It's rare, in a service industry, to experience care that not only extends to your personal property but to you as a person. That is what you experience at Golco. The establishment is run by knowledgeable people, who will take the time to explain what you need, when you need it and also what you may not need. There is no pushy upsell of service and pricing is very reasonable! A key factor is, if a repair is not at their level of comfort or in their wheel house they will let you know prior and not just go for a quick buck and experiment on your vehicle. They are busy at times so dont take that as a measure of work speed, thats just a sign of a good business that takes care of it customers.

Diamond in the Rough! Excellent Gates Automotive Service center! We had enjoyed driving new cars for a few years so had few repair issues. Our current car, 2 years old, recently started having problems. After many horrible experiences at the Dealership we wanted to get a fresh start somewhere else. Believing in "buy local", we sought out Colco Auto a local Gates service center to us and spoke with Deek, great guy. Bring it in he said. We got the car back quickly and the two issues we had were gone and the bill was super reasonable, far from what the Dealership would have charged. Unfortunately three days later during a long 5 hr trip. One of the issues came back. Called Deek, he said bring it in. Again we got the car back quickly the issue was gone and this time no charge. Who does that anymore? Golco does! 5 Star! Dave & Edna S.

Family owned mechanic shop. Both brothers are very kind and extremely helpful. The cheapest place I have found for oil changes. I've had my brakes, several oil changes, and inspection twice from here and never was disappointed. Highly recommend!

Great service, explained what was wrong, had drawings & an estimate ready when I went to pick up my car. Spent extra time to see if they could find the tires I wanted at a lower price. This has been my go-to shop for the past 7 years, since I moved into the area.

I just called and asked if they fixed headlights and the man said "have you been here before?" I said "no" and he hung up on me. I feel as if there customer service is very rude and they don't deserve my business anyway I'll spend my money else where.

The service provided at Golco Automotive is exceptional!! I don't usually write reviews, but I have never found service like this at any other auto shop before. The employees are always kind and welcoming. They are fast, and run an honest business that delivers top quality work for a fair price! I come here for everything car-related now. Thanks Golco! :)

Have had my inspection, and oil change done every year. Then anything else needed. Had our old car done for a number of years also after we found him. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating and the car is very clean when done and always on time. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
