Had work done, had it redone less than 3 months later, now just over a year later when the warranty expired, of course, the whole job fell apart. AND THERE WAS ANOTHER TIME IN BETWEEN, he did come to my home and repair it that time. Originally, they replaced the power steering pulley but obviously they did it with mismatched bolts and one bolt was missing, so I’ll just say it fell out because I refused to believe they didn’t put it there. All in all I’m spending another 1500$ to redo what they didn’t repair correctly In response to the owners reply: I definitely could afford oil leak repairs (hilarious that he would say I couldn’t) but they didn’t find them so they pressure washed the engine and didn’t find it and I’m not even sure of what that has to do with random bolts they put in the power steering pulley that they replaced and “repaired” that caused the belt to come off so many times. You can see how the bolts damaged the pulley in the pic. The head gasket and oil filter housing gaskets have been changed. I haven’t been driving the car much because I ACTUALLY AFFORDED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE IN NOVEMBER!

Glen is a one of a kind mechanic who doesn’t believe in ripping you off or charging crazy prices for doing something small. He’s reasonable, respectful, and definitely knows what he’s doing. My AC broke down and he fixed it right there on the spot. Definitely recommend!!

Worst service ever! Gken towed me and charged me a $100 which was fine. I wrote on the paper car won’t start. Glen changes the starter for $436 which is fine, but car still won’t start. I wrote on the paper car won’t start before he even did any work. Glen then changes the spark plugs and charges me $20 and car still won’t start. Glen then says it need a new motor! The moral of the story is, don’t take anything you want done correctly to glens mobile auto repair. They are shade tree mechanics with fake reviews. And when you write on the paper car won’t start to fix the issue, that means fix the issue. And test drive the car to ensure the issues are resolved. When asked did you test drive it, they stutter and said no. When I called and asked for a tow because I.broke down again a block from his shop, he all of a sudden wasn’t there or wouldn’t answer the phone. Take you care at your own risk. If it’s a simple fix, I’m sure glen and handle that, but not anything that needs a real reliable mechanic to resolve. His trouble shoot skills are a joke and so are his employees who only want to argue until you call them out and tell them to take the damn bass out of their voice. They are the definitions of clowns. 🤡

I had a battery issue with my car and called and they were kind enough to give me advice over the phone because once it didn’t jump I was stumped. Their advice worked saving me time and money. Everyone else I called said “its X amount to come out or you can tow it to us.” Thank you guys so much for you help and I will be bring my car in for service in the future and I recommend anyone looking for quality customer service, and mechanical expertise should do the same.

OMG! God has blessed me to find a mechanic who truly believes in building relationships with his customers. Mr. Glen is who I am referring to. Where do I begin? From the time I brought my Cadillac Escalade into his shop, he made me feel like I was the number one customer in the world! I told Mr. Glen the problem I was experiencing with my SUV. The next thing out of his mouth was “Let’s take it for a test drive.” When is the last time a mechanic wanted to actually ride with you to help diagnose your problem? I was totally blown away at that point! The problem ended up being replacement of my rear shock absorbers. The repair took less than a hour! Say what? Unbelievable! This young man is very knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and is not going to propose repairs that you don’t need. He will point out to you what we needs to be replaced soon, if there is anything. As long as this young man is in business, I will not be using another dealership or complete auto care shop again! This young man is very personable and truly cares about taking care of your vehicle. Go see him at 5023 Addicks Satsuma! You won’t regret it! Tell them Mr. Keys sent you! I cannot say enough good things about Glen! As you get older, you can’t do the things that used to be able to do. Glen, and one of his coworkers came out to my home and helped us put our brakes on our old pick up truck. Then later on we called him because we couldn’t figure out what to do to make the brakes get smaller so we can put the hub back on, he walked us through it. I cannot tell you how thoughtful and kind and respectful they were. They didn’t treat us like old stupid people. Glen’s parents should be extremely proud of him. They raised a very respectful and kind man. Who treasures the older community! Their prices are very fair and very reasonable. His work is excellent along with being kind, respectful, and thoughtful. He explained everything to us, and did it with kindness. Didn’t make us feel like we were ignorant. Thank you again, Glen!

My sunroof and radio stopped working and the keys were not locking my car automatically for my honda civic. I searched for mechanics nearby on Google because the mechanic I had said that he does not deal with electrical issues. This shop came up and I am so happy that I found them!! Glen fixed all of that and he noticed that I had an oil leak so he fixed that as well. They are all so cool! I am thankful for them and he will be my new mechanic from here on out. Glen was definitely helpful. We had an AC issue and already had an idea of what the issue was. He was very informational on what components could be the issue but he was kind enough to trust my opinion. Of course he’s the expert, but there are other mechanics who aren’t open to ideas. He changed the part for me under my discretion and it worked. Good price, I will go back again! Thank you Glen.

I had a small problem in my car and was looking around the area until I found Glen’s shop! I’m the type of person who doesn't really trust any mechanic shop that easily. Honestly, the customer service is super excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place, and personally, I will always come to the shop even If I move from the area. I wanted to get my brakes and rotors changed, I called around several auto shops and all of them wanted to “see the vehicle” before quoting me despite my car being one of the most common ones on the road. Another place that I went to wanted over $700 in just labor to do brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels. Glen was the only one who had a flat rate and worked with me on other repairs my car needed. Honest shop, reasonable rates, they don’t upsell and they get the work done. Other shops will have 3 receptionists effectively increasing your costs and this shop isn’t one of them. I highly recommend Glen.

Gave excellent service was able to figure out what was going on with my Lexus and tells the truth doesn’t hide anything. Explains everything in detail and what’s going to be done to my car. Before you leave, ask if everything is okay or have any questions. Which was good everything working fine. Would recommend to family and friends for quality work and get things done the first time.

Glen engine swap my 2004 Acura TL 6 Speed as well as installed a new clutch kit, Very fast worker great job the car runs amazing again. Easy to set up appointments, gets the car in and out in a timely manner. I was recommend to him by my dad who also had engine work done to a F150 Engine Rebuild. My dad had 2 other people attempt to build the engine before finding Glens shop were Glen rebuilt the engine on the first attempt making it seem easy he knows his stuff when it comes to engines very professional family man. I Recommend him to all my friends and family honest mechanics are very few now and days I trust Glens Auto shop for anything i need done.
