I just stopped in here because I am from out of town and the headlight in my Mercedes Sprinter van stopped working(after 220,000 miles. The gentlemen said that he didn't work on Sprinters, but he came outside and replaced the bulb, anyway!!!! Then he refused to accept any payment!!! Thank you very much for your kindness to a stranger!!!

Well I must say, these guys don’t play around when it comes to benzes. You can’t fit them all in, literally a waiting line on a daily basis. Parts, my god do they have parts. Never seen so many parts. Almost too many parts. Nooo never too many Mercedes parts!!! George is kind and fair and his team knows Mercedes. Without a doubt I recommend!!

George at G&N Motors MBZ is the best!! I have been going to him for more than five years and he is honest, fair and does great work. Just as good as the Mercedes dealer for much better prices. His employees are nice and friendly. Because he has often diagnosed my issues over the phone and when I arrive and he puts it on the diagnostic machine, he has always been correct, I call him the Mercedes whisperer! You can't go wrong putting your car in his hands!

I can't recommend George at G&N Motors highly enough. He is incredibly trustworthy. A fellow car mechanic referred me to him, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. He allowed me to purchase my own parts and then installed them for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Additionally, he fixed two other issues with my car at no extra cost! I met other customers at his shop who have been going there for years and are very satisfied with his service. I feel very fortunate to have found him; if I had known about him sooner, I would have saved thousands of dollars!

I took my car to two other body shop to fix my door they all say I have to change my door or change my hinges. He fixed it in less than 30 second by tightening up two screws and he didn’t even charge me . He is very honest guy and I highly recommend this body shop . Thank you

If you have a Benz, you should come to George’s shop and nowhere else. I cannot emphasize enough how great this man and his team are. He is the only person I’ve been taking my car to for over 10 years. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he’s a straight shooter who is looking out for your best interest and will never sell you anything overpriced or unneeded. I write this today because I came in this morning and he quickly diagnosed the issues, told me what was important to fix immediately, openly admitted for one part that “this will look aesthetically nice but you don’t actually need it and it won’t impact the safety or structure of the vehicle” and for another part advised “we can sell you the OEM part but you can also get something just as good online for much less and we’ll install it.” The best vendor I’ve ever worked with ever

I came to G&N motors after an outrageous quote from the dealership to fix my window motor in my G550, and I’m so glad I found the G&N team! They were able to find the part for me, and get my window fixed the same day for significantly less than what I was quoted! A few hours after I picked up my truck, George called me and told me that they accidentally overcharged me for the repair, and was so apologetic and asked me to come back so they could refund the difference. Not only were they quick and well priced, George was honest with me! I’ll absolutely be returning, they’re a trustworthy team! Thanks guys!

Wow! Truly the Mercedes Whisperer! After years of paying exorbitant prices at the Beverly Hills Mercedes dealer, my friend told me about G&N. After getting a $5600 estimate for new shocks/struts I at BHMB I took it to George and he had it fixed and ready within a day for thousands less! Bye bye BHMB!
