It was recommended for me to come to Glasers when I got into a small accident. I asked Jim to do anything possible NOT to total out my truck and they did just that, I'm forever thankful for the team. The staff is friendly, keeps you up to date on repairs, and does an amazing job on the vehicles. I would absolutely recommend anyone go to Glasers if needed! Thank you Jim, Belinda, and Carrie!

Glaser's did an excellent job on my car repair. The repair on my front right fender was done well. The paint job was well done. If I ever need another repair, which hopefully I will not, I would go back. I would recommend them highly.

Got into a side collision and decided I would give these guys a go based on the good reviews. I gave them 5 stars because I was satisfied with the outcome, but I’ll break it down further: Customer Service 5/5: Everyone was super friendly and kept me in the loop during each step of the process. Paint quality 5/5: I had some custom wheels that they repainted back to better than new. They also did a fantastic job at matching the pearlescent shade of white my car has. Bodywork 4/5: From the outside, it looks brand new. My one complain is upon opening the door, you can tell that there was some damage to the interior panel (and there is a gap between the trim and body that doesn’t exist on the other side). I’m not too worried about that since, after all, it’s not visible from the outside. Speed 5/5: it took them a total of 14-15 days to get my car fixed. I am unsure of how long it is supposed to take, so I was a happy camper. All in all these guys are nice and will do a good job.

Glaser's did an excellent job with the recent repair of body damage on my Toyota Tundra! It was done in a short amount of time and on short notice. They were friendly and clearly know what they're doing! They even buffed out a scratch along the passenger side of my truck that wasn't even a part of the requested repair! They went the extra mile and I'm very pleased with Glaser's in J-town. I highly recommend them!

Glaser's did an amazing job from the beginning of my experience with them. When I first requested an estimate, they called me within a day to set up a time for me to come in. When I went into the shop, I was able to speak with the estimator and ask any questions. Their customer service is great! They got finished with my car very quickly, and they even held it for a few extra days when I was not able to pick it up on the scheduled day. I would recommend Glaser's to anyone who needs car repairs!
