Ana and Andy are so helpful and very transparent about the work they’re doing on our vehicles. I started driving for Lyft this year in 2024 and I am very satisfied, every time, with the regular maintenance scheduled by Lyft through Goodyear! The staff here are courteous, friendly and very diligent efficient people working to resolve our automobile issues. I will continue to drive for Lyft because they are a productive company and because of Lyft, I will continue to bring my car to Goodyear here in good ole Austin. Yes:)

I recently had a very frustrating experience at this Goodyear location, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution. Over the course of the last two months, I have visited this shop multiple times in an attempt to have a single part fixed on my vehicle. Despite my repeated visits, the issue remains unresolved, and the level of service has been consistently poor. Each time I returned, I was met with a lack of communication among the staff. No one seemed to have any record of my previous visits, and it was clear that they hadn’t coordinated internally. On several occasions, I was told the parts hadn’t been ordered, despite assurances that they would be ,and I left each visit with no clear answers or updates. The final straw was when I scheduled an appointment, only to receive a call just 10 minutes before I was due to arrive, telling me that they could not fix the issue after all. This level of disorganization and unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. While the customer service was polite, it became clear that the staff lacked the necessary communication and follow-through to properly service my vehicle. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and efficient auto repair. If i could i would give Negative star ratings

Y’all NEED better and more professional employees. Carmax needs to replace these people. Have gone numerous times to get one simple thing fixed, and have yet to, from the men to the only woman they got there working are completely unprofessional. CARMAX GET BETTER HELP WHEN YOU READ THIS They’ve fixed some stuff but that don’t mean they get a green flag, numerous times we were told from Andy that he did not have our car info when we told him and his crew numerous times The employees do not care about customers here. The only girl working there makes me sad because I’m a woman and I thought I could count on her since she will more than likely understand but nah she’s like everybody there. Please get better employees, get y’all’s stuff straight y’all are messing with peoples life’s at this point, whatever system y’all got going on is about to end I promise you. Do better for the universe sake.

Came in to get a leak in my tire patched. Was told there would be a 2 hour wait, so I asked if I could schedule an appointment for the next day. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment, I'm told it would be 3 hours... What's the point of an appointment? Guess I'm going to Discount Tire from now on.

If I could give negative reviews, I would. These people are completely incompetent. I took my car in for preventative maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Not only does my car now make a grinding sound, it started smoking on the highway. I took it to a Firestone and sure enough, the idiots at Goodyear forgot to put the oil cap back on. Do not take your car here unless you want to risk thousands of dollars in damage. Oil is absolutely everywhere in my engine, potentially causing permanent damage. Useless people who don’t know how to do their jobs.

Took my tire in to get patched. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me it wasn’t repairable and that I needed to buy a new tire. As you can see from the photo, it’s obviously patchable. They were just trying to sell me a tire when I didn’t need one. Nice enough folks but unfortunately they are not honest. I left and took my car to Tires 2 You and they patched it up for free no problem.

OK, visiting from another country it can be a bit worrying about where to go to get a flat tire fixed. Ana and the team were supportive of my situation and gave quick, efficient and cost effective service. Thanks so much.

Ana (Manager) was my first welcome and saw me through the whole process of getting multiple tires and alignment for the best price and so quickly. She was just the sweetest and most helpful/knowledgeable, as well as her crew. She was also super communicative as we decided on prices and services. I left with my car running better for things I didn’t know were related and having just the best experience. Many smiles, much thanks!

