We replaced the water pump, valve covers, tensioner, belts, hoses, and radiator on our 2013 Ford Edge. Very pleased with the work and a fair price. Good for another 160, 000 miles. Ricardo and Terry took the time and effort to make it happen- even better than I expected.

Sehr nettes Personal und freundlich. War dort um zufragen ob sie einen Reifen reparieren können. Hatte eine schraube rein gefahren. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und verwies mich zu einem anderen Händler. Kann dieses Unternehmen sehr empfehlen.

I stop going to the west shaw location because of several problems so I went to Blackstone location. When I drove up two guys were standing there they both turned their backs like they didn't see me. I sit there a couple minutes and then one of the guys came over and asked can he help me I asked him can I make a appointment for tomorrow he said he doesn't know I have to go inside. I went inside the guy was on the phone. talking about his brother and who he knows so I waited and waited he never acknowledged me I was looking at the clock and six minutes have passed and I'm still waiting and he's still gossiping about nothing and I'm frustrated 😠 I had a long day just got off work so I interrupted him as I was taking a business card that had the manager name on it. I asked if the manager is in he said no I'm in charge I asked will the manager be in tomorrow he said no not until Thursday I said well I will call him Thursday. The guy said what do you need. I told him he said you said you were going to be here at 4:30 I told him my boss called a meeting at the last minute. But he did take care of everything I needed after I asked for the manager and took a business card. If it wasn't for your customers you wouldn't have a job. I STOOD THERE OVER SIX MINUTES WHILE HE IS GOSSIPING AND HE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME .BUT HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND DID EVERYTHING PERFECT COMPARED TO THE WEST SHAW SHOP..

I've been using this place for over 13 years since it's near my house. Over time it's changed names and the technicians have come and gone but I've always received friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. So I've got that going for me, which Is nice

The whole team did a good job, they served me very well, Ricardo M. Great worker!, but we all got frustrated since I had the bad experience of waited 4 hours in the store, because two of the tires were in the Sanger ca store, 25 minutes away and the driver who is in charge of bringing them took 4 long hours, it was the most inconvenient situation for everyone, especially for the crew, I was the last client and the crew were very desperate for such a bad service for me and they couldn't do anything , the driver told them excuses(traffic and also he needed to drop other tires to another location but 4hrs was a long time)so we all just wait until the driver arrived. They called him @2pm and dropped the tires @5:50 pm. , other than that I definitely go back to the store I was treated with respect..

Good Guys is a company I will continue to take my car to. I appreciate the quality of service and the speed at which they figured out how to repair my 16 year old PT Cruiser. When I drove out I could really feel the difference.

I called for an ac diagnostic and was told $220 from Ricardo. Dam that is expensive just for a diagnostic. Going somewhere else.

I may have already reviewed the shop because I’ve gotten incredibly good service here in the past, but wanted to add to it. First off the manager Terry is such a great guy and really takes the time to make sure you get the service that you specifically need. I brought my truck there after getting a quote that was way way more than I could actually afford to do. Terry and his team really took the time to diagnose what they actual issue was and were able to get it fixed for about a quarter of what I’ve been quoted at the other shop and actually corrected the problem that I was having with the truck. The other company had misdiagnosed what was going on. I can’t speak more highly for this shop and I am a lifelong customer after this experience.

Goodguys Tires and Auto do an excellent job👍🏼. Today I had an oil change done on my truck and I had a few recommendations for service. One was that I needed windshield wipers, which I knew before hand cause the passage side the rubber was torn. So , I had them replace it. Terry, is such a polite guy who knows what he is doing and always explains to you what needs to be serviced in the future of your vehicle. He’s an honest guy . This was my second visit to the shop. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced for any fire repairs . Continue with the great service you offer your customers.

I have always had a very positive and honest experience with this location. This time they fixed a real problem with my O2 and were very detailed when giving me the gist on the problem.
