Incase you were wondering if they can replace a differential bearing, they can't but will tell you on the phone that they can. Spoke with a office employee and informed them the bearing is squeeling and theres metal shavings in the differential. I asked if they could replace a differential bearing and and rebuild any damaged internals and this employee allegedly went to speak to the mechanic who told her they could. I was informed that they can fix it and scheduled an appointment to get it looked at to see what exactly is needed to be done as a first step to having them fixing it. Once the appointment was over I was informed that the bearing is squeezing and there's metal shavings in the differential(the exact info I told them earlier on the phone) and that they apparently now cannot fix it now that they know the exact information they knew all along but they decided I owe them 89 dollars for telling me what I already told them. This displeasure was very respectfully expressed before paying and I was offered to pay 44 dollars and accepted to pay this to avoid an argument not because I should owe them a penny for their little scam here. 0 out of 5 recommend but unfortunately Google makes me give them 1

Made an appointment to get breaks and rotors done, dropped car off in the morning and nothing was repaired, finally had to go pick it up at 4:30 pm and was told they didnt get to it. Sorry. No warning it wouldnt be done, or they wouldnt even be able to get to it. Took it someplace else and got it serviced.

We stopped for a quick inspection without a scheduled appointment and they got us right in! They also scrapped off and put the new registration sticker on it without being asked! They’re great!

really disappointed, will never come back. my car needed an inspection and a part replacement. should have been like 2 hours. i made it clear that i need my car for work. i told them the part needed and we scheduled an appointment. i was the second person in that morning, but came back 2.5 hours later to my car sitting out front in the same spot. when i asked the status, they told me they were working on my car right then. they had taken in someone else's car of the same model.. THEN said that they actually didn't have the part and it wouldn't be in until the next morning. not sure why an appointment was scheduled when the requested work couldn't be done. the mechanic(s) also did not seem to understand what work they were doing even though Iva had told them a number of times the part and the duration (because it varied, mine was a shorter repair). this started wednesday morning right at open. it is now friday and i still have no idea when i can get my car back. this has cost me 3 days of work. i feel like my situation has been taken advantage of and will not be returning to this shop in the future. a shame

*Edit of original review. I appreciate the shop's response. To summarize, I took my vehicle there twice and did not get my problem fixed with them, but with an alternate shop. It's the way things go. There staff was very nice.

I took my vehicle there because it was leaking power steering fluid. I usually do work on my vehicle myself unless it's a big job. I don't trust mechanics. I just don't know who is always looking at their profit margins instead of helping people. They diagnosed it as the rack n pinion leaking. They let me come in and look at the leak myself under my vehicle on the lift. I had no interest in doing this myself. So I took my vehicle back later. They were quick to get an appointment. When I went to pick my vehicle up after, it was hard starting which didn't happen before. This is where the shops true colors showed. A mechanic who already clocked out stopped to help me while he was on his way home. He went in and told Jerry the owner and they brought the vehicle back on the lift after hours. They looked at it for awhile and then diagnosed it as a sensor. Jerry said he thinks his mechanic hit it while putting the rack in as it's near the area they were working on. He ordered the sensor and I said I would leave my vehicle there to repair tomorrow. His mechanic who already clocked out took me home. The next day I came in to pick up my vehicle. Jerry told me that they severed the sensor wire while putting in the rack. No charge for repair. I always like when people confess to a mess up. We all do it. And they were honest about it, instead of trying to hide it. This shows character. An honest mechanic is hard to find. I then suspected there was still a leak as a couple days later as I saw drips on the ground. They were quick to make a new appointment. The vehicle had nothing wrong. It was just that much power steering fluid over the frame and everywhere from 2 years leaking. No charge again. I trust this place after this experience. I made it a point to review my experience here as it hard to find a place that works on your car that you can trust. It's quite a miracle that I just randomly picked it off Google. It's quite a relief that I know that they are honest. That means I am not forced to fix every little thing. I know I can take it there and avoid pavement repairs myself and get it fixed for a reasonable price. They make money, I don't spend an arm and a leg fixing stuff that doesn't need to be repaired, and I can avoid repairs as I hate working on vehicles. I know it will get fixed. I know if they mess up they will take care of it. I know I won't have bogus repairs done. I wish I found this place earlier.

They put a new battery in my Jeep well over a year ago. It recently died and they replaced it with a brand new one no questions asked. I was very happy with that level of customer service. I would recommend definitely recommend GLF.

Was glad I found this gem on Google. Was looking for a vehicle inspection, and was able to get a lot more done for a very reasonable price. Honest, fair, and great value--refreshing to find in a vehicle repair shop. Highly recommend.
