I called 3 times today to get a timing belt changed on my Lexus. I was told 3 different times that Mr. Le (the owner) was not there yet, abd he would call me when he got in to give me a quote. I called a 4th time, only to be told that Mr. Le came in, but was too busy to call me back, and he had left again. I guess when a business becomes too big, they can afford to turn away customers.

Mr Lee and David personally helped me out with my Chrysler. I expected a big repair, but they managed to fix the whole thing for only $120. I will always trust this place to be fair and do good work.

I went here for State Inspection. Good quick service, polite staff. I wish the waiting area was better. There were a lot of cars on the lot, I guess, this meant it's a popular place for repair.

Golden Wrench is my mechanic. I've been using Lee for over 15 years and he runs a great team. He replaced my engine for my 2004 Avalanche which is no small task. Came out perfect! He gets busy at times because he's so reliable...

If you call for a quote, they won't call you back and if you take your vehicle to them, they'll fix it without you giving them permission and charge you a ridiculous amount. Be careful.

Horrible customer service this is my 2nd time trying them out only because they're pricing is somewhat reasonable. Both occasions i was asked to leave my car and both occasions my car was just sitting there for over 3 days. The 1st occasion was for a starter i dropped my car off on a Wednesday and i showed up saturday they told me nothing was wrong with my car. I asked Trung to watch me start my car and It failed to start infront of him. Thats when i could tell they didnt even look at my car so he ordered the part and told me to come back next week. Which i went ahead with. 2nd was for an evaporation code i dropped my car off on Thursday this time, again i had to show up on Saturday after not hearing from them to find my car just parked.
