I am being generous with this rating. I do Instacart and was directed to go here from caradvise. The gentleman at the desk had no knowledge of that program (first problem for me ) . I told him they did it last time and he was kind enough to do the discount. While he had never given me a time of service I would not expect a wait for almost 2 hours ( 2nd problem) for an oil change at a place that had one car. No communication along the way. When I asked how long he said welp it’s down now so not long (this was at the hour and half mark ) .i am writing this before getting my car so i hope that’s good .

My experience with this store was awesome. Goodyear customer directed me to this location and I'm so thankful for that. The manager, Gary was outstanding. I have never met anyone who has more knowledge about tires than Gary. I highly recommend Gary and this location when you need any service on your vehicle.

The best shop in Baton Rouge. Mr. Gary is very courteous and fair. I have been a recurring customer and have never had one bad interaction at Goodyear on Coursey!! I recommend anyone with issues to go here.

Brought one of my vehicles in for service and Mr. Gary was extremely helpful. He was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions to give me a sense of comfort with the decision I had to make regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. They dropped me off to my home while my car was being worked on and picked me back up once it was done. Great customer service all around.

I drooped off my car to get an oil change this morning. A few hours later I got a call that they were done and that they also changed the battery in my key fob which was helpful to me. Mr. Gary and the guys were nice and did a great job. Will go back again

This is my favorite car care center. Mr. Gary and his team always do a wonderful job with our vehicles and we have come to this location for years for that very reason. Very trustworthy and reliable service. Always willing to help.

Gary is a great manager and good to his service techs. I have always been happy with the service and hospitality from this location. I have a hard time letting people to do service on my vehicles, but the people here are top notch and trustworthy.

After going here for a couple years now I can't imagine going anywhere else. Mr. Gary and his guys are always incredibly nice and fast with whatever I need at the time. They're also great at explaining things about cars that I had no idea about. Highly recommend this location

Hello! I was traveling from Florida and my 15- van rental had a very low tire; the rental place was no help however, I ran by this Goodyear and the associates were so helpful; filled up the tire with air, checked all the other tires and let us know we were good to keep driving. Many thanks to them!

*Top Tier*……..I always have pleasant experiences when I come to Goodyear on Coursey. I came on 6/1 to have my tire repaired. I was in and out in under an hour. I was truly appreciative because I had so much to do that day. Before I left, I was told that I would need one new tire soon. Because it was a different tire I said I’ll handle it next month. Literally a week later, the tire I was warned about popped while I was driving. I called when Goodyear opened today at 7am. I was told to come in for 9am. When I arrived, I was promptly checked in and the serviceman started working on my car shortly after. I appreciate Mr Gary and Mr Dwain for their help. It is very refreshing to work with individuals that take the time to listen and show concern for the consumer. I found out today that Goodyear also does oil changes. Because I have such pleasant experiences here, I’ll be back for all my routine maintenance. Thanks again for being amazing men. Please give the entire shop a raise! They deserve it!

Got great tires and wonderful service. I bought a set of tires for my Genesis. I needed some good tires while I waited for some custom rims and tires to come in on back order. I couldn't wait anymore my tires were BALD and I needed a new set to keep me going until the custom ones came in. They hooked me up with some quality tires for a really good price. Then a few months go by and my custom wheels came in. They installed them for me for no charge. I was super excited to finally see them on my car. And the guys were almost as excited as I was once they put them on. They could tell is was a big deal for me and were all about the vibe. Great group of guys, top quality service. I recommend. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!!! Thank y'all so much for the experience today!!!!

Met Garrett this morning discussed a repair on a leaking tire. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Prior to going to Goodyear I went to several other tire stores in the area. None could give me a time of completion. Garret gave me a time and took care of me with a very reasonable price for a repair. He has a clean waiting area with a Keurig machine. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

Update: I dropped by Saturday afternoon, and they took me in right away to check my tire pressure since my light was on - so I had them rotate my tires which is a free service when you buy your tires there…once again, fast and courteous service!! I have used this Goodyear location since I discovered it years back. All of my tire purchases will only be from here. The coverage and road hazard means replacements or repairs and alignments! I trust Gary and Chris and believe they are fair, courteous and above board. I can’t say enough good about this location. Thank you. Gary, for your help again today!

We travel the country full-time so when we need services, we have to trust reviews. Here is a good one. We needed six tires for our 5th wheel RV. The tires came in ahead of schedule and were remounted more quickly than they predicted. Such a great guy to work with and have a worldly conversation with. We learned a lot about each other in a short amount of time and that's what I love about meeting wonderful people like this on our travels. There are so many great people out there.

I called 20 minutes before closing and Mr. Gary told me to go on and bring my car in. They had all my tires change and performed and alignment by 6:30. The professionalism and commitment to customers shown by the guys here are amazing! I highly recommend bringing your car to Goodyear!

Wonderful service and Gary was super nice! He really kept me informed and has excellent customer service. They fixed my tire promptly. I also need more service and I will definitely be doing my business with them since they took such good care of me. Would highly recommend them.
