My family was in Baton Rouge about two weeks ago and realized we had a nail in our tire. Since we had a lot of driving to do the next few days including an 8 hour drive home, we were concerned about getting the tire fixed quickly. The staff here was incredibly helpful and since the tire luckily only needed a patch, they were able to take us right away and we were back on the road in less than an hour. We really appreciated them helping us out and getting us back on the road so quickly!

Brought car in to fix a tire leak. Was told the couldn’t find it, so sealant was pumped in. The tire was still losing air afterwards. Took an hour and 1/2

Today went to Coursey store. Waited an hour for a warranty alignment just to be told after asking status, oh we couldn't because the machine software wouldn't work correctly. This is the second store in a month that won't do their damn job and honor the 3 year plan I bought. Quick to sell but good luck using it. There was no attempt to keep me informed, only after watching it get moved and parked. Zero communication. Apparently the same manager Shawn that runs the other store on Seigen runs this one too. They're all just useless. Never again will spend money there. It's all a big game, pass the blame and try another location.

I got a great price and fast service. Not sure why the stock has dropped but if they keep this up, it could be a great buy. Earnings come out i think in november and are predicted to rise x 4 quarters. If the stock price rises after the november report, i will begin to buy this stock.

I purchased four tires online, made my appointment for 8:00 am.When I arrived, they had my ticket printed and waiting on me, they were ready to start work promptly on my vehicle. John was polite and professional. My wait time was approximately an hour, Happy with my expience at Goodyear, I can Highly recomend them!!

This past Wednesday I went to get a tire rotation and an alignment. However, after dropping off my car and walking over to Lighthouse Coffee to wait I received a call recommending that I replace my windshield wipers. The problem is that I had replaced them on Monday, literally two days before. I literally still had the wiper boxes right behind my drivers seat. I can’t help but feel this placed tried to upsale me something I didn’t need to get a few extra dollars out of me. Any mechanic worth anything should have been able to tell that these were brand new wiper blades. So even though this is small I unfortunately I do not believe that I can trust this place in the future.

I brought my car here to get an alignment the one guy that does alignments acted like he didn't want to do my alignment because of the dents in my car but did it anyway after I got the car back it didn't feel right I drove it for approximately 3,000 MI and the bad alignment wore out the outside of my tires the inside of the tires look brand new I brought it to another place and they said that it looks like they had never touched anything it was totally out of adjustment so basically Goodyear on Lee drive did nothing on my alignment and still charge me $129 and wore out two of my brand new tires! Please do not bring your car here unless you want to get screwed !!!!

They rigged my car by putting my coolant housing on my engine to melt so I would have to come back and get work done they stole my fenders so the alternator job would malfunction and debris would disrupt my alternator so I will have to come back to them I got an alternator job done and they gave me a defective alternator must have wanted more money out of me by rigging my car to be damaged for no reason I called the cops on these people left my car with them for a whole week to be treated like a side mechanic on side of the road

Horrible Customer Service! I went there not long ago for a wheel alignment. This older heavyset guy told me it would be a 2 hour wait.. I ask to speak to another guy that worked there, that my mechanic referred me to, and the older heavyset guy told me no, that he would take care of me .. we went back & forth .. and still refused to go get the gentleman that was referred to me.. so I went sit down to wait the 2 hours .. 15 minutes later he comes tell me my car was ready… my car is still pulling to the right but I will pay elsewhere for an alignment, before I go back in that business again! Unprofessionally, rude, and no regard for the customer (whom is the reason you get a paycheck at all)

I took my car in for an oil change which I called in advance to confirm was okay. When I got there I was asked to come back until I explained I called in advance about coming in today and I would not be able to come another day. This was the first red flag implying this place don't provide the services they are supposed to. After some time they finally took my car to the back. At this point I started watching the TV in the lobby so I could not see what they did to my car. However, immediately after I left my car started hesitating and temperature gage starting going towards the hot mark. I was told my oil change could not be done due to the oil pan bolt not being able to get as tight as the company requires and oil was everywhere under my car. This was not true because I took my car to another shop the next day to be checked & the oil was not everywhere as described. The oil boil was able to be tightened. The only thing leaking was water from ac& power steering fluid which is clear and I was already aware of. I was also told they put oil in it as a courtesy since they couldn't do the oil change. This was not true because I checked the oil less than 10m after leaving and it was barely reaching the first line on the dipstick. Thankful I put oil in it when I got home and the problems went away the next day. I am not 100 sure the low oil was the problem but in order to check to see how tight my bolt could get I assume they let my oil out in the process. Even if that's not the case there was no reason to lie about putting oil in my car. There's no telling what they did to my car if you would lie like that. Then, I called the next day to speak with the manager. Mel got on the phone with an attitude. Instead of listening, he talked over me insisting this company doesn't break people cars. I asked about cameras, he started they were none which is highly strange for a corporate business of this magnitude to not have cameras at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE because if they mess up your vehicle there's no way of proving it. The staff & managers lie for no reason because why tell me you topped my oil off as a courtesy when you didn't and if you couldn't do the oil change due to company regulations why do anything to my car without asking me first. I will tell everyone I can & report this to the corporate office because if Goodyear as a company is providing this type of service they need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! Had I not stopped at the gas station after leaving this place to let mu car cool down I would have ruined my vehicle.

