LIARS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. DID WORK I ASKED NOT TO BE DONE .do NOT take your car here . they lie about the work that is needed on your car while giving the estimate. they said i needed my brakes flushed and they said my brand new caliper was leaking. after the estimate i said “do not work on my car i’m going to take it to get a second opinion” . the flushed my brakes anyway and said that since they did it i had to pay AND they were going to have to flush my brakes again to do the caliper at a later date . i paid and then immediately took it to another place who said there is nothing wrong w my brand new caliper and since j said not to to me brakes , they should not have . they want to drain you of their money . LIARS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Found this to be one of the more honest and straight shooting places in Richmond. I have a usual mechanic but lately they've been too busy and I decided to give this place a shot. Glad I did! I plan on becoming a regular for sure.

This place is either rude or just racist. I’m not one to drop the race card. But it was so bladently obvious that the sales associate had a problem with me , the color of my skin, or my age. As I’m driving to get off Chippenham. I hit a pothole in which my tire literally exploded. I was able to creep my way into the Goodyear . I pull up and ask is there anything they can do as far tired. First alarm went off when the guy basically told me before i can ask him. “ we only sale new tires no used ones here. Well wait a min. I make 75,000 dollars a year. I have been to Iraq to fight for my country. I am a highly decorated soldier do you really believe i would walk into a good year without knowing the cost. I had my 3yr old son with me so i told myself at point i was going somewhere else but i had no way of going there with an exploded tire. One of the workers told me he can put my spare on but i had to ask his manager I simply asked how much would it be to put my spare tire on so that i can drive off. He told me $25 dollars. I said fine. He then said he couldn’t help me today but i can go across the street. So why tell me the price. He said i could help you tomorrow but that he’s mechanics were to busy today. Well your mechanics are chilling and told me to ask if they could help.. he replied Sorry there busy. I risk me and my son life crossing the street with a busted tire all because this guy wanted to make AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. It hurts to know i went to war to fight for a country that will not fight for me sad. Please if your anything besides white don’t give your money to this bigot business
