I continue to be a "loyal" customer with Goodyear on Hammond Drive. Michael and his entire team always provide exceptional customer service from the time you enter the location until you leave. Michael has been with Goodyear for a long time. He knows the business, and what it takes to meet the needs of the customers, while driving profitable revenue for Goodyear. Jason (I consider Jason to be the Lead mechanic for Hammond location) consistently services my vehicle. When I have a mechanical issue, I can always trust Jason to troubleshoot and get it right. Now more than ever, it is worth noting that it is imperative to find a service center (in the auto business) that you can trust. You can trust the entire team at this location to treat you right! Guaranteed!

My daughter had a flat so we took it to this location for repair. Alphonso and there’s of the team there treated us just like you’d want your family to be treated. A quick repair was done in less than 10 minutes and we were on our way. Great service from great people!

I live near highway construction and recently caught a flat tire— it was end of business day but Mike was able to order a new tire for me and schedule the service for next day!! I really appreciate that! Once I got there I was out within 30 minutes thanks to Jason! Appreciate the courtesy and customer service from the gentlemen at this location! Thank you!

I have passed this establishment many times- it’s in the cut so you have to intentionally locate it. It’s a hidden secret, the customer service is exceptional. NOT your average automotive location with unfriendly bothered individuals. I’ve had some experiences with customer no service. This was refreshing- From the moment I approached the building I was met with enthusiasm. I was instantly greeted by Alphonso, and he handled my transaction. No hard upsells or forced purchases- his suggestions were appreciated and I was able to receive some necessary services without breaking my bank. I purchased 2 tires with install and I will definitely be back when it’s time to get the other 2.

Big shout out to Alphonso at Goodyear’s Sandy Springs location! He was very communicative throughout the entire process including sending me live updates, recommendations, and breaking down pricing. He was very patient and understanding when I had questions or concerns and overall made the process so much less stressful. I also spoke with several other employees during my visit and they were all kind, attentive & helpful! Highly recommend Goodyear and will certainly be back in the future!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the service I received at this location in Atlanta at the Sandy Spring's store!! Alphonso greeted me as soon as entered the store and called me by name!! Wow, I said, he remembered me from a previous visit!! Not only did he greet me with such enthusiasm, I also observed how he handled every customer that entered the store, making sure that they were handled in an expedient and caring way , and juggling phone inquiries as well !! Wow!! This was my second visit to this location which is far from where I live but I knew I would receive good service based on my previous visit here!! Number one when I called to get an appointment he graciously got me in the same day!! He set me up with the service attendant who previously worked on my car because he knew he would be familiar with my car!! Again Wow!! Alphonso’s level of professionalism, honesty, and sincerity is unheard of in this day and age and I just wanted to applaud him and your company for a job well done!! Please keep doing what ever you’re doing to keep your employees happy and appreciated and you can count on me referring friends and family and remain a dedicated customer for life!! Great job!! went by the store last week(10-16-2024) with a low tire light, not sure if I needed an appointment or not.i was greeted outside by the front desk manager who was very polite and helpful with tire pressure light. I noticed that the store had several other customers. The manager took the time to check my tire pressure . I live 18 miles from this location, They offer such great service , New store manager, Jason , and Derwin I'm willing to drive the extra mile for great service!! Thanks guys!!

I initially took my car into Jiffy Lube today for an oil change when my car suddenly wouldn’t drive when I pressed on the gas and started smoking.. I refused to take it back to that store to fix the issue. I called this Goodyear after receiving a recommendation for Mike, they got me in and took care of me immediately. Turns out, Jiffy Lube had improperly filled my oil with DOUBLE the amount they should have. The guys at Goodyear quickly fixed the issue and my car is running as normal again. They helped me out tremendously during a very stressful moment and they were more than happy to help! I was also in and out in about 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be going back here from now on and highly recommend them!!

I was stranded five hours from home with a car issue in an unfamiliar place, feeling pretty stressed. Jason and Darwin at Goodyear Auto Service were absolute lifesavers. Took my car straight in, without any wait, which was a huge relief. They really seemed to care about getting me back on the road safely and quickly. Can’t thank them enough for their amazing service. Highly recommend Goodyear and especially Jason for anyone needing reliable help.

Alphonso Royals, Jr helped me when I got a screw in the tire of my car. It was a very difficult time for me personally as my mother was in the hospital. Alphonso could not have been more kind and accommodating as I had to reschedule my first appointment due to my mother’s situation. I highly recommend Alphonso and his team. What top notch service!

Super awesome experience at the Goodyear Auto Service on Hammond! I called ahead (15 minutes to close) about getting my tire patched last minute due to a giant nail in my tire. Alphonso and team had no issue helping me out and were so welcoming. I made it to the shop minutes before closing and they got me out of there in under 10 minutes. Felt super relieved after their help!

I always take my cars here to get any kind of service done. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and can diagnose your issue quickly. They are able to complete their services within the time estimates that they provide. I trust that they are not trying to perform unnecessary services just to bill you. It's a pleasure to do business with them. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here next time you need work done!

I've been coming to this location for 17+ years, and I can't say enough how much I truly appreciate the consistently wonderful and thoughtful service that I receive here. The staff are great but most importantly Michael, store manager, and Jason, expert technician, are both brilliant and have been the reason why I've been a loyal customer for so long. I've never had an issue that they haven't been able to problem solve in an effective and timely manner. My bf used a competitor next to his work to change his spark plugs and created more problems with his vehicle and took two weeks in attempts to fix it, even with that store manager taking it to another of their locations and they still couldn't fix the problems. Brought the vehicle here and Jason had it figured out in maybe an hour. The manager at the competitor reimbursed my bf for the reasonable fees that this Goodyear charged to resolve the issue, which was created by a competitor and now my bf doesn't want to take his vehicle to anywhere but this Goodyear. They're "simply the best!"

Mike has been fixing my cars for over 20years. Him & Jason are the best. They let you know what you need but leave the decision up to you, no pressure. Most importantly, they don't have to fix the same thing twice. They'll let you know what you can get away with & what are must haves if you're on a budget. Thorough, accommodating, down to earth & are truly the most knowledgeable, trustworthy (Keyword) pair of mechanics in Atlanta. My own Mother approves of them (which is a tough task within itself lol) .I don't even know how to ride Marta or how much it is these days because they have kept me up and running for over 20yrs, thru multiple vehicles. As a result, I can confidently recommend no other location, but THIS Location, right off Hammond...Tell em Ms. V's son sent ya!
