New Review: Updating my review, because now I've brought a second car to them! (unfortunate for me that I needed to, but they delivered once again!) These guys are really nice to work with. Easy to schedule an estimate, parts came quickly, the repair finished early, and helped touch up a few other minor blemishes on the black paint. Great communication throughout the process! Thank you! Original Review: Clear communication, work got done quickly, great overall result on my Land Rover. Highly recommend.

Had some minor body damage to the vehicle, the insurance company recommended this shop. I also got a second estimate from a different shop and they came out very nearly the same. The repair looks great, they cleaned the interior and were communicative throughout the process. Would recommend.

It’s no coincidence that Golden Gate Auto Body has a full 5-star rating. They were incredibly proactive, contacting my insurance to ensure I got the best parts when insurance wanted to use cheaper alternatives. They sourced the parts quickly and finished the repair exactly within the estimated time. My car was returned washed and looking pristine. Excellent service all around!

I can't recommend Golden Gate Auto Body enough! Tho and his team are incredibly professional, ensuring that every detail of the repair process is handled with care and precision. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, always communicating the status of my vehicle and any new developments. What really stood out was their proactive approach in dealing directly with my insurance company. They went above and beyond to get approval for additional work that wasn't initially covered by my claim, saving me from a lot of hassle. The end result was stellar—my car looks as good as new! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in the world of mechanics! Not only were they extremely helpful with checking out my car while their entire garage was full, they also provided me woth extremely quick, high quality help with the damage sustained to my car with a pothole. I got a flat tire. Completely destroyed. They helped me to put spare free of charge and directed me to best tire shop coz i needed original two ones. Highly recommend their service. Very honest great service shop.

Best Auto body shop ever! Very helpful and friendly environment, good service and reasonable cost of repair. My car has never looked this brand new since i bought it and it needed a lot of work and lots of detailing. Man I’m just really thankful to all the staff and crew, definitely coming back for other repairs. A must go to auto body shop.

Absolutely amazing service! I had my car sunroof shattered and I’m from 6 hours from SF and these wonderful people helped vacuum all the glass and tape it all up to make it safe to drive us home! They gave us waters and snacks for our kiddos too. Very sweet and wonderful help!

Esther, Minh, and their team, took great care repairing the water leak in our Honda Fit. They clearly explained the procedure, gave me a price quote, and welded the cracks in the roof beautifully. My car was returned to me clean and in perfect condition. I highly recommend their services!

Had a great experience working with GG Auto Body! We were originally quoted an outrageously high amount by another body shop for a minor fender bender and came here for a second opinion on the recommendation of a friend. They inspected the car and gave us a much more reasonable quote, and were very fair and honest in their assessment. They did an awesome job fixing our issue and even washed the car inside & out without being asked! Highly recommend this place.

I was staying in UCSF hospital and I realized my convertible had a nail in my tire when I arrived and I got fast and friendly service here at Golden Gate Auto body. I was already going through enough in the hospital and they helped taking some weight off by fixing my tire!!! I highly recommend them:) thank you!!

I had a great experience at Golden Gate Auto Body. My front bumper was starting to come loose due to some faulty screws and Minh and their staff reinstalled it with new screws, and didn’t even charge me for their time! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for their generous service. Highly recommend this place!

I just want to give this place a shout out for great service! I brought my car in because the front grill had been bashed in. I was greeted promptly and a technician came over and repositioned the grill within minutes...and they didn't charge me for anything! Very personable and helpful!

It was so easy to work with Minh at GG Auto Body! He was quick to get me in to evaluate my car, gave sound advice and at a really great price. Earlier this month I brought my car in to Golden Gate Auto Body. I accidentally hit my car up against a beam in my garage and my wheel arch trim popped off. At the recommendation of the Honda Dealership on Van Ness, I went to GG Auto Body. Minh was able to take my car in for evaluation the next day. Upon evaluation, he recommended I replace the inner track. He taped up my car so it was safe to drive locally and ordered the part for me. That week, he called me back confirming he received the part and could install the following day. He is very kind, efficient and knowledgeable! I highly recommend GG Auto Body.

These guys take the time to do everything right and have more than reasonable rates. They replaced my damaged Tesla S front bumper and took extra time to make sure everything was a perfect fit. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them since 2018 and I’ll never need to go anywhere else!

How do I give this place 10 stars? Scraped my car this morning and brought it in for touch up. I didn’t even have an appointment, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were super friendly, and they also did it for free. What on earth. Never going to another auto shop again!

Not enough stars to review the wonderful work and service Golden Gate Auto Body did to my car. I commend their attention to detail, permanent communication in a timely manner, clarity, customer oriented service for real, and outstanding body repair. I could continue but any comments would not do justice to their quality. Special mention to Minh and Esther. There are not many valuable and hard-working professionals out there. Do not hesitate to work with Golden Gate Auto Body. Totally recommendable
