Have taken my truck there twice in the last few months, different repairs. Have done a good job, at a good price. Very friendly staff, and mechanics. Easy to talk to, and repair explanations. Brittany is always friendly, and keeps you updated. They have kept my 28yo truck up and running.

This family owned business is by far the BEST I’ve come across during my travels. They are honest, well priced, and EXTREMELY friendly! They made the entire experience comfortable and hassle free. It took SOOO much stress off of my family and I. I can’t thank them enough! My family (wife and 2 toddlers) and I are driving from Arizona to North Carolina (~2000 miles). Before making it to Albuquerque, we had a check engine and maintenance light came on on top of a loud clicking sound. We called almost every shop in town and this was the ONLY place that was willing to take us today. The closest we got previously was 6 days out. We had a tight time crunch and they made it happen. If we are ever in Albuquerque again we will definitely be back!

Customer service is outstanding from everyone and it's a family owned business! The mechanics are very knowledgeable and upfront about what is wrong with the vehicle. Highly recommend this place over other auto shops!

I would highly recommend Gonzales Auto. They have amazing customer service & returned my vehicle quickly! I was quoted $3000 from the dealership & couldn’t get appointment for weeks. Gonzales Auto got me in same day & they did the exact same job for $600!!! I will never take my car any place else from now on!!

Traveling through Albuquerque and had engine problems. Called around to multiple locations and got the same answer, long wait time, over priced labor, etc. Till I reached Gonzales Auto, they were more than accommodating to my circumstances and were able to get my fix repaired and me back on the road in no time. Defiantly a first call if you are new to the area! Great customer service!

We called them to put on some brake pads that we had purchased and they said they would do that we dropped the car off and then they called said it's going to be a lot more money because they need new rotors. They want to charge us $300 for rotors when I can buy them for $30 a piece and wants the brakes are taking off you can put the rotors right on it's not any labor whatsoever. I would never use them
