Made an appointment online and they called me To tell me that the online appointments were not working in the right way so that I need to reschedule for next week, when I asked to reschedule the hang up the phone. I called again and they hang up again. Terrible customer service.

Went in because I had a flat tire and ended up having to buy new tires. Upon return of my vehicle they left whatever sticky lubricant/glue they use to place the tires all over my tires and rims. I still had to physically wipe down my rims after taking it to the car wash and noticed parts of my rims were scratched. Careless and sloppy. I would not recommend.

Five stars is not nearly enough. We got here pre-7am to get a tire patched — long story short, we needed a full new set and not only did they prioritize us (knowing we needed to get back on the road), but were pleasant, friendly and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. Told us the car would be ready by 6pm and we were planning to leave the next morning. Car was dropped off at 3pm and we received no call. After calling multiple times, they were closed now. They had the car done at 5:30 but failed to call the correct number on file. They typed the number in wrong and held our car hostage until they opened the following day. No discount and no apologizes for them calling the incorrect number and failing to double check they dialed it correctly. Number was correct in the system.

Lies about open hours says they close at 7pm but sends you the message at 6:30pm about them being closed the business needs to be shut down

We came into Goodyear absolutely defeated after a 3am flat tire at the beginning of our long road trip out of Denver (which we assumed only needed a patch). They helped us promptly at 7am, checked the tire, and showed us that the damage was more extensive. They explained options for new tires, were super helpful, + quickly got started on our new tires. On the road by 8:30am. Their thorough work may have been the difference in preventing more tire problems along the long drive & we feel so much more confident in making the 30 hour trip. Thanks friends :)

Whatever u do please stay far away from this Goodyear store It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any tire place in my life I went in there today to get 2 new tires for my SUV and made it clear to the employee there I only needed 2 at that time and would be back for another 2 tires in a couple weeks and he would did not like that at all kept pushing for 4 and said oh well we will check the tires so he quotes me various tires and prices I chose 2 tires at a price and leave my SUV there to have them do the work and almost 2 hrs later they call and tell me they don’t have those 2 tires but they do have these tires that are basically one step above the tires I had chosen for the same price BUT the catch/scam was I needed to buy 4 tires and absolutely they would not sell me just 2 at any price only 4 which was a lie so I come back and decided well I just will buy them I guess cause I needed it for work ASAP and don’t have a lot of free time to get this work done and my Dad and I pull up to pay them and have them start on the work and they start harassing me and threatening me and my dad in the parking lot 2 employees and accusing me of not being a customer and not having a car that was waiting to be worked on and completely were racially profiled me and my Dad and when I came in and they saw that I actually had a vehicle there they continued to be combative and unprofessional and unwilling to help or answer anything the employee Leo was by far the worst In the whole place he was very aggressive and combative and very unprofessional it’s really a shock to see that people like that actually get hired on but here I guess anything goes I’ve actually been a Loyal Customer of Goodyear Tire and Service for over 6 yrs and that was the first time I’ve been to that location and based off that one visit I will never be at a Goodyear Tire and Service ever again I was absolutely shocked at the way this place and its employees conducted themselves and the lack of professionalism it would be beneficial for you guys to do better training with ur employees and I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE !!

My car had a flat tire and I live very close to the store. I stopped by and asked them to check the tire. The person working there told me they don’t have the tool to check the car!!! They also said the earliest they can fix the car would be in two weeks or so!!! Just imagine a Goodyear shop does not have the tool to check a flat tire! I end up going to a discount tire on Colfax and they changed the tire with zero charges!!!

Talked to a guy there, explained to him that I was stranded downtown. Said they couldn’t fix a single flat tire for several days. Even after explaining that I was stranded, he said “best of luck.“

We have one flat tire. All of the tires were purchased about 1 year ago from this Goodyear. They would not sell us only one tire. They insist that they can only sell 4. What a racket. Do not go here unless you want to buy 4 tires.

so I have a lyft car that I’m renting and I’m told to go to Goodyear cause I have a nail in my tire it’s Thursday and they’re telling me I can’t get fixed until Saturday. How can you have a contract with a company cant do service right away, especially on just a simple tire, I asked to use the bathroom and they said no rooms. I’m never back. Lyft should’ve made a deal with discount tire love them.

Do not go here. Dropped off car early in the morning to patch a flat. Returned 30 minutes before closing time, with no call. Said they could not repair tire. The car needed a new one and it could not travel far on the donut. We asked how much it would be and they said they could not sale us just one tire we would need to buy 4 new tires. We asked for more options. They said the only thing they could do is sale us 4 new tires and it would be ready around 2 tomorrow. We will be going some where else.

This is the ONLY shop i trust my vehicle with. Dan and Stan are knowledgeable and honest people. You can not trust any other shop in the entire state more than you can trust these guys.

I came in in person and they told me i made the wrong appointment, they needed to call my dealership and ask about pricing for the part they needed. Scheduled me for an appointment next week and said they would call me with pricing. Never called me back, when i call them they claimed they have no record of an appointment - no estimate and basically made no effort to help me. Extremely disorganize and clearly unhelpful. Thanks for wasting my time!

I've been using this Goodyear location for the past two years mainly due to the incredible help from Stan with my unique situation. However, my recent visit left me disappointed. April, the assistant manager I dealt with seemed more like a robot – her answers were cold and unhelpful. Despite the kindness of the rest of the staff, she repeatedly wanted to turn me away for asking questions. I even asked to speak to the manager, but she refused and maintained her unhelpful demeanor. Despite this, I still booked my appointment. Hoping this feedback can reach the manager's attention for improvement.

These guys are so afraid of being sued I come in there after getting out of the hospital for half of my foot being amputated my lug nuts are loose I couldn't even get these guys to tighten up the lug nuts what a bunch of jerks don't go here

Daniel, the service manager, was fantastic. Although the store was extremely busy Daniel got me scheduled the next day for new tires. And… when I came to drop off my car this morning he said he could add an oil change and a ride share inspection. He was kind, professional, and very helpful. I’m definitely coming back.

Dropped off a punctured tire here before 8:30a, got "we should be able to patch this." Received a call after 5p that day stating puncture too severe, only option is to buy 4 new tires. Took the tire to my local garage and they patched it with no problem in under an hour. I'll leave it to the reader to interpret what happened, but I will never go back here with my business.

I had recently purchased tires from one of Goodyear's competitors, Discount Tire Co., and had them for less than a year, but it appears I did not have a warranty for any of the tires. I took my Range Rover into this Goodyear and Stan was phenomenal! He reviewed my car, the thread of my tire and because it was in such good condition he provided me a warranty for the tire I received at no charge. 10/10! Would recommend this to everyone!

My blonde wife went to Goodyear and was quoted $12.00 for a flat repair. I took the vehicle in and was quoted $25.00. When the guy at the front called back, he said it would cost 150.00 for a tps sensor replacement. He didn't even offer a stem replacement without the sensor. Went to Les Swab ( who I highly recommend!!! ) on Federal, and they gave me a full synthetic oil change ( for an SUV) and a stem replacement for $106.00. I recommend Les Swab over Goodyear, hands down!!!

They were crazy busy when I drove my car in with a leaky tire. I desperately needed my car for an airport run the next day and Dan Baughn somehow fit me in. Voila! Tire fixed! Thank you so much.

This place is really lacking in customer service. I asked if I could borrow a tool that costs a dollar. I would've returned it as well but they couldn't do that and were in fact quite rude with they're response. A real low life place to have work done if you ask me.

no matter how chaotic and busy his day, Stan always manages to get the job done with a smile. I’ve been a customer of Stan for years and have always been satisfied with the service. keep it up!
