I had an exceptionally positive experience. The owners of the store were present each time I came. They were affable, charming, and incredibly accommodating, even when I arrived within minutes of the store closing. They didn't try to rip me off just because I drive a high-end vehicle. Better yet, they were able to fix my wheel when others told me it was impossible. Maybe the other stores were too lazy, or less capable, or - most likely - just wanted to make quick money by insisting I needed a set of wheels I clearly told them I didn't want. The repair isn't cosmetically perfect, but the owner was very upfront about probable damage to the painted finish prior to agreeing to do the work. They did attempt to paint the wheel to match after the welding was completed. Since this was for a spare, it's perfectly fine; otherwise, I could have a different shop repaint the whole thing. I bought a used tire from a shop up the street and, of course, it was garbage and blew out immediately. Despite being a dark, wet, and frigid winter night, we had a good laugh about it. Gomez took the bad tire off, bagged it, loaded it in my car, and told me to come back with a better one when I could find time. When I did, I was greeted with a smile, and they repeated the work of putting on the second tire and balancing it, no questions asked. You simply don't find old-fashioned hospitality and honesty like this very often anymore. Gomez has earned my business, and I will return. (The vintage interior of the shop is great too.) Last, if you plan in advance, I understand they can order the tires you're looking for. The prices will probably be better than the corporate chains. Even if they're the same, I'll be coming here instead.

Went to Gomez tire on West 51st to purchase tires and rims for my 06 Hummer h3 the service was fast and professional they calibrated my tire pressure monitoring system a great experience, " MY WHIP LOOKS NICE Y'ALL" thanks guys.

I came and got tires from this place one they put the tired on inside out they fixed that i was still having problems so called the dealerships and they explained cheap brand of tires wasnt installed properly and they put to many weights on the tire so I called explain to Julio and he stated it was the dealerships problem how when I brought the tires from you all he said he didn't care sue us.. wow never again I will be filling a claim with BBB and attorney General

BENZ CHEVY NEW OLD SKOOL FOREIGN LIP NO LIP OFFSET NO OFFSET I bring all my cars here if I want it lifted the right way or cut and hammered they will make sure it is done for me they go above and behind every time. There's not one time I come here and willing give them at least a dub tip because i feel they deserve it every time. They will drill patterns they will weld they will fix they will do it all I'm rocking with you guys till the end nothing but luv on that side
