I’m not sure if this place is real Carlos came to my house on a Sunday afternoon two months ago there has been no follow up. I was supposed to to have my oil changed that wasn’t done the app doesn’t work so I haven’t been able to schedule for repairs I was told I needed . No one answers the phone . I’m good with unprofessional people. Just please keep God and religion out of your con . I will just keep it moving . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies …

Too much confusion. My studs were supposed to be replaced with 6 studs but since the rest of my tires only had 5 studs. I was told by Heather they would happily put all 4 instead of 3. I made an appointment for 6pm-9pm. Goodhood pushed my appointment 8-11pm I canceled at 1042pm and was charged for canceling. They technician Carlos showed up at 1158pm ALMOST MIDNIGHT. Telling me about patience and God but God is humble. I was charged $17 for an oil change I thought that's when it turned into the $90 charge and never received refund for $17 oil change. Confusion and unauthorized charging

At first I was getting nervous that my car wouldn’t get fixed only because I didn’t get my calls returned when I wanted them to. However, in all honesty we are all human & have to display some type of patience. Miss Heather is pretty much the only one answering the phones etc. she has to do a lot, she does call back when she has all of the answers. Please be patient! Miss Heather is very sweet & understanding. I’m glad that I re-evaluated my feelings. The bad reviews may have been their experience but it wasn’t mines & I do recommend GoodHood. Mr. Carlos is very informative, not only does he tell you what he sees he will say “let me show you what I’m talking about”. Very very thorough with his work. He told me what need to be fixed right away, what I can wait to fix etc. he’s a great mechanic. I love being a member of GoodHood. Please be patient with them. This is really a good company! Once again Carlos has changed my oil, explained every step of the process and gave me suggestions for what I need to have done next. He even explained what things where most important and why and what could wait a little while. I'm sure good hood has several wonderful service providers but I think Carlos might just be the best.

I’m not sure if these reviews are real or not but we had the worse experience with this company. Reviews can be misleading making the new customer feel comfortable to proceed but we have not seen the good. First off we have way too many charges for nothing to be done to the vehicle. We canceled and were still charged full price on top of the labor fee. Coming out of hundreds of dollars for a job that wasn’t done. They have no brick-and-mortar location and they do not answer they’re phone after they take your money. What kind of business is this? With the economy, people do not have extra money to throw around and definitely not dishing money for free. Come on Goodhood, do better. I am currently looking for legal action. Hopefully this helps someone who is looking for services mobile. Maybe someone people did have good experience but we did not….AT ALL!!

Will not recommend this business to anyone. Although I was quoted to replace my alternator, which was for $467 (it wasn't the alternator) but needed a battery instead. I was quoted to replaced the battery for $466 almost for the same price. I felt that i could get a battery much cheaper and decided not to take this route and canceled the services for the next day. A day later they took the service fee which was $90. (That was expected I knew of the service fee charged upon cancelation) But, they also charged for the $467 for services they didn't do. It was a hassle trying to get them to refund me my money until I decided to file a dispute with paypal. Never again.

Goodhood is my go to for my car needs from now on. The mechanic changed all 4 of my brakes and rotors and even pointed out other concerns with the vehicle he noticed. He is reliable, knowledgeable, very friendly and honest. Very convenient mobile service!

I had a diagnostic appointment last Friday. My appointment was scheduled from 1-5. Mechanic did not show up until almost 6:45 and did not reach out. After the appointment I have been calling for 4 day’s multiple times a day to speak to someone regarding my quote and all I am getting is the voicemail. Very irritating.

Would not recommend 😡 Taking money and not refunding it back $90 for a diagnosis that was never done when it soppose to be free when you sign up to be a member

They did good work im giving them 3 stars for 2 very crucial reasons 1 my appointment was between noon and 4 no one showed up i had to call to see where my mechanic was he arrived around 6 he did a good job 2 at the end he talked about god which isnt s bad thing but he talked for a hour then offended me when he said my crystals were evil i appreciate the word but not the criticism but as far as work ethic they were great

***They are still yhe most honest i have found so i would still recomend ***I requested the wrong type of appointment but I had to reschedule because the cancelation fee is $70. I requested a different type of repair and I already had the parts because the guy seemed nice. I asked if he could just do the labor he said yes but when I sent the request I was told they do not provide this type of repair. They also push religious things onto customers which I never disclosed, slightly annoying but they seem like they mean well...The experience it's self was ok but not being straight forward on what services are available was difficult for me. Because I got 2 different answers.

Awesome job! I take my car here any time I need something fixed or even a simple oil change. I just had a blown gasket and they fixed it and it's running perfectly! They also do it much cheaper than other places . 10/10 would recommend them.

I just had a tech come to my house to diagnose and repair a leaking oil pan housing. Great service! Explanation of what was going to be done and more than fair pricing, lower that what the dealer charges. Give these guys a shot and you'll be happy.

I would recommend. Clint was my mechanic and he was awesome! He came on time and fixed my water pump. I'm thankful this company is available because I had no help with limited funds. You have the option of having your own parts if their parts are more than you can afford. Definitely would recommend

Kept money and didn’t show up to perform service and wouldn’t give a refund also I was preached to by the mechanic about his religion and how I should believe or I will burn and even took out a bible instead of completing in a timely manner. I took it very offensively because we don’t have the same beliefs and the mechanic never showed back up for another job and company told me oh well.

Made an appointment replace a part on my mom's car, they were on time, polite and quick, answered my questions and offered suggestions on other items I was looking to have addressed and helped me but finding other things I had missed, and they were a LOT cheaper than taking the car to a major shop like pep boys. Carlos and Ruben were some of the best mechanics I've spoken too in years!

Unbelievable Service! Needed my brakes changed and the mechanic was able to get to me the very next day. When completed, he even test drove my vehicle to make sure all was working properly. The best mechanic in the area that I have ever dealt with.

We were quoted a price before the job was started and we knew from previous experience that the quote was high. We assumed like any normal shop the quote was high to avoid going over the job and having a frustrated customer. The mechanic performed the needed work and it took him less than 2 hours and 15 minutes. In that time frame he stopped to try and sell me a job before he realized I was the wife of the job he was suppose to be working on. On the quote they had 4.7 hours of labor billed and yet it only took him less than 2.2 to perform the work. Less than half the time, a huge discrepancy. We were billed the full amount so I attempted to call for clarification. I called immediately, left a voice mail to an answering machine that promised a call back within an hour, no reply that day. The next afternoon I again call and leave a voice mail with no reply. On the third day of hearing nothing back I put in a request for a quote on another vehicle and lo and behold I receive a call back in minutes trying to sell me something else. The guy claims their policy is to bill for the whole quote no matter how long the job actually took, even if it is drastically less than quoted. Not only is that a shady practice to regularly greatly overcharge your customer but it was dishonest as that was never told to us. A quote is literally drfined as an estimate. They need to be calling it an invoice if that's the amount you're paying no matter how much shorter the true job is. The mechanic also had a lengthy 20 minute phon call in front of me as we were trying to check out and I was juggling my child in the middle of the parking lot. Lack of answering and returning phone calls, over quoting jobs and keeping the entire amount, trying to make sales pitches in the middle of a completion of the job, talking about personal religion, it all reads very unprofessional. It's a shame as this company could be great but poor, greedy practices will end up ruining this company before it gains any traction. Save yourself the headache and money and go to a traditional ahop or at least use a different mobile mechanic. We are out $322 because of their greed.
