This Goodyear location has the very best, knowledgeable, most FRIENDLY employees of any Goodyear that I've ever been to. Duhoney Smith, "the service advisor," greets you with a smile & a hello. She treated me like family & like she'd known me forever. I had an oil change, bought new tires for my SUV & a lineup. It still pulled to the right a bit. She said to bring it back in, I did, they corrected it. Now it runs like new. I'm so happy with the help I received. I've already referred my sister to take her car in for service.

These guys absolutely saved me! This happened back in late November, but we had a blowout on 285 and our spare tire had a bad valve stem. Another shop nearby said they wouldn't fix our spare, which seemed strange as I've worked professionally on cars years ago. These guys at Goodyear not only replaced the valve stem, charged me next to nothing for it, but also addressed a bad air leak around the rim. It's been two months, and that repair is still holding, so I'm confident to put the spare back under the SUV. My son drives this vehicle, so we need it reliable.

I brought my car here today, and everything is running perfectly! I’ll definitely return in a few weeks or months to update on the repairs, but overall, I’m really impressed. This place seems highly skilled in handling a variety of vehicles, and the customer service was outstanding. The family-like atmosphere made me feel even more comfortable trusting them with my car.

I brought my tire in around 4pm with a hole in it. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and let me know that I could expect the tire fixed same day and sure enough, they delivered! He also corrected a paperwork snafu on my end without issue and got me on my way with no hassle. As someone who does a lot of their own automotive maintenance and is choosy about shops, walking into this one gave me a good "feeling." It's nothing tangible, but I truly believe that they would be able to take care of my vehicle well and thoroughly. If this location is convenient to me for future needs, then I will absolutely bring my vehicle back here!

I visited Atlanta on 8/17 for the first time. Drove 3 hours from Columbia, SC. Was warned about the bad traffic and what happens on my 1st trip? I get rear-ended 😂 and slam into the driver in front of me. My bumper is severely dented and I'd drive back home if not for the fact it's rubbing up against my front tire. Called around to see if a place could squeeze me in on a Saturday. No luck. I call this location. Explain my situation. Howard picks up. Tells me if I can get the car there before 6, he'll take a look at it. It was 3:30 pm. 5:50 pm. On my way to the location in a tow truck. I call Howard and explain that we're on the way. Doesn't let me finish. Bring it on I'm told. We arrive and Howard looks at the car. Takes off the bumper and I'm on the road back home 20 minutes later. I was utterly blown away by Howard's kindness. He didn't have to squeeze me in at the end of the day but he did. Helped me out tremendously as I was in a city unfamiliar to me. Thank you so much Howard!! I'll never forget your kindness.

The plastic that has to be removed under the car wasn't replaced properly and it came off. While I was driving a couple days later. It's obvious this was the source but they denied it when I called to ask about it. Then said bring it but they don't have the screws for it. Yes you do. It was never replaced so they're lost in your shop somewhere. I had to fix it myself as it was dragging while I drive. Then the engine oil light wasn't reset. It keeps going off. My car is brand new 2024. This was literally it's 3rd oil change ever. Of course they always mention how it'll take forever tryna persuade you to leave. Plus the manager claimed it couldn't of happened cause she works Wednesday and got silent when I confirmed it was a Wednesday. Everything good till it goes wrong. What happened to the customer being right and just fixing it. I'll stick to another location

Don't use them they just take your money and perform little to no service. I took my car to get align and they told me my good tires were bad. Bought new tires took it back and payed again and they said my alignment was good. I burned the inside of my tires out. Bought an another new set and went to Bailey's rims and hand them out the tire and alignment on. Put the tires on, when came time for alignment he showed me a bent lower arm control and a broke sway bar. Called customer service and Brian McDaniel or something wanted me to back to the shop pay again to see what wrong with my vehicle. Goodyear alignment man went under my car and supposed to check everything before attempting to align it and didn't see nothing wrong. Bailey's went under my car one time and showed me. Goodyear refuses to reimburse me for faulty or no work.

