Absolutely tired of this place. I went there two times just to give them the benefit of the doubt. They will straight up lie to your face. They will lie about something as simple as top off service. I can’t imagine the full extent of what they will lie about. They will just send you on your way and could care less if your car should be on the road or not. Not just workers, management as well. It is a culture of lying. I can’t believe Goodyear is represented by these fools.

They really helped out, didn't know what was wrong with my car and thought I was going to spend a thousand on it. They fixed my car right up for a reasonable price. Efficient and knowledgeable folks and would definitely recommend stopping in. Thanks Jay!

I guess Central tire, a great local shop, merged with this Goodyear shop. What a shame. I have been going to Robert from Central tire for about 25 years. He's a great guy. Walked in and dealt with Jay. After meeting Jay for 5 minutes, I knew I was not going there anymore after 25 years. Very combative personality, zero people skills, just a jerk. There are certain people who should not be in the service industry. Jay is one of them. Thank you, Robert, for being so great to me and my family for 25 years. Jay, work on being a person who is not so miserable.

My car broke down on Grand ave (over heating and leaking coolant) Good Year shop was the closest. Angelo did a great job of taking good care of me and car was ready the next day. Thank you Angelo!

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER NOT PROFFESIONAL DO NOT GO THERE THEY ALL HAVE ATTITUDE Their communication with each other is terrible So they overcharge you They didn't return my personal belongings like my tool for my wheel Car left with oily fingerprints inside and outside for me to clean TRULY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COSTUMER

I have been going to this establishment for many years. I have purchased tires from them and also get my car serviced for oil changes. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable and works hard to help their customer resolve their vehicle issues. They are honest and you can trust their work. Angelo is one of their employees who speaks Spanish & helps keep the business run smoothly. Very positive experience.

Been going here for years. My whole family has. When Don owned it they were amazing, fair priced and always honest. Well Don is no longer there and each and every person that I have sent has had an issue. But my father went there recently with a 2017 dodge journey and was told the engine was no good and that it would be 4k and above to fix it. Was even told a story about how they just had the same issue with another customer same truck. They even offered my father $600 for it.I told my father to go to another place. Needless to say the other place found a sensor that had a cracked housing and $200 later the car is driving perfect. I do not recommend this place anymore. And it's sad because his techs are amazing guys.

I have went to good year for the past 15 years and have always been treated great by the employees. They always offer to give me a ride home or be picked up when my vehicle is ready. The prices are great and they will compare prices if you find cheaper. Today my wife’s vehicle had a flat tire and they fixed it for me no problem.honesty goes a long way with with me and will be back to get new set of tires. Thanks so much for all your help and will continue to bring my vehicles back in the future.

I had the best experience with Bob at Goodyear Tires! I brought my Mazda in because it had a nail in the tire. Bob showed me how bald my tires were and gave me a fair price on 4 new tires. He went above and beyond making sure I got the rebates on the tires I bought. I will now be going to his shop for my auto needs.

The Honda dealer down the road couldn’t help me with my slow tire leak today (on my Honda Civic) so I tried Goodyear. Not only did they have the tire, they made the switch all within one hour of closing and at a reasonable price. Friendly service. Highly recommended! And a free cold bottle of water while I waited.

The service was fantastic!! Hard to find tires, they got them overnight. First come, first serve service and I was out in about 2 hrs on a Sat. I have waited longer at other places with an appointment, so I was happy. The lounge was comfortable with complimentary beverages and television. Wonderful hard working guys that made me feel welcome.

Bin going here for over 20 years, I no longer live in Chicago or Illinois, but I get all my work done here, they are honest and will show you what's wrong with your car, before they fix it, if you need new tires or automobile work done, you would be an idiot if you didn't go here.

The worst place to take your car for "service" The manager JAY has the worst customer service attitude, I took my car for a suspension check, he told me that in two hours it would be ready, when I returned 4 1/2 hours they had not even moved the car from where I parked it . It seems that they do not have a good work administration, they promise a time and they do not fulfill it, the manager seems to be living on the computer doing nothing. NOT RECOMMENDABLE, I WASTE MY TIME.