I can not begin to brag enough about this location and management!! Top notch customer service! I have walked in with no appointment and have been attended to immediately! The store manager Ana Miranda is beyond professional and always goes over and beyond for every customer (including myself) that walk in her store. I hear her how attentive she is to her customers that call in. Her mechanics are all knowledgable of their trait, properly trained, polite and courteous. The waiting lounge and bathroom areas are well kept and the coffee station is always well stocked with several options for coffee/tea drinkers. I highly recommend this location hands down!! My friend had catastrophic brake failure on her car. She had a car packed solidly full of equipment to set up for a tea party that she was presenting: trays, tables, teapots, biscuits inner car, her breaks failed driving there. She got there, and they were kind. Enough to stay not open, but they had somebody stay there and watch the car. Well, I ferried her supplies to the event, in 2 or possibly 3 trips. the service guy. Stay there with the car until we got everything out and moved, and they were quite polite aboutShe had a car packed solidly full of equipment to set up for a tea party that she was presenting trays, tables, teapots, everything biscuits in her car. Her breaks failed driving to the event . She got there, and they were kind Enough to stay not open,( after hours) but they had somebody stay there and watch the car. While I ferried her supplies ( in my small honda) to the event and 2 were possibly 3 trips The service guy stayed there with the car until we got everything out and moved, and they were quite polite about it.. . They were kind enough to keep somebody there after their closing hours for us.

Very frustrated to say the least! My daughter is having issues with her car not starting. She scheduled an appointment for this past Friday. I called them after she scheduled it and asked them if they took Acima, they replied with yes. I informed them also that she’s brought her car to several mechanics and they’ve never been able to figure it out. The assured me that they wood. Well Friday morning she brought it in. They did a diagnostic which didn’t show anything. They did let her know she would need a new battery. That’s the one and only call they made to her. Sher, herself had to make several calls to them asking about an update. They would always tell her they’d call her back, which they never did. They informed her Saturday they don’t know why her car won’t start so she called this morning which is Father’s Day! She called them again and they said her car is ready. She arrived at 1:45pm. When she told them we were paying with Acima the employee got very upset saying out loud to her “it would’ve been nice if they were told that up front, which they absolutely were from her her and myself. He then said he hates when he has to do other peoples job!! He took approx 45 minutes to change payment to Acima? Dont understand why that was. My daughter was very upset as she has plans for Father’s Day and didn’t know what was taking so long so she called me. The text from Acima was sent to me. So I could complete the transaction, I clicked on it but for some reason it kept freezing on me to where I couldn’t complete it. I decided to just use a credit card so she could get her vehicle and leave. That took 10 MINUTES!!! I explained to him she needed to get her vehicle and leave asap. That did not matter. Eventually it was proccessed to where she got her car and left. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not complete what they say they will do! They do not keep you updated and take forever to get your car out of there. What a horrible and stressful experience we had here!

Friendly and no-nonsense staff, excellent mechanics on the back end. They let you know exactly what's up with your car and will even find coupons for you. They're just that great

Came here with my partner to get her tire patched. Simple enough, right? After an hour, one of the techs came back with a laundry list of services needed, all unrelated to the tire we came in for. It's clear they were trying to get more money from the simple tire repair because they told her that her oil levels were "really low" even though she got an oil change a month ago. (We checked for ourselves once we left and the car's oil life is at 80%) We arrived at 10 AM and didn't leave until 12 PM, after being told that it'd take them 25 minutes to start on her car. We waited two full hours for them to patch a tire...I'm sure if we'd gone elsewhere it would've taken 30 minutes at best. These dudes are scam artists that love to dillydally on the clock. Save yourself the frustration and try a mom & pop shop.

These people can charge you over $300 to tell you a repeat check engine light is just a loose gas cap. Lazy shop that is great for oil changes some days.

I went there for the fuel system cleaning service for my Honda Accord. I had fixed up the appointment; however, they still made me wait for more than two hours. I was the last person leaving their shop on Saturday. The staff wasn't cordial at all. I wasn't impressed by their service.

Great customer service and auto service. Brandon took care of us and our vehicle same day. We would recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff and trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by, but this Goodyear location definitely earned our trust. Thank you.