My battery died within sight of Goodyear, but I have roadside assistance with my State Farm policy. The first responder cancelled, then the second said he was an hour away. I walked to Goodyear and Charles was more than willing to give my car a jump. Great customer service!!

I was not rude nor had an attitude while bringing my car back because my repairs I spent over 3000 dollars for to be fixed was not done right. I would have had every reason to be mad and upset after spending my hard earned money I go to work for on getting something fixed and it still not being repaired correctly or not even repaired at all...I promise I know and God knows that I didn't have an attitude or acted mad and upset with them when I had every reason to be mad confused and depressed because I don't deserve this, this isn't fair can't understand why there are so many people that want to do me wrong and make me feel bad like I did something to them. People want to do evil and wicked stuff and be jealous of somebody and go out their way to make someone feel bad that did nothing to them but give them the same respect that we deserve to have...they want me to give up on life and just kill myself. They want me to walk around with my head down with the mindset of o well I just don't care anymore...why should I keep working on making myself better and keeping working so hard to have something when people are just goin to steal from me anyway and destroy whatever i work hard and earn to have..I'm not overreacting because my driver side door was not put back on professionally as well after getting new regulator installed..my window seals were put on backwards and my interior was not fascined back on correctly it was was crookedly hanging and my door handled screws were loose to the point while closing my door bolts came out an fell into the inside of the door. So with them seeing my door was poorly worked on when I told them about what I had major work done on was still giving me problems you think they would have simply said ok sir that's check and see whats the problem whether it's something else that needs to be fixed or replaced or if it's something we didn't put together right since we already see that your window was not fixed properly....no instead they looked at me like I was annoying them and I do mean them it was about three of them standing hearing what was going on and all three looked at me like I'm being being self centered and not being considerate that they have a couple more people cars that they are working on and told me to bring it back next week..and when he seen I was displeased with his response he quickly said or i can get one my technicians to test drive it see what seems to be the issue.... why wasn't that his 1st response I don't know but do know I was mistreated and shouldn't have been; because even after all that I still didn't give off an attitude and storm out of they're shop, I just said no that's ok I'll bring it back next week...I will not evwr bring my car back because see they got a problem me for whatever reason it makes me feel very uncertain in my future and question should I put any effort into having anything in life...well at least that's how they want me to feel. Because even on my way walking out the the door one of them said have a good day big money.. rubbing in the fact they know i feel jipped and handled incorrectly.

I had my vehicles serviced there a few times. I came and the manger is different . I get an oil change, tired rotation and fuel flush as well as the inspection. Told me I needed tires when I just bought four less than a year ago. Told me I needed an alignment when I got one two weeks ago. They never drove my car afterwards! I get my car and the transmission light comes on with another light. They tell me to bring it back out which I did! I had to pull over three times because it was running hot. I get there for them to tell me to take it too the dealership. I finally took it to a real mechanic and was told nothing was done except the oil and that wasn’t right. They never rotated my tires or any of the other things I paid. My two imports will never see that building again. I’m gonna post on all my social media site. I ask them for the regional manager name and number and was only given the name. Tragic!

I have been a customer of GoodYear for over 20 years. Howard Snell-Blanchard has always taken care of my automobiles and insured that they were always road ready. I followed Howard from South Dekalb mall to LaVista Rd. and very recently back to South DeKalb. Ladies get to know Howard and talk to him about taking care of your auto, you will not be disappointed. My issues are not with the service but the difference in the way the South DeKalb store and the LaVista Rd store looks. It would be wonderful to have the ceiling tiles, floors, and doors look the same as LaVista Road looks.

Kinda had got in my feelings about having an oil leak but the workers are diligent. They offer the best service that is recommended for your truck/car and do full inspections on your vehicle. If you’re looking to come to Goodyear on Candler Road talk to Howard.

This location has serviced al of my and my daughters’ vehicles. They always have Wonderful customer service from the usual crew but this time assisted by Howard , Kwane, and Honey (i think i have her name right). Full set of suggestions and priorities with no pressure for unnecessary services. Location seems to be fully staffed again so turnaround times are good as well. Many thanks.