They have way too many one star reviews compared to their 5s, so that should be a red flag in itself. I tried to get a quote on replacing a speed sensor and they said they need to check it themselves to make sure that is what needs to be done. I told them I’m sure that is what needs to be done. They still said they need to check it before giving an estimate. Only place that told me this. Mavis right down the street got it done for less than competitors.

My truck sat here for 3 hours to for a simple flat tire repair. They never fixed it. I came and picked it up because I was tired of waiting and brought it to another tire shop.

Get the warranty or they will fill your brand new tires to the brim with air pressure so it’ll EXPLODE going under 30mph in a residential area just 3 days after getting one. Drove less than 15 miles and the tire exploded. My other tires are years older than the BRAND NEW ONE I bought. I went back and they said “well without a warranty we can’t do anything, this actually happens all of the time.” Hence why I know they’re doing it purposely. Because when they offered the warranty, they never said anything about the high risk of my, again, BRAND NEW TIRE exploding. I’ve had brand new tires put on my car before, without a warranty, and they’re still on my car and have now lasted longer than the one they put on. So again if you go here, get the warranty, you won’t need it because they won’t overfill your tire with air, but if you don’t, then your tire will explode just for you to come back and fork up $200 again. If your company’s tires explode THAT often then please let your customers know so they can make a more educated decision on whether or not they want to pay the extra for a warranty. They offered a $15 discount for another one without a warranty when I spoke with them. I had no choice at that point, no other facility had my tires in stock and it would’ve taken days to get them in anywhere. It would’ve been a one star if he didn’t add the discount. Still never going back, wouldn’t recommend any Good Year to anyone. I work in auto insurance, my job is to help find reputable places for body work and glass damage, this definitely isn’t a place I’ll be recommending ever again. Employee that handled my tire was also incredibly rude and defensive when I showed up to explain the issue.

I had to pull in here because I had a flat tire. First it took 20 mins to get a hold of somebody, then I was asking if they had any spares that they could put on so that I could get to the tire shop I go to because I have a warranty with them so it wouldn’t cost me $100+. They told me they had some they could put on but it would be 2 hour wait. I was fine with that. 2 hours pass by and they come and tell me that I don’t have a spare in the trunk and I told them that Im aware thats why I asked if they had any. Then they responded by saying the best we can do is give you a new tire for $170. I said the whole point of me waiting 2 hours was I was told by another employee that you guys had spares. After all of that I ended having to call a tow truck. They wasted over 2 hours of my time and didn’t do anything.

Over priced. Try discount tire instead. I called discount tire to get pricing. They are much more affordable. I paid more than a few hundred for 2 tires. ALSO I went in 3 times last week. The first time they didn’t find the lug nut my car needed…. It was in the back. I returned the next day and they replaced my front 2 tires. 2 days later the tire they replaced was flat. Not a great experience. My back tires went out now. And I don’t plan on returning.

Seemed a bit reluctant to install and balance tires for my classic truck. Perhaps because I brought my own tires but they did the job for me. And a fine job they did. Other tire shops are starting to decline installing tires they do not sell to you. And you know who you are! I say only those who service their customers get my business. Thanks Goodyear!

This location gave me the wrong sized tires. I went to get my tires checked at another tire place a year after getting them because they were low, and they noticed this issue and said it could've caused me to have an accident and exterior car damage. I would not recommend this Good Year.

This store saved my day. Don and his assistants all served my needs with professionalism and urgency. You see I had a blow back to back on my RV and had to unhook from it and leave it on the highway, after finding out Wal Mart didn't carry the size of tire that I needed I normally deal with discount tire, but they where closed. So I came across this store and they had exactly 2 tires that I needed. I was able to get back on the road. When I get back to Dallas I'm planning on visiting a Good Year store and get one more tire. I'm also considering to change my tire business to GY because I believe if you take care of me I'll do business with you. Thanks again

Not sure about the other locations but starting to understand why this location has such a low customer service rating. After spending over $600 dollars purchasing new tires at this location including wheel alignment etc. I called to try and get my tires rotated and basically was told I needed to take my car to another location because they were short staffed, and not only would they not be able to get to my car on the Saturday I called, but they probably wouldn't be able to get to it the following Monday either. While I appreciate the honesty, I don't recall the store being short staffed when they were selling me those expensive tires, nor do I remember a warning saying "by the way, when you come back for your free tire maintenance, we probably won't be able to complete it until 3 days later". Because if someone had told me that, I can assure you I would've probably purchased elsewhere. Not sure if this is a frequent occurrence, but if so, then it needs to be addressed ASAP. With that type of customer service maybe they won't have to worry about being short staffed in the FUTURE because they WON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS to service at all. Would not recommend.