Grossly overcharged above market price for standard services (oil change and cabin air filter change) and manager took over a month to get back to me despite me calling in every week. After finally getting them to admit their disservice, I was willing to look over everything but they are forcing me to come in-person to get a refund even though I won’t be able to for a few months. Are we not living in 2023? Can we not conduct simple transactions? Poor service all the way from the sales floor to management. Bottom line, would definitely not recommend this store. I would hate for my mother to visit the store, and I worry about the elderly who naively accept their charges. Find somewhere else.

I came in here for the most standard nail puncture in my tire... and without any knowledge of mileage or tread measurement, they said I need FOUR NEW TIRES... These tires haven't even gone 25K miles. I took it somewhere else - $25 patch job, totally fine. Do not go here - I can't imagine the amount of customers they have taken advantage of, unknowingly. Any senior citizen would have probably agreed with them and paid $900 for a new set. Makes me sick

Took my car in for just an oil change and left with a battery that no longer worked. Battery and alternator were replaced 2 years earlier and never had an issue since. Goodyear claimed the battery needed to be replaced but could offer no explanation to why a relatively new battery would suddenly stop working. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off and pay for problems created by the mechanics.

Extremely disappointed… came here with an appointment on the 23rd for an oil change and a brake consultation - took a total of 1.5 hours. Scheduled another appointment for the 28th following the consultation to replace rear brake pads & rotors. Sat and waited for 5 hours for them to come out and say that they had ordered the wrong part and the service wouldn’t be completed. The manager kindly scheduled another appointment for the 4th with 10% off my service and informed me that it would be prioritized and take 30 minutes. Yet again I have sat there and waited 3 hours for the service to be completed - they said that flushing the brake fluid was unable to be completed as the specific tech to do that left at 4:30.. (my appointment was at 3:00pm???) Kind people, but poor service and communication - very difficult to want to come back for future needs.

I'm not sure if they're reliable anymore... after 3 years of using then things have changed recently. I dropped off my car at 8am and they didn't have it ready till 5pm. It used to take 2 hours max. I'm not sure if I'll be returning again

This place is a complete scam. Trying to sell me a tire for 250 instead of just patching it. They claimed they can't patch something a second time. Ok. AND they went under my hood! I know this because I was driving on the highway 5 minutes later AND MY HOOD FLEW OPEN. What does checking my engine have to do with my one tire? I could have gotten in a wreck and died. And it would have been Goodyears fault. Don't trust them. Go anywhere else.

So I waited 24 hours before I posted my review sense I was so upset yesterday. People PLEASE READ the comments. NONE of the 1 star 2 star people are lying. Too many of us have the same stories. Unfortunately I have had to deal with them not rendering services they charge for, for the past 10 months. I am a driver for a company and that is the service location they have approved but will be changing after yesterday. Once again brought my car in at 8 am for my appointment which was a oil change, tire rotation, break check and tire thread check. They first lost my keys and then did not have my car ready until 10 mins before close 6pm. Where I then had to confront them again for not rotating and not checking brakes or tire thread. Infact they had to go back out after they asked me to pay to get on the ground with a flash light to check and had to top fluids off because I confronted them again for not doing it. I was then informed how after they checked my 2 front tires are less then 2 thread obviously needing 2 new tires that had they called me about when they were open and not taken 10 hours to do a oil change with a scheduled appointment at 8am I could've bought tires. So I had to drive off the lot unsafe and they cost the buisness money as well. The kicker was when I was asked by a Goodyear mechanic lead why was it such a big deal to me the company is paying for it. The company that sends thousands of dollars their way they made clear they were comfortable charging them even if the service was not rendered??? Like what?? Like I asked them how many more people are you doing this to? Had I not painted my tires months ago I never would've noticed they weren't rotating them. I don't know crazy me really thought Goodyear was a great comapny i would rather take my chances with walmart. When I read the reviews I seen that I am not the only one this is happening to. And the company clearly doesn't care sending computer automative responses. If you want your car actually serviced don't go here!!! I also have video and pics of it all.
