I just had to come on here and give a review! I’ve been here a few times and I’ve received great service. I called them the weekend ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and they squeezed me in for a tire rotation that I needed before taking a road trip. I was so thankful for the very quick service and the mechanic even gave me a report on the condition of my tires. Shout-out to the office staff as well!!! - Victoria

Had a wheel bearing done within 4 months it went out. Replaced it for free no labor. Hard to find something like this without having to be a karen about it. Would recommend

These guys are great and the lady's in the office are so nice!! They do awesome work for a good price!! Like I honestly trust these people to not take me for a ride on parts and labor which I can't say for other shops I've been to.

My car was totaled but I had it towed to Goin' Straight anyway because they had worked on the car before. My previous experience was excellent, so if there was work to be done I wanted it to go to them. When I stopped by to get my things from my car, I met the owner. He seemed to genuinely care about me and expressed concern for me after my accident even though we had never met. I really enjoy supporting a business that is more about people and doing the right thing.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Friendly, kind, caring, knowledgeable and they really listen and understand when I describe what I'm experiencing in my steering and suspension. And they were happy for me to come back to make adjustments until it feels right. They care about their work and they care about my safety. They are willing to take the time with me to explain things and to troubleshoot and explore different options. These are good people and they took excellent care of me and my RV, and I'm so grateful I found them!

I ran into one of their employees while I was at AutoZone. She overheard my problem (which AutoZone couldn’t help with) and called the shop - got me in and all fixed up that morning even though they were super busy. Couldn’t ask for better customer service than that! Totally recommend! Thank you!!!

I came in for a wheel stud repair, and they took care of the issue in a timely manner. The staff were professional and very welcoming and friendly. They took my friend’s wrecked vehicle in knowing they aren’t a body shop. They then offered to fix the radiator and core support only which would have left the vehicle wrecked. Pretty selfish behavior and while she waited her rental car ran out. Ended up having to tow it out of here.

This is the best and most caring place on earth. Their knowledge blew me away! They explained and showed us everything wrong with our 5th wheel. Very honest and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They even gave us a discount for our wedding present! We were in tears from their compassion! We will never forget these wonderful people who felt more like family. We were heading back to South Carolina and had a wheel bearing failure on our travel trailer. Goin' Straight Wheel Alignment had us back on the road within 24 hours. It would have been sooner had it not been for the unique part that needed to be located and procured. Their technicians are top notch, friendly and answered all our questions. The front office staff was very accommodating and friendly as well. I would surely recommend them especially if you're from out of town and have a breakdown like we did.

The BEST. So glad I found them. Friendly and knowledgeable right from the first call. They did pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle for me (2022 Mazda Miata) and they were VERY thorough. True experts and they really care about their work - they had multiple technicians collaborating to figure out the details on the car! Great communicators too. Other shops should learn from them.
