Gino, Tony, and the rest of the guys do amazing work at a reasonable price!! They are honest and trustworthy. Over the years, they have saved me a lot of money by choosing their shop instead of the dealership. From simple oil changes to brake and rotor replacement to clutch installment and so much more. They are patient and professional. As a woman, I don't worry about them taking advantage of my wallet. They will explain the details of what your vehicle needs in simple terms you can understand. They have a small waiting area, a bathroom, a coffee pot, a drink machine, a few magazines and a TV, too. When you pull in, be very careful. The drive around the building is EXTREMELY tight. And FYI, they close at 4.00 and they don't have an answering machine. They are replacing a part on my Honda CRZ this week. I HIGHLY recommend Gino's for your car repairs and service!!

Their reviews are spot on. Truly fair & honest people. I’ve had my truck serviced by them twice now, & couldn’t be more pleased with their expertise, how accommodating they are, & most importantly their honesty. It really feels like having a mechanic in the family.

Went to a place called honest one auto care in Fort Mill. They were quoting me a little over 3000 for struts assembly and just a few other random things they decided to tack on. Went to Gino’s for the first time based based on what other people were saying on reviews & they were able to do it for under half the price. Had my car back running smooth in a few days while I was on vacation to come back to it. Highly recommend this business. -Another successful car fix from Gino’s. Had my belt changed on my car. Done in less than 2 hours, great price and wait time opposed to any competing car places around. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and I live almost a hour away with traffic. **Also wanted to note that my ac was pretty rough and since they replaced my belt my ac is smooth again. 5/5

I just had to get my car looked at and thankfully there was nothing wrong. They gave me a call the same day, were very friendly, gave me some good advice, and didn't charge anything. I didn't have any work done, but next time I need something I will be coming back.

Gino's Automotive digonised my problem pretty much over the phone! They had worked on many of my motors in past experience... Tony got me in & taken care of immediately ssf o that my car did not continue to leak! They are honest & make you feel like you've met a new friend 👍 Please go there & Tony or Gino will get you taken care of ASAP!

I found Gino’s on Google after weeks of searching for a mechanic here in Charlotte. The guys here are very friendly, honest and do quality work. My dad (in Ohio) usually takes care of my car repairs, and I knew I needed a trustworthy place to go. The guys at Gino’s delivered. Being a female at a mechanic shop can feel intimidating and the guys here were far from that. They offered to stay in contact with my dad throughout the process, (as I do not know much about cars.) They were upfront, honest, and open about what needed done to my car. They had my car fixed and back good as new in about a week. Their quick service, customer service, and trustworthiness goes a long way. I am so glad I have found these guys for any future needs for my car! Highly recommend!

The guys at Gino's are always straight shooters - they find the problem and fix it, no upselling or offering "a discount on refilling the headlight fluid". They do good work and they have always stood behind it. We've been going to them since they were over off of Central but fortunately for us, this location is closer. It's a little tricky to get there, but pro tip - take the driveway just past their shop and park behind the building next door (they use that lot, you just can't tell from the road)

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly gentleman. This is a family-owned business and they treated everyone I saw as family (including myself.) The cost was lower than I had anticipated & my brother confirmed that I was very fairly charged. I will definitely use their services again.

I’ve been taking my several vehicles to Gino’s for a little for over a year now, it’s always fixed the first time. Only place I take my cars now and it’s a bit of a drive to get there for us!

My older truck comes to Gino's for just about anything it needs. I've been dealing with Gino (and Tony) for many years now, and not one single time have I felt like I wasn't treated honestly and fairly. These guys have demonstrated time and again that they care about me as a customer and they care about the quality of work they perform... couldn't ask for anything more from a mechanic.

I came in to hv my tire check .... I was the second customer.. I was told I was next.. but Waited 45 minutes They charge me $10... just to put air in my tires... that's ok. *at firestone its free.. The owner told me that light would go off after driving... It didn't.... went to firestone.. the next.. They said my tires had too much air and that a tire sensor needed to be replaced.. Wasted Time at Gino's..

Very professional, I brought an old car that was teetering on its last legs and they gave me an honest opinion that if they were in my shoes they would not have done the repairs (despite them being able to make more money if I did do the repairs). I appreciated the honesty and would highly recommend Gino’s if you’re having car issues
