Brought my BMW 330i in to get a slow leak looked at. Despite them being very busy, they got my tire looked at and patched in 20 minutes at an extremely affordable price. Amazing service , will send all my friends and family here for tire issues.

When I went there to get a slow leak repaired the young man I talked to told me that the tire was dry rotted. It looked just like the other three. I went to the next closest place and they plugged it for $20. They have a new customer.

I've always loved this place, but since they've gone from hourly labor to flat rate, it's no longer affordable. Labor only, as I provided parts, I was charged almost $400 for 1-1/4 hours labor. That's more than at the dealership. Sad, this is where we've gone to. Your service is great, but this changes everything.

We went today thinking we needed one new tire. They checked it saw no leaks tire looked good. Put it back on and no charge. We are very appreciative.

Went there on 8/20/2024 brought my own oil filter and oil . I have a 2012 VW Jetta and they charged 26 dollars to change the oil which is a fair price considering the other shops around wanted 50 dollars or more. 6 days after leaving I noticed a leak on the bottom of the car so I checked the oil and there was no oil . Went back to the shop and they noticed the leak was coming from the oil filter housing. I spoke to the managers Ezequiel and Joel and they were very courteous and professional and offered to fix it for me free of charge since the leak happened after I did the oil change although it's hard to really know if it was they're fault or my own but they assumed responsibility and fixed the issue for me. I appreciate them for being courteous and resolving this problem. Theyve earned my trust and business . Thank you I will be back.

Thank you guys for all of your help and great work! We have a 1994 Ford F150 that needed 2 new front tires and had an issue starting up (thought the original solenoid was finally going bad so we were starting it with a screwdriver on the solenoid until we could replace it). When Julian asked us to move to the bay, another worker saw us starting it and knew immediately what the issue may be and fixed our solenoid connection free of charge, the truck now starts just by turning the ignition, no screwdriver needed lol! They were super quick with the tires and it was a very affordable price as well. Thank you to all the people at Good Tire, we will definitely be back!

A big thank you to the employees at Good Tire who took care of 2 of the tires on my car that had plastic cap nails in them. I was in and out within 20 minutes and every single employee was polite and professional. That’s where I will go when I need tires. Customer service is so appreciated.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I went in for a simple oil change and an inspection. The place wasn’t busy at all, so after 2 hrs of waiting I asked the guy at front desk what was taking so long. He said he should be done shortly. Shortly after my car was pulled around. While driving home I noticed my car had a funny smell that wasn’t there before bringing the car here. I called them immediately to let them know what was going on, but once I got home I noticed a leak was coming from the car. It wasn’t water because I didn’t have the air on, but it appeared to be oil. The same day I informed them about the leak as well. They told me to bring the car back. When I tried to bring the car back a few days later, my car wouldn’t crank. I tried cutting it on again and the car started shaking really bad and shut off again. I couldn’t get the car moved. I had to call AAA to take the car to the shop. When the car arrived to them they used the computer on the car and started to run codes. I told the guy that my car wasn’t doing any of this prior to the oil change or inspection. He then told me there were 2 codes that were the most important and addressing them would fix the issue. Going from $100+ for an oil change and inspection to minutes later turning to almost $1,000 and I needed my car to get back and forth to work. Several mechanics at the shop told me that this would fix the problem. They then told me the car would be ready the next day. The following day I get a call and the mechanic tells me he put the parts on the car but it’s still shaking and another code popped up. A code that originally did not come up because I took a picture of the first codes. When they gave me the keys to crank up my car the shaking was actually worse than before. I had the mechanic come out to the car and I had someone with me who was familiar with fixing cars. Only 2 mechanics spoke English so it was very difficult translating. I asked for pricing on the parts and the mechanic said he couldn’t give me that information. I also asked for partial refund and the manager refused. They also put mix matched parts on my car. Some were cheap and others were more expensive . They told me the spark plugs were misfiring before the fix but after the fix I still had 2 misfires, so I essentially paid for something that was never fixed. Overall, the mechanic really couldn’t explain anything. I ended up calling AAA again to transport my car to the Chevy dealership. I believe the shop mechanics are sabotaging cars to keep this business afloat. As a female, I felt taken advantage of because of my limited knowledge. When taking my car to Chevy they told me the vehicle appeared to be tampered with as the entire vehicle needed rewiring. From the transmission to the engine to everything you can think of. Chevy quoted my repairs at over $5,000. Needless to say, I will no longer be driving this vehicle because of this shop. I cannot afford to pay $5,000 for the dealership to fix the issue this shop caused after I had ALREADY paid this shop over $900 to fix the codes which didn’t fix the issue. Please please please anyone having the same or similar issues reach out to me. I have retained a lawyer and plan to take them to court to get some of my money back.

called to get a to get pricing i was told $50 then was told $60 and they have 7 left, then the phone disconnected and a guy called me back and said they have two left and they are $70. I said you just told me $60 and he said ok $60. They are scammers and over pricing tires if you are dumb enough to believe it. A used tire should never be more then $50 its a used tire tf.

this shop is the opposite of its name. nothing but a BAD tire and car after i left the shop. everything went downhill after i left. nearly $800 down the drain to take a look at the tires, fix sensors, and brakes that wasn’t even fixed properly. i came back to the shop they took a look at it but my tire pressure sign kept coming back on. the worker was messing with my radio also blasting his own music. this is ridiculous. they said the tires were fine but the next day i had a FLAT tire. i am NEVER coming back here. -0/10 recommended. this is unacceptable totally ridiculous. if i could i would give this shop 0 stars. absolutely ridiculous. now i’m not able to drive my car at all. i won’t even let my future kids and grandchildren get their car fixed here. HORRIBLE.

DONT GO HERE. I came here to get my wheels balanced, left and my car was seriously vibrating in which it hadn’t been prior. I called back and they told me to come in the following week, 8 days after my initial visit. The receipt from my original visit said that anything after 7 days were no longer open to refund or to be fixed without additional cost. I go BEFORE the 7 day deadline and get them to look at it again, they try to tell me they aren’t qualified for aftermarket wheels, in which was NEVER mentioned when originally coming in. Driving it after the SECOND “balancing” the car had not changed a bit, exactly the same. not to mention my AC went out and a nail in my tire right after arguing for my money back, the least they could do considering they screwed it up in the first place. I was there for TWO HOURS, for something that only takes about 20 minutes or so. they refused a refund, may or may not have messed with my car, and screwed up the wheels as well as wasted 2 hours of my time. DONT waste your money or time. FYI, Went to firestone and they told me they were WAY out of balance.

Highly recommend. After a horrendous experience at another garage (where they didn't even complete the requested work and just told me to drive around), and a couple of phone calls to other garages that didn't treat me any better, this was a refreshing change. Shoutout to Julian in the office for answering my questions and making the experience a positive. Needed a TPMS sensor replaced--had it done and programmed within 30 minutes.
