I went for a simple switch on some tires to different rims, and I had some issues with my wheels due to my neglect. However, they took it upon themselves to assist me at no charge and help me get my lowrider car out of there with no problems. I want to thank all the staff there for being so generous and helpful. I will definitely keep going here for all my tire needs.

Been going there for years to get tires and never got charges over $35 went in yesterday and the young guy I've never seen there wanted to charge me $50 for a used tire and was rude about it

Terrible Experience with Gomez Tires! Unfortunately, I have to leave a very negative review. These guys have no idea how to run a business. They don’t have fixed prices for services or tires — the cost changes every time. Naively, I kept coming back for a whole year, but I’ll never go there again. The most frustrating part is the big guy who claims to be the owner. His “appetite” grows with every visit, and he keeps increasing prices for no reason. Inside, at the register, his father sits and constantly yells at customers and behaves rudely every single time. The atmosphere is absolutely awful. What shocked me the most was my last visit. When they found out I wasn’t planning to come back, one of their employees punctured my tire with an awl. I discovered this later when I went to another tire shop to fix it. These guys clearly don’t value their customers and resort to unethical behavior. I deeply regret wasting my time with them. Avoid this place at all costs!

They over charged for a tire plug and then hung up on me when I called to ask questions . They said it must of been a patch job. No it was not . My valve cap was also not put back on. I’m easy to work with . Honesty goes a long way

Does anybody know how much they charge to take off? and install and balance one tire if you bring them a tire. I paid $40, and I tipped the Yung guy $10. I was quoted less than $40, and I took the tire.

Shady. Went to get tires taken off the rim was quoted $15. When they started with the first tire, price changed to $15 each rim. Tires were not even on the vehicle. Be up front with the price. If I could give zero stars I would. America's Tire quoted $20 for all 4 tires.

I bring all our work vehicles tires here for any repairs. I haven't had to purchase any tires from here yet but if I needed a used or new tire I would come here first. Without a doubt. Friendly, quick, low priced, and all their work is solid so far. Been coming here exclusively for the last 6 months without one problem.

Just went to go get tires because I needed to wait until I had some money after having checked last week and they had told me that they had snow tires. My boyfriend goes to pick up, said snow tires which they said they had an abundance of, and I believe That they didn’t get rid of them in the Sacramento area that fast. They literally just told my boyfriend they didn’t have tires for him and refused to help us… very unfortunate because the owner literally showed us last week and told us the price and I came back with my business having the money unfortunately, the younger guy who is there was extremely rude and dismissive really wish could’ve worked with the older gentleman again. My boyfriend is actually the one who has been there plenty of times and he’s never dealt with this guy before but he is a long-term customer who has purchased numerous amounts of tires throughout the years and said he had never been treated like this. That is very unfortunate.

Shaddy nickel and dime tactics from a mom&pop. They quote $20 for a patch but don't tell you balancing is extra $10. They won't even spin the tire w/o charging. Just be upfront and say you charge $30 for a patch. If you dismount a tire you have to rebalance after remounting or at the very least spin the tire to check your work.

These people have no clue what they are doing they do not care about their customer safety or the quality of their work. I will not be returning and I do not recommend anybody to go to this company for anything! Also will be calling the bar customer safety should always be top priority!
