Not enough time to tell you about the great experience I have had doing business with GK Tire. They have always treated me fair. I recommend them to anyone who needs tires, oil change, brakes, etc. Appreciate the hard work and honesty the entire team shows

I’m new to area and asked a family member for recommendation as i had an issue with my 2010 Tundra. They diagnosed and gave me an estimate. After work was done, there was less work needed than initially estimated and my final bill was significantly less than expected. Highly recommend GK tire and auto.

This place is a joke! They wouldn't service my car cause the inside is too dirty?! They didn't have a problem when they charged me an arm and a leg for break replacement that I then had to take somewhere else cause they still squealed! Save your money Go somewhere else.

I tried GK for the first time to have struts, shocks, and 4 new tires replaced on my wife's car. I called to get it scheduled and was told to bring it in about 10 days later as they were pretty busy. I brought it in on the morning scheduled. Got a call an hour later telling me they had the tires on but noticed the front brakes were pretty thin. Not surprising for a car with 95,000 miles on the original brakes. I told them to the front brakes and rear brakes as well, and the service advisor questioned whether I really wanted to do that as they were not that bad. He didn't try to sell me on a job I didn't need. Got the car back the same day and couldn't be happier. I cross checked what they charged for parts vs. what I could have paid for them myself and they didn't mark the parts up at all, not to mention they used quality parts and not bottom shelf parts. Was surprised the labor charges were very reasonable. I usually do my own work but just didn't have time to tackle this job and begrudgingly sent the car to a shop to be done in a timely manner. I have no regrets. It's hard to find and honest, competent, and affordable shop and GK ticks all those boxes.

Disappointed. I came in asking if you might look at my car.m and telling me nothing is wrong and no oil leaking when 15 miles down the road the engine light comes on and there are 2 puddles of oil in your parking lot from my car. I value businesses owners that have similar beliefs as myself but blatant lies and taking my money is too much. I guess I’ll spend the money where they are willing to actually help fix the problem.

Took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation. 3 weeks later looked at my tires and they weren’t rotated. One tire is different than the rest and they are on the same spot they were before. So wondered about the alignment because when I picked it up it was pulling to the right quite a bit. Took to get it checked elsewhere and my alignment is horribly off!! Left my car there from 8am till they closed when they finally called and they didn’t do EITHER SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR!!! If I could give them a 0 I would. Wasted my hard earned money!!

Quick and fast service. Have a rental that got a flat. Said take it to GK or Firestone. Firestone said 4 days to fix it... GK got me right in.

I paid the extra money to go to tires Plus and couldn't be happier. I guess alignments from g&k tire only last a couple months. Not only does tires plus work come with a one year warranty but they actually talk to you like a human being and they get your vehicle done in a very very short time. I'll never use g&k tire ever again.

Took my truck in to have a tire patched. They did a great job. I will be back for the rest of my tire needs in the future. I returned in Jan 2020 for all four tires at a very reasonable price along with an oil change in Sept . My most recent visit was for another flat repair and tire rotation.

Took my wife's car this morning, without an appointment, because the air conditioner stopped working. Was told that they would try to get us in today but might be tomorrow, which I understand as we didn't have an appointment. They called me about 2 hours later because they had determined that the compressor was bad and needed replaced. I was quoted a reasonable price so I said to go ahead and get it done. They weren't sure if they would be able to get the part today, again short notice, so still might be tomorrow. It's now only 6 hours from when I dropped it off and the car is done and ready to be picked up. This is why I will continue to always take our vehicles to GK Tire & Auto when we need a repair.

I came in this morning at 9am to get my tire replaced and while I was in the waiting room it was nothin but conservative talk coming from the other room so I couldn't see who was talking, and they were talking about how the democrats were ruining America and all that and then one of the mechanics came into the waiting room and was talking to another customer but was saying transphobic things about the Olympic swimmer, and that he would have "handled" that "guy" the old fashioned way and that last there were no more real men in the world anymore and that he should say he's a woman too to get into the women's locker room and then he was talking about shooting people who where trying to steal catalytic converters from the shop and then after I looked at him he switched to saying shoot them with beanbags instead. It was so unprofessional and I felt very very uncomfortable the whole time, I came for a tire not to hear about politics. I was in and out in 30 minutes so that was good but I'll probably never come back

Went to 3 other shops for an alignment and they all tried to tack on so many other things that it was 700$+. GK took care of my 08 altima in 1 day and it drives like a new car. Very pleased with service and mechincal work. Would higly recommend!
