All levels of the experience were met with excellent knowledge, explanation and most importantly to me- frequent updates. I was very hesitant about taking a Tesla anywhere but their own service centers but will not hesitate to return here first in the future for any non warranty work.

Have had nothing but good experiences with Gladney. From the front office when you walk in, to the management, and the mechanics in the shop have all been excellent. Have taken multiple vehicles with multiple problems and have no complaints. Glad to see customer services is exists! 👊

I was a first time customer of Gladney Automotive Solutions this past month, and they took in a single company work truck of ours, for a few issues. They gave detailed parts and labor estimates, and then fixed the truck in a very efficient timeframe. The people there are very nice, and easy to work with. I have now taken several work trucks to them with the same experience each time. Commercial, personal, diesel, or gas, they have gone above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had to take my 2010 f250 in as my check engine light came on. It turned out to be a false positive, but Gladney auto was quick begin working on my truck and attempt to isolate the issue. After turning out to be a false reading, Houston Fowler and Amanda were very understanding with me and quick to resolve the issue. This is the second time i have had to take my truck in, and both times they have been very helpful, quick, thorough, and very helpful with more mindfulness to my vehicles health than making a quick buck to get my vehicle just working again.

Gladney Automotive has an excellent front office staff and thorough, detailed technician crew. I brought my F-150 there for a transmission replacement, knowing there was plenty more smaller items to fix. The staff have an excellent communication method through text and a website where they summarize ALL the inspection results and repair suggestions, while not being pushy on the items that aren't safety issues. The holiday season made getting parts in a timely manner an inconvenience. However, once the parts arrived they installed the transmission quickly and had the truck back to me pretty quickly. However, when the rebuilt transmission experienced issues, they quickly diagnosed the part as faulty with plenty of pictures, videos and detailed report on the status of the part. While was the biggest inconvenience of the experience, the staff remained in communication with me throughout the whole time. They placed my truck in front of the line and ensured that it was getting repaired as quickly as possible with twice the amount of testing. I've had the truck back for over a week now and its running as it should. While I'd expect this outcome at most shops, the communication and customer service is stellar and outmatched in the Bryan/College Station area. Their front office staff is informative and patient and is aligned with management and repair technicians on vehicle statuses. While I was in the shop, I never felt once that there was a breakdown on communication between their staff. Andre & Hannah were excellent, professional and easy to work with. Gladney Automotive is an outstanding shop and easy to work with. 10/10.

Highly recommend bringing in your vehicle here, the staff and mechanics are exceptional and friendly. You'll be notified with detailed reports, pics and the progress being made on your vehicle. The mechanics are absolutely skilled, knowledgeable in their trade. Brought my car in because it had water enter the engine wire harness and shorted out the computer and couple electrical components. Iam happy they stayed on it and gave it their all getting my car back running again like new. Absolutely pleased and will defiantly be back to get their help again.

I found the staff to be very professional. I was greeted at the front desk by a very professional and knowledgable young lady. Her manager was extreamly helpful and pleasent as well. The vehicle was repaired on time and correctly. The vehicle issues were addressed and explained to me . I definitely reccomend Gladney Automotive and plan on being a repeat customer.

I have a 2019 ram with a lot of electrical issues. I have worked with multiple people over the last six months and spent thousands upon thousands of dollars trying to get it fixed. Finally one mechanic I went to for a second opinion refused to work on it and suggested that I reach out to Gladney automotive. Best decision yet. It took them a few days to get it but it was obvious they knew what they were doing and in short order they figured it out. Spending a fraction of what I have spent in the past paying people to practice but accomplishing nothing. They're a good hour drive from us but for anything major there's no question I will use them again and I can't recommend them enough!

Gladney Automotive delivered great service and lived up to their positive reputation. I had my car towed to their shop in the early morning and had the starter replaced by the afternoon. Along with great customer service and phenomenal communication, I also received a very good warranty on the work. The price I paid was very fair and competitive. No question about what automotive shop I will be using for future needs…Gladney Automotive Solutions will be my go-to shop!!! It was a very pleasant experience for a not so pleasant time!

Gladney had done an engine replacement for me and I wanted to be sure everything was working fine. I asked them to do a checkup on my car. I wait approximately one hour in their very clean and comfortable foyer while they did their examination. Turns out that all systems were running fine. Obviously due to the stellar work done on replacing the engine. Gladney, in my opinion, is the only place to take my car. I believe that so strongly, that I drove over 500 miles to have them check my car.

I had a very positive experience with this shop after being referred here by another place in town. It took about two weeks to get everything fixed but during that time the work was updated almost step-by-step through its text message system. The links on the texts would direct me to a website were I could see photos of the work being done, the costs, and had the option to ask questions. Even after picking up the car, the staff reached out a couple of times to make sure everything was working properly. Overall a good experience here and I will return for my next vehicle needs.

I had pleasant experiences in the past, so it is disappointing that I did not have a great experience recently. About a month ago, I brought in my vehicle for a message on my dash saying, “steering Assist is reduced drive with care”. I took my vehicle in, and Andre assured me they would find the cause of my concern. After scanning my vehicle, they stated I had codes for low voltage and other nonrelated issues regarding my check engine light. Andre informed me they would have to replace the battery as that is the problem, and clean the terminals then continue with testing to determine if there was a reason for the battery losing its charge. In my invoice, and my conversation with Andre, it was stated that the check engine light was not related to my primary issue, so I denied the service due to it not being applicable to the message. After the battery replacement and picking up the vehicle, I drove it back to my current city about 3 hours away. A week later, the error message returned, and I called Gladney, and I requested to speak with a manager. The person who answered the phone informs me that he was busy, and she can help me, her name was Hannah. She was very rude and condescending on the phone and indirectly pointed out fault for not requesting to approve the check engine light test even though the light was not on and it being an unrelated issue. After a frustrating conversation with her, I told her I will wait for a manager. Tony answered and he was very understanding and helpful. He did mention the check engine light as well, so it felt that he was insinuating my fault for denying the service. He stated the post scan report showed everything was fine and was unsure what the issue could be. However, they never conducted a charging system test or at least did not have evidence for one on my repair order. Tony was kind enough to find a shop in my current town and offered to cover any testing done to find the issue. The shop found the issue, however having to pay $1000 on top of $500 for a battery I may have not needed was extremely frustrating. On top of having to find rides to and from class, school events and other places, during a time I needed to be concerned with my exams. This was extremely inconvenient and stressful for me. The service and quality control at Gladney is not as great as I had assumed and the customer service from Hannah was disappointing. While Tony was helpful, I feel he was doing damage control and did the best he could do, which I appreciated greatly. I hope this is an opportunity to train advisors on how to prevent these situations, how to improve customer service and not throw parts at an issue and hope for the best. I don’t know if I will continue to recommend Gladney to my colleagues or friends after my situation.

I recently had an issue with my key FOB for a 2019 Toyota Corolla. I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon asking for help. Hannah, Chris (Technician) and the entire crew helped solve my issue and had me back on the road within minutes. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Gladney’s level of professionalism and competence. I will continue to trust all my automotive needs to Gladney. They’re simply terrific.
