merry Christmas to me.

***Response to owner: Never even heard of "Taz" Bob at Gina's Tire Service is all I have ever dealt with. Edit* Will never go here again. 2 times now I have been sold defective tires. The first time a belt was broken and 2nd the tire will not hold air past 2 days. I think they take your defective tires off that you need replaced and just resell them as used. Fine to go here in a pinch but that's it. Prices seem to go up and down depending on who's there, what day, and their mood. Be careful that they don't try to overcharge you on different things. Also watch your tire size! They will try to put a tire on that's similar but not the same size. They also really don't stand behind their work. Tried to have an alignment done on two vehicles, but because the vehicles are too "new" they can't do it. If you're rolling on a flat or desperately need Something done and they are close they are okay in a pinch.

Terrible service
Dec 07, 2023
The second week of January 2023 I went to Gina's Tires because of a loud banging sound that came from underneath my 2015 Honda Accord LX. After paying Mehdi $25 for a diagnosis he told me it was the front right ball joint. I agreed to the repair and when it came time to pay Mehdi suggested I pay in cash to avoid the credit card processing machines extra fees. I obliged and did so. Soon as I left the tire shop I heard the same loud banging sound and returned on my next day off a few days later. I was then charged another $25 dollars for a diagnosis and told by Mehdi that the ball joint he ordered from O'Reilly's was defective and he would repair it immediately for FREE. I agreed he did the repair and before he came out of the office I overheard his father Bob yelling at him that Mehdi did not have the authority to tell me the repair was free and that I needed to pay another $120 for the same repair they did a few days prior. I was upset because of I knew that I would have never agreed to the repair. I only agreed because it was free and the right thing to do. Mehdi reassured me that since O'Reilly's was at fault that they would reimburse them and Mehdi would reimburse me. He said O'Reilly's would take 4 to 6 weeks to investigate the claim and get back to Mehdi. I asked Mehdi for their information so I could keep up with them and Mehdi refused. He said he talks to them daily and they can't afford to loose his business. Needless to say I had no choice because O'Reilly's corporate office told me several times they can only speak with Gina's Tires and no one else. After I left the shop I continued to hear the banging sound and returned to Gina's repeatedly to have them fix it. I even let Bob the owner drive it and he agreed that something was wrong. $2500 dollars later the original issue was never fixed. Bob the owner told me he refuses to keep working on the car. I left voicemails and they never returned my phone calls regarding the $145 refund and since O'Reilly's refuses to talk to me I'm screwed. It is now almost May 2023 so Bob and Mehdi should have heard something from O'Reilly's by March 1, 2023. Although I could probably sue Bob for $10,000 I believe escalating this to the Better Business bureau is the best first step.

They were trying to remove the screw, they ruined my car, you will lose your money.
