I will definitely be coming here again! Got a full service oil change done quickly and was the most affordable oil change I’ve ever had!!!! They found a slash on my tire and were even able to recommend me to a fantastic tire shop that got me in immediately!! Thank you Glenn!!!

i took my car here really skeptical and scared of getting ripped off being a young girl that doesn’t know much about cars and I’ve heard horror stories from my dad who’s a mechanic. Coming here was such a relief they’re so kind, accommodating, and fair. They were super understanding of my financial limitation and genuinely wanted to help me. I’m really happy to have found a trust worthy local business you can tell is trying to help their community.

I think of Glenn as "The King of Cars!" He told me that my 2003 Toyota Camry is the kind of car that lasts forever! It blew my mind because I had just been thinking that it drove just as fine as it did when I bought it. They did the recommended repairs... a new radiator, it was leaking, and new tires on their advice. I had been thinking of letting it go before Glenn told me how great the car was. I'll be loyal to them forever! So glad that I found them plus they're right around the corner.

Glenn's Auto is a long time business I recommend. They are fair, honest &stand by their work. update: So we had an intermittent issue and it was in and out of Glenn's shop trying to fix the problem. He stood by his work and made sure the problem was fixed, spending hours tracking down, testing, retesting and finally trying new parts that were already replaced to run down the issue. Glenn was more than fair on price, and didn't give up like many shops. Glenn is a stand up man and his staff is a great reflection of this as well. Thanks Glenn!

Glenn’s Auto is probably the best repair shop in the area. I’ve been going there for a long time and have never had any problems or disappointments. I’ve recommended Glenn’s Auto to a number of people. All of them have been happy with the prices and quality of service. Glenn is a wonderful, knowledgeable and honest person. Never any other mechanic shop for my car but Glenn' s! My experience with Glenn' s work started with a big ole' breaks job on an older car: I was so surprised about how reasonable was his bill. He gave me such good advice I bugged him shamelessly asking for his opinion often for new cars I was considering. The guys at the shop helped me a number of times with a flat tire (put my spare on) and other minor trouble, without asking for a dime. Meagan at the office is just so kind and efficient, and all that needs to happen at Glenn' s happens fast, you know you paid a reasonable price, and you know you got a truly knowledgeable team, guided by a man who works with your best interest in mind. ....yes, I' m that happy about Glenn. : )

I APPRECIATE the personal and flexibility of service at Glenn's Auto Repair. Recently, I could not get my car out of park and GLENN rushed over to help me get on my way. He went above and beyond my expectations and I know that he takes a personal reponsibility in keeping me moving safely. Office staff are great to work with also, as I travel out of town quite a bit for work and have unusual scheduling needs. I could not be more satisfied with the service that I have experienced with Glenn and his team.

I knew my car needed a master cylinder. Glenn and Karlee got the part for me...but would NOT release it to me until they were sure the car was safe & that they had bled the brakes properly...great service as always--from a customer for over 15 years!

They responded to email and phone calls and took a job other shops had said was too hard. Partway in they decided they had to make a special jig in order to safely press in the axle bushings, so they put the car back together, explained the situation to me and told me to come back when they had jig done (that first disassembly/reassembly didn't cost me anything.) They also recommended a brake job while it was all apart so that the cost of new rear brakes it needed would be just parts (new rotors/pads). They met their estimate (which I thought was pretty reasonable). They also did a thorough quality control check before giving me back the car and found/fixed a nail in a tire. Oh, and they're making extra efforts to be COVID-with customers. Overall, I found Glenn's to be competent, pleasant, and fair and I expect to go back.

This shop absolutely cares about their results, absolutely cares about their customers' personal concerns and opinions, and they'll work with you to figure out how to get your car into working order with terms you agree to. I've trusted them with my almost twenty-year-old Honda for several years, and I've been grateful for every visit. They've always been able to explain the different hypotheses they explored for my car's issues, and why they landed on their final diagnosis. They understand my dilemma about not putting too much money into a car of this age, and they remember to warn me and consult with me before any extra hours are put in. I've always been able to tell them whatever is on my mind about my car, and I've always felt respected even though I clearly don't have great mechanical knowledge and my own ideas about what my car is doing internally are probably way off the mark. I appreciate being heard and treated with respect, and then getting a respectfully-delivered education! ;)
