I took my Jeep to Goodyear for a front end alignment. They did a fantastic job and were super friendly and professional. They explained to me the process and why they do the things they do. It was very interesting. They did a great job! I definitely recommend to friends and family.

No complaints. Good customer service, helpful in explaining the rebate process. Had one tire pressure sensor that wasn't working and they fixed it. A different place tried to tell me I would have to have them all replaced so I appreciated that the folks at Goodyear were honest.

Don't come if you have a emergency with your tire. They have only 1 person that works on tires. Got here at 11am and the tire person leaving at 430 and they don't close until 6pm. 08/15/2024 Separate incident, 8/27/24 Being a Lyft driver you got to get your car serviced by a certain day (pervent maintenance)so I made a appointment online it wasn't honored and was told I wasn't even in the system at all G700337836 even though Lyft driver got to call in which was told to me on the day of my appointment. Since I already alotted that time slot it could've been honored wasn't even busy.

They got my car right. Parts are hard to come by for this particular model, however, they are realistic with their time-line. I might not be able to take it in the next day because of this, however, the date they give, they were able to deliver. My car was done so early that I thought when they called to tell me it was ready that they were going to tell me it needed something else. Nope! They were done!

Discovered a nail in my tire the morning of my 200 mile road trip. Took my vehicle to the Good Year location downtown Cincinnati, they got me in right away, and plugged my tire for free. I was very grateful! The staff was very friendly and professional, and the location was very clean. 10/10!

Dont get a diagnostic from them ill tell you that much it cost me well over $100 bucks to be told its possibly i repeat possibly 2 issues and if it happens to be the 1 we are guessing on we dont fix that. Im so over it allready just dont wanna see anyone else make the same mistakes .Have a great flipping day dont waste your $
