I left my car there for them to fix it, only to come back to a broken window that does not work with obvious signs that someone pushed it down hard and broke it. When I confronted them because the window wasn’t rolling up in the cold, before I have even left the shop, they said that I can’t prove it was them and they’re not gonna do anything for it. Since I was hopeless and helpless, I just drove off and fixed it myself. Horrible experience, would never go back there.

My Roommate and I went in for a small repair the interior electrical system, The estimate came out to $400. When the repair was done they estimated it $1200 for 5 hours of work at $145 an hour. They are very unreasonable and unreliable mechanic service.

These people were awesome. My RV was running bad and loosing power. I found them on the internet and drove over waiting on them to open. Once the mechanic arrived they got right on it and found the problem. A few hours later after eating a Tamale I was back on the road. I recommend these folks for your mechanical needs

We knew that a recurring problem with the exhaust on our Winnebago, Adventurer, was starting again on our way back home to Arizona. We had it fixed in Ohio, but with many potholes, bumpy railroad crossings and grooved pavements on the way to Albuquerque, the loud rumbling noise started again. Fortunately, it wasn’t to the point this time, of leaking exhaust fumes into the cabin of the motor home (not settling off any alarms anyway). So we knew that we needed it fixed once again before getting back on the road. The guys at GLE (happen to be close by) got us in THAT morning, and looked at it right away. It ended up being a problem that took all day to fix, but it is "purring like a kitten" and as "quiet as a mouse!" I want to THANK the people at GLE for getting us in so quickly (something that we couldn’t get at all in 6 states in the northeast), and for their knowledge and pride of work to solve our problem. AND are dog friendly!!

Estevan and Julie are the two folks I have worked with. I am just so pleased with their professionalism and service. I have taken my vehicle to them for various things at least three times since GLE opened. They are honest, hardworking, and don’t try to upsell you. I will never take my vehicle anyplace else. They are fast and respond in a timely fashion. Leaps and bounds better than the rip-off, unfriendly, long, stress-inducing business that I used to work with. Use GLE. You won’t be disappointed!!

This place was amazing my 2014 6.7 cummins had been down for 2 weeks due to the TURBO ACTUATOR going out and part was on back order well the part came in a month sooner then expected and I was stuck looking for someone to install it and calibrate the actuator I was driving and saw the little green sign that said we do diesels they were able to get me in the same day being skeptical I usually only take my truck to the dealership I needed someone to put in this aftermarket part and they took care of my truck...

We were all set to give this place a 5 star review - they were friendly, had an immaculate shop, did excellent work, and got it done faster than anticipated. They finished the work on our RV in under two hours, so we figured they'd charge us for two full hours. However, they charged us for three. When questioned, they said the extra hour was to cover their "mobile fee". We reminded them that we came to them. Then they said that, well, the extra charge is for doing the work "right now". You mean at our designated appointment time, we asked? They agreed to drop the bogus charge but it's still such a shame that a nice, clean place like this that really does do quality work, tries to swindle their customers. (Oh, and it's worth noting that the guy we dealt with was one of the owners.) Be warned.
