I used Go Mobile Tires once before and it was a great experience. This time not so much. The tech was great, on time, knowledgeable and polite. However a guide piece on the changing machine broke and scratched my rim. He called a co-worker to come by and used their machine to finish the job. He said to text him a photo of the damage and management would arrange to have it repaired. Never heard anything back from them and it's been a few months. I suppose they want me to just give up and live with it. I understand that equipment can break and damage can happen, just stand behind your work.

Carlos was quick to respond to my request. I was on the schedule within a day. The tires were installed right at my house. I was able to pay with Apple Pay. I will use them again in the future.

Charged an addition $125 for a 5 minute battery installation while already here for a tire installation. Added a $10 "distance surcharge" for service at the beach. Would have gone elsewhere had I known the price of additional charges.

Fantastic service and communication! I called and asked to have my golf cart tires changed out. They showed up within the next hour and finished within the next 30 minutes. Carlos did a terrific job! I will definitely be coming back to Go Mobile for all of my wheel and tire needs from now on. Super convenient!

They came and installed tires on my car while at was work. Seamless and polite. Clean installation. Beats waiting around at a tire shop. Installation is slightly more than going to a tire shop but it's worth it to me. You get more direct personal service. Will use again

IF YOU HAVE EXSPENSIVE TIRES AND VEHICLE STAY FAR AWAY!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone... I schedule a service for Mount and Balance four tires. They called me the day of service and asked if it would be okay if they showed up an hour later. I asked if I had much of a choice and was told not really. Eventually, they showed up, and all was well. One week later, I noticed my tire was leaking air. I took some soapy water water and sprayed the tire. I found it was leaking from between the tire and wheel 180 from the valve stem. I called them, and they came out and confirmed it was. The tech removed the tire and found the bead ripped. The tire was brand new before installation, and they ripped it during installation. The only excuse I got was that they do that. No sorry. No offer to replease it after damaging it. They did offer to SELL me a new tire though after they damaged that one. Do not use this company they do not stand before their work. I am going to make sure I share this picture and experience with everyone one I meet.

When we used Go Mobile in the past, they were great able to do whatever we asked, but now they are under new management and they didn’t even have the tools to do the job it’s a shame a tire changing company does not have the tools to change tires used to love this company, but it has gone downhill

An absoulute pleasure. Fair price, arrived on time, finished in about an hour, I didn't have to leave my driveway. Good bye tire stores! My entire family and I will only be using this service.

Do to the highway being shut down they were a few minutes late but they kept me informed all the way and they did a great job as always. This is the only company I use for new tires on my vehicles.

Go Mobile Tires is a great service. Not having to sit and wait in a tire shop saved a few hours and was a great experience. The service tech was also great. Never going back into a tire shop again. Definitely recommending to all of my friends. You guys rock!!
