My first service appointment at Global Imports did not disappoint. For the past two years, I had my vehicle serviced at the dealership where I purchased. So happy I made the switch to a dealership closer to home. Max Buckley was the absolute best service advisor from the moment I stepped out the car at his service desk to my appointment being complete. He was professional, attentive, and most importantly friendly. The estimated appointment time was very helpful and pretty much accurate. I so appreciated not waiting all day. Global Imports has won my business going forward and I truly appreciated having a great experience.

This has to be the worst experience ever it was it was no communication. They try to overcharge you for services and it’s a very bad experience for somebody who doesn’t know anything about cars.

It's always a pleasant experience. The car gets serviced in a timely manner, the expected time for service is accurate, and their work is consistent. I'm nearing year 20 with Global Imports.

They scratched my window and just said that they didn’t do it. My alignment is off after they changed brakes and rotors. They lost my tow hook cover, but did replace it. I am getting engine coolant level warnings less than a week after they filled it, and there are no leaks. Typically they are very good, but they swung and missed on this visit.

Yeah, as far as global imports, I’ve used them for a number of years I bought more than 15 parts of them this last experience but they told me that my five series which is the 2018 with 23,000 miles needed motor mounts because the rubber around them wears out. I feel like that was a scam when I bought the car cash they knew what was wrong with? It was something wrong with that car would not recommend them or their service department
