Had an appointment at 8:30 to get 4 new tires put on my wife's car because I had to leave for work by noon. I figure that was plenty of time because on the phone they said it would take about an hour and a half. They took 3 hours! Now I had to rush to get ready for work. If you have an appointment why wouldn't they start on your car right away?!? Don't think I'll be going back there in the future. I don't expect express service, but twice as long as the estimated time? C'mon!!
