Had a great experience with Mike . He was very helpful with my wife's car. Was having an issue with the vehicle pulling to the right when driving. I thought it needed an alignment but Mike told me just a tire rotation would fix it. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Was done in less than 15 mins. Definitely will be back for any repairs I need!

Being from outta state with no friends and family I thought I was going to be stuck on the side of the road forever .My car stopped while driving. It wouldn't start and later on it wouldn't even click. A friend of mine recommended Global Auto Repair as she used in the past and had a great experience.I called them and they were super kind and let me know what they thought the problem could be . When they got my car to run they insured my safety and followed me til I got to my destination. My car’s alternator was bad and they came in the morning and fixed it all. For the price, service, and how smooth this car is driving now ; I recommend this over AAA or any auto repair. Truly a 10/10 experience and I will be sharing their contact with anyone in need.

I took my Dodge durango to multiple mechanics, and they told me that I needed a new transmission, but when I took it to this place, they only added oil, and they saved me 3,000 dollars

I’ve been coming here for any car issue I have and never leave upset . Staff is very friendly an nice , they even made me a cup of tea . Fixed my car and cleaned it for me as well . I don’t feel like they over charge for the services they provide.

This place is horrible the prices are ridiculous and not honest at all every job they quote starts off at $400 and up women definitely gets played and everyone should ask for their old parts and take your vehicle to another shop for a diagnosis and see if the work was ever done

My fiancé took his truck 2008 ford explorer) here to get fixed. We complained of our radio not working. We were told 150. We also stated there was an issue with noise on a tire. We were told it was a hub bearing that wasn’t a regular hub bearing it was a special hub bearing that couldn’t be put on like normal hub bearings.Other issue was a leak that was minor for preventative issues. We ended up paying 1600 which on the phone we were told everything to be fixed would be 1300 and some change. Extremely overpriced but whatever. Got the truck back. Radio went back out next day. Complained of that we were told to bring it back. Took it back the excuse is the radio isn’t good for our truck. But worked fine before. Also told to get a new radio they’ll install it for free cool. Which we shouldn’t be doing because the radio worked previously. Commented a review of the disappointment from ME on this business. Was asked to remove the review and they would offer us to fix the radio or do a tune up that they want STARTING at 200 dollars for. They said they’d contact my fiancé back on a day that they were available only to never be contacted. I don’t want anything for free but I also never planned on giving up money to be in the same boat. It’s not ok. It’s bad for business. And here we are done paid 1600 for things that were inexpensive. Months later nothing. Never again.

This car repair shop is like no other they are great!! They fixed my problem same day and helped me with my price Barry saw I was leaving for out of town and gave me plenty of discounts!! Just saying go have a conversation with them and u will see for yourself!! Thank me later tell them I sent u and he will help u out!! I'm glad my car stopped right here.

terrible client support Never, ever again! Using every resource available, the man in the lead will complete deals. I was quoted two different costs over the phone. I ended up paying $1860 for a half finished timing chain. The guy insult me and calling me a cheapass in Arabic for paying $1,860 for a timing chain truly let me down. Finally, when I asked for two screws to fasten my plate, He didn't acknowledge me, so I had to reach for it by myself. I was really unhappy with the customer service I received from the man in the front (I had another person in the area that said quoted me 50% less)
