I had work completed on my vehicle on 09/24/24. The work was completed in a timely manner and is of quality, which is why I come to Good Guys. However, I'm not happy about the technician leaving his dirty gloves in my car. Very unprofessional and lack of attention to detail.

I went in for a tire repair and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and professional. I will go back!

I will never go back there bought 4 tires and the young guy put them on backwards I had to take off and go back for them to correct their mistake the manager gave me a free oil change. I went in for free oil change about 3 months later and the guy didn't put enough oil in my car😡 I have always bought my tires here but never again I'm going to try goodyear in Clovis if their service is bad then I will find another company to give my money to. And George took my car for a test drive with me and him and he was flirty and tried to get my phone number I felt really uncomfortable 😐 George is way to old to be acting unprofessional the way he did with me I was happy when we made it back to the shop.

Took my girlfriend’s car in to get an oil change. Jorge went out of his way to be unhelpful and inconsiderate. Even though they got it done in a timely manner the rudeness made the experience very bad. I asked if they could check out her axle to see what’s wrong with it and he said he couldn’t do it unless I pay for a diagnostic. If that’s a company policy, it needs to be addressed because that’s just bad customer service.

Very happy with my past expeirences and the great quality of work at this Goodguys. I appreciate their hardworking mechanics and the staff's professionalism. It's very hard to find an honest mechanic and auto shop these days, so if your having car problems definitely give them a call.

Went in for an oil change, left with 4 bran new tires…. Joe Ingalls, the manager, assisted me…he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I will return for future service.

First time I went somewhere other than pep boys. George was kind and explained everything wrong with my car. All of the gentlemen there were very kind and i felt safe to leave my car with them. Downside is that pricing was a bit expensive but that's car service for you. I will come again. :)

I was in Clovis for our son's wedding when we picked up a screw in our rental car's tire. Goodguys got me in and out quickly and efficiently. The gentleman helping me made me feel like I was important to him. Overall I had a great experience with Goodguys.

Joe helped us with my 2017 Honda Accord. My girl needed new brakes, new tires and an oil change. Joe took real good care of us. I have never been treated better. Definitely coming back to this location for now on.
