Purchased vehicle from Glez last week. The transmission had been patched with jb weld. I do not recommend anyone to do business with these crooks. Real mechanics would never fix something like that. STAY AWAY!!!

They are interested in taking care of what needs taking care of. They will recommend things that your auto needs, but there is no pressure, no forceful upsell. They provide thorough explanations. And are amiable.

Este lugar no es seguro para nada,deje mi automóvil para que me lo repararan y me robaron partes de mi vehículo puedo decir que este señor es mentiroso no es de fiar, mala pero muy mala malísima su honestidad nunca me devolvió lo que me robaron y además tuve que pagar para poder llevarme mi vehículo, sea cabal compa usted cómo propietario. No sea mentiroso con su respuesta compa, jamas me devolvió la toma de aire solo me dió mentiras que me las devolvería y que me llamaría cosa que aún sigo esperando, jamás recomendaría su taller a nadie es una persona irresponsable y no cumple con su palabra. Así como yo habrá mucha gente a quienes nisiquiera les hace saber que usted no se hace responsable de nada porque ni siquiera lo dice en la información de su taller. Deberi ser más honesto con las personas que le brindamos la confianza ya que nos cuesta ganarnos el dinero .

I can tell you why I gave you 1 star for sure: I purchased 2006 Mazda 6 from a man who was working for your business (family business.....), that car passed safety and emissions checks from your shop. Right after I brought it to my mechanic to be safe and found out the exhaust pipe was completely cracked and wrapped with tape to hide it! so I needed to purchase a new piece right after I purchased the car even you passed checks! If I noticed you replied, I would have left the details much earlier! My 1 star review stands for reasons! REPLY to the owner: Yes, I did check the inspection paper when I put the original review, otherwise, I never went to your shop, how could I possibly know your shop? FYI I CAN READ! FYI: I purchased the car in January 2015 from that man who was working at your shop (family shop....) and he stated your shop brought back the salvaged car and passed safety and emissions checks which I used to register the car after and the AC was broken, which I found later also with the hidden cracked exhaust pipe. What truly happened has been denied! Please stop denying the facts and let people know what really happened! Hope God can see what you people have been doing! REPLY to the owner for the 2nd message: FYI I am a minority myself! so stop using that argument on me because that makes you sound like an A-Hole. Either your employee or Your shop illegally passed safety and emission checks on the vehicle, I did reach out to your employee who sold the vehicle with broken pieces, and did Not say a word about them. It is my freedom to leave comments about my experiences so stop being a pre-madonna!

A word that I’d use to describe the service from this auto body, would not be enough. However they made me feel at home, they went beyond the service, made me feel safe and sound when paperwork related to the insurance, they talked to me in my language so they made me understand all the process I was going through. As soon they attended me on the phone they gave me that security I needed and they guided me throughout the difficult process. Besides the fixed my car on record time, they went beyond and they did even more work and more reparations that my car needed, asking me for my permission previously, and then they did not charge me for the extra work. I suggest everyone to bring their cars here to be fixed without a doubt.

Very good people the WHOLE family very honest people and will go out their way to do anything to help I will NEVER go anywhere else neither will my daughter or my mother they have both taken their cars there as well I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM AND NO WHERE ELSE

Very honest and professional. I was hearing a noise in my car and came in thinking I needed brakes and they found the real issue, which was a very easy fix. Great customer service, I will definitely be back.

UPDATE TO MY LAST REVIEW: Although there were initially problems getting my sister's car repaired correctly, the Owner & Staff here at Glez has since taken care of the issues. All repairs have been made, and at the expense of the Owner. We are very pleased at their diligence in getting the problems resolved, and my lil sis back on the road again safely !! Thank you

I would give them 10 STARS absolutely good work. I brought my Avalanche Truck there and some things I knew was wrong they fixed and other things they legitimately found and fixed for a really good price .. they're not like other shops who fix something and break something else... they are a really nice family and they really care about their customers like family !!!! Thank you soooooo much !!!! And I will spread the word of your success and business and invite friends and family there as well. I also posted this on Facebook & Instagram!! :)
