Came here on a Saturday to get a diagnosis for my vehicle in the afternoon around 2 PM. I told them what's wrong with it, and they processed to take my car in the back with an arrogant face of the owner and the other mechanic that appears on the pictures fixing trucks, both of them were going back and forth in and out of the office watching soccer of their country, it pissed me off cause they weren't not focusing on my vehicle they told it was gonna take 1.5 hours and ended wasting 4 hours in here, owner came inside and told me he couldn't find my issue ( of course they weren't going to because they spend most of the time inside watching soccer) and start by saying I have to replace 7 parts to fix the problem he couldn't find, said it was 600, dude really tried to pull a quick buck out of me, when I said no he demanded 125 for the diagnostic. They broke one of the wiring harness clip and damaged the breather going from the intake to the valve cover. Worst experience, don't come in here. If you say no, they will try to lower the price and force you to let them work on your vehicle

Great people! My 2019 Lincoln Continental had an electric problem and there were able to fix it at reasonable price. We may have disagreed on the amount a little but, but Gonzalez and Julio were very professional about it and we were able to come to an agreement! I highly recommend.

They did a great job of replacing both of my blinker bulbs. Highly recommend if you need any exterior light replaced!

They want to charge $90 for check up. Trying take advantage of me then when I said no they act like they wanted to do something.

I love this place! I bought my car in August and needed a suspension replacement, they have wonderful service and I had my car within a day or two. I paid a price good enough to keep me coming back for all of my car stuff, and next time I get an oil change I’ll be here too bc it is obvious they actually care about helping. Super friendly and top tier service. Cannot recommend enough as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars! They will take care of you!

Worst Experience ever.....So on Saturday March 2nd me and my husband took our ford explorer because we were having electrical problems they look trustworthy boy we were wrong so upon arrival we explained what was going on he took it in and but in the scanner and told us what was wrong he then proceeded to try to fix the problem.......he said everything was looking good took the truck out to tested and comes back and tells us that all the codes he supposely fix came back.We ask what can we do at this point his answers was that he will have to keep the truck to get a better diagnostic. We agree to leave it and he guarantee that he will have it ready in 3 days. He charged us $225 for the diagnostic. He told us that he will have a answer and quote for us Monday(March 4th) mind before we left that day he was supposedly working on it.So Monday came no answer from him or anything. Then I called the number that was giving to us Tuesday morning no answer processed to texting him no answer as well so at that point I was just annoyed.So Wednesday morning we processed to go to the shop and see what was going on see my truck just there not been worked on or anything a different mechanic comes out we ask for updates had no answer for us or anything the original mechanic that worked on it didn't show his face or anything. We ask for the diagnosis since we had paid for it he processed to says we have it and we kept asking for the copy which he kept ignoring. He goes back and he was bearly making the diagnose and making calls to look for the part that we needed when he had supposedly already had everything ready for us pricing and part info.He comes back to talk to us doesnt even give us an appropriate paper of the diagnosis just a written paper with the problems that was supposely wrong. At that point we were done with them we left our truck for 5 days nothing we just wasted time. So we decided to take the truck.Little did they know my truck has a Camara and We also check how they where driving it from shop to shop but we was told it was not drivable and we weren't even inform that they planned to take it to another shop it just shows the lack of communication they have with customers. I 100%DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
