They made the process as painless as possible. No pressure. I really appreciated their system. Being sent the estimate and detailed diagnostic findings complete with photos via text was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Steven went above and beyond to help with a payment issue. His customer service skills are excellent. Driving the car home was awesome. No more embarrassing noises and it felt like I was driving a brand new car. They did an amazing job. Thank you GoodGuys.

I called the Good Guys to see if I could bring my car in and then I called the towing service to tow it there. The Good Guys took the car with no problems. Did the repair and then sent me an estimate of the repair. I was very happy with it. I won’t go anywhere else before taking my car to the Good Guys first. They are amazing. I have been going there for years and I will continue to do so.

I was referred to Goodguys Tire & Auto Repair at 4140 N Blackstone in Fresno by my daughter, Juliana. She always raved about their work and honesty, which as a female, is sometimes a challenge with auto repair work. I found everyone very friendly, but professional, explaining exactly what work was needed, but no urgency to get work done right away. The manager, Shawn Furgerson, was very helpful and quoted very reasonable pricing for all the work I needed. Would have been completed in one day, but had to leave over night to let the silicone set/dry with a couple of valve cover gaskets needing replacement because it had been leaking oil. I was very pleased they were doing it right and gladly agreed to retrieve my car the next day. Also, the store is very clean and neat. I would also recommend this Goodguys, and happy I found a new store. Catherine Snyder😊

They went above and beyond to do a courtesy check of everything, when I took my car for a simple oil change. I appreciated that very much. If I have any complaint it would be that they do t tell you how long they’ll have your vehicle. I wish I’d known ahead of time, that it would be 2 hours. But as I said the tire rotation and extra time checking for issues is a good idea. Would definitely recommend
