Okay. So I went in last week, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, to get a vehicle inspection. This took over an hour, and they left me with a blank receipt. I didn't have a few more hours to wait for servicing, so I left. They told me they would give me a call back with the itemized quote. They did not. I called this morning to get that itemized quote. After going into detail about who I was and what I needed, specifically, down to the oil change tune-up, cabin filter, brake replacement, and air filter, I'm on hold for thirty five minutes. When the young man re-enters the conversation, the same person that I talked to thirty-five minutes ago asks me what I need. I explained to him, "I gave you a detailed summary of all the things that I needed pricing for, and he gave me some excuse about how people new customers have walked in." Needless to say, this establishment is overwhelmingly, unacceptably unprofessional, unorganized, and lacks time management. Save yourself the headache. You're welcome.

Kevin & Douglas were easy to work with and got everything I needed done in less than half an hour. Kevin went above and beyond to fix some issues with my account and Douglas was able to fix a very small issue with my wheel alignment that other shops had overlooked. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

Was having issues with a tire going flat. I'd been seen at another location a couple times about the same tire. Called them and spoke with Jorge about the situation. He went and had his crew even inspect the wheel when they couldn't find the issue with the tire. They found a crack in my wheel. As it was late in the day, he was going to call around the next day to see if he could find a replacement. Unfortunately, the next day, his shop ended up without power and was not going to have power for 2 days. He called and let me know as well as what to search for to get my wheel replaced elsewhere. While my issue want able to be fixed due to their power outage, I really appreciated their help and willingness to find out what was causing the issue.

I have been coming to this location for years …. I understand changes happen !! I always received the best Coustmor service from Mario and his staff When I came back to buy tires to my surprise he was gone …. The team they had in place was all over the place Telling me I nested back breaks and they were under warranty…. Then they told me it was the front brakes !!!! This Customer service was terrible … I came back today to have my tires rotated and they have a gentleman name Robert That Actually knows what he’s doing … I miss Mario and his staff immensely When it comes to customer service, they were the best. I think you made a terrible justice to the people who we been coming here for years. Thank you Pam

Wanted to leave an excellent review for the manager Alejandro today he went above and beyond our expectations even though it wasn’t his primary store he definitely did an excellent job he is from the lovetta and grant location originally but he has overall great customer service definitely recommend y’all ask for him if you need services done on your vehicle!!! Fast and efficient service 10 stars !!!!

My wife and I were in town from Dallas visiting family and had un expected brake issues. Went to 2 dealerships that ciuld not get us in for a week so we set an appointment for Tuesday 9.3 at the N. Eldridge Prkwy location. Marios was very understanding and sympathetic to us being from out of town but was also up front with me in that he would do his best to get it done today if possible depending on parts and availability after inspection. Much to my surprise that by noon Marios calling me letting me know Tk got it in and inspected. Mario went to bat for me as the original ticket from the dealer said I had a 250 deductible and before I could call the dealer Mario was calling me back letting me know he got them to approve it so no out of pocket expenses on us. By 3:30 we got a call and the car was getting wrapped up we could come pick it up which was such a big releaf. Again knowing we were from out of town this team really went the extra mile and turned a not so pleasant situation to a very managable and worry free experience. In the end we were able to chalk this up as a positive in that we were able to spend an extra day with our grandkids. Thank You Mario and your team so much for taking care of us it is much appreciated. You can best believe I will have my kids visit your shop.

Phone etiquette sucks. I get that people have long days and answering the phone gets tedious, but that’s not an excuse to half ass a phone call when I have a question. To the man on the phone that got an attitude because I need to confirm service for my work vehicle and you couldn’t use active listening, have a better day sassy pants.

Torhaile Bownes worked on my truck today. This young man was respectful, knowledgeable and had the best attitude. Was busy the whole time working on my truck while also supervising other workers to make sure things were being done right. And he had a smile on his face the whole time. Bald white guy, because he never gave his name to start with, was rude and mean. After telling me to never come back for calling him out on his flaws I am forced to go to another goodyear across town. Unbelievable...pls do something about this guy so I can feel welcomed going to this location again.

I used to enjoy coming here because they were fast and on point. Now when you come, they always seem to have an attitude. I called asking about a state inspection and was told they are only done Tuesday through Saturday. I am here on a Saturday just for them to say they are unable to perform State inspections because they lost their inspector 2 weeks ago. The guy working today at 8am had a complete attitude when he seen people were forming a line to get a service done. Ridiculous

I came into your store on Saturday, May 25, right before closing. I came to replace one of my tires that was bald, due to the alignment being off. I told the front desk personnel inadvertently that it was the right front tire that needed a replaced, when in fact, it was actually the left front tire that was bald along the inside of the wheel. After having the work done, I drove off. My truck needs a front alignment, so I didn’t want to drive very long this week before having it done this Saturday. So on Friday, May 31, I looked at my tire to see if there was any wear and tear and realized that the tire had never been replaced. Upon further inspection, I realized they had replaced the front right tire. Now, I don’t know if I told him that was the tire that needed to be replaced, but I would’ve assumed that they would’ve looked at that tire and realized it was in good condition. I also think they would’ve looked at the front left tire and realized that was the one that was bald on the inside and needed to be replaced. I’m also disappointed that the front desk personnel that day didn’t go out and look at my tires before having the work done. At Discount Tire, where I’m currently having this tire replaced, said they make it a habit and required to go out and look at every vehicle , regardless if there is a whole parking lot full of vehicles or just one. As a result, I’m out $250 for something that didn’t need to be replaced. The front desk personnel stated manpower was an issue, but that isn’t an excuse. Someone could have gone out and looked at my vehicle while somebody watched the front desk. Thank you discount tire for all you do.

Inside sales staff Mario I believe very good. He listens to our complaints with car and fixes them. Very knowledgeable and pricing was good. Also way to go for handling people coming in with an attitude. Several people showed up wanting to get full service in front of others. Mario kept his cool, and the people waited.

Mario has very good customer service, he made my day happy….. he greeted me when I walked in, I purchased tires in a Goodyear store in Louisiana and now live in Houston ….. had a road hazard and he gladly took care of me…. I will be coming here from now on, great customer service!

This was my first time ordering tires on-line and having them delivered to the facility. As a member of USAA, I decided to take advantage of this service as well as discount on tires. I arrived for my appointment and Mr. Mario, representative was very courteous and forthcoming. Mario kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle and offered a refreshment. I will definitely return to this Goodyear because of Mr. Mario and the service.

Have been coming to this Goodyear for almost 3 years now. They know us when we walk in the door. Always friendly, efficient and honest. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need or want. Would never take our two vehicles anywhere else for service or tires. If I could give them a rating of 10 or higher I would. Manager and whole staff are awesome!!

Took forever to great me....then Dropping your vehicle off or 2 hours for an oil change is unheard of. Hire more help or be more efficient. Especially when there are literal drive-in and sit in your car, 15-minute oil change places.

We had a great experience at this Goodyear location today. Walk-in service for new tires and we were out within an hour. Keith was very friendly and provided a great customer experience.
