I had set an appointment online and they called and said there were too many cars at that time and asked if I could reschedule…. I did. Today I was supposed to go in and something told me to call and check.. it’s the same thing. I was told I can leave my car there all day then it could be done. I can’t. That’s so wrong… why reschedule and tell me I can’t do it that day either! I’m disappointed. Please get it together

Easy to make appointments and all staff are very helpful! Came in for oil change and they gave me a lot of advice on other things to help out with my car.

Roll Mobile service unit was very professional, courteous and prompt. In the future will use the Roll Mobile service as it was very convenient and timely. Plus it’s nice to see the work in action rather than driving to a brick and mortar store and play the blind wait game in the lounge. If Goodyear would properly market this Roll Mobile, they definitely would dominate the RV travel trailer market as owner word of mouth recommends predominantly the Endurance tire model. 2023 Legend 203RKLE new Goodyear Endurance tires installed on tpms (temperature and pressure) sensored rims by Goodyear Mobile Roll service unit. Fresh high pressure valve stems too, service tech said oem stem on at least one wheel was about to fail/end of life. Tested TPMS sensors after install vs Roll Unit’s air digital pressure gauge (integer lb) (tenths of a lb) and after a few sampling minutes all synched/matching at expected pressure. Also replaced spare tire. Total time 5 tires 2 hours. Highly recommend Goodyear Mobile Roll service for convenience and professionalism. Answered all my questions and allowed me to watch. Definitely will do it again.

Been going to Goodyear since they were located in Greenwood then they moved and we moved with them! Love CJ and Fermin. They go into details about what needs to be done and no bsing around. You guys are awesome!

They upsell you and lie to you about what you've booked. I booked a sit and wait while a free consultation was completed on my vehicle. The individual at the desk then told me I had to pay a minimum of $25 for a brake check. I told him I was not paying and I just wanted the free consultation. He told me that there was no consultation. I then showed him the email stating what I had signed up for and he said "okay, there is a consultation, but it's the discussion you and I are having right now." I asked him why after the person would be looking at my vehicle they would not have a discussion with me for a consultation about what they saw, and he said that's diagnostics and I'd have to pay more. I just wanted to get a check-in to make sure my vehicle was okay because it's a hybrid and I haven't had to replace my brakes since I bought it (I'm at 143k miles), which is common with my vehicle. The brakes also aren't making any sounds. I told him one of my tires makes a noise, but I just wanted my car looked at. So if my tire is something I suggested as a concern that I wasn't worried about, why would the charge be for the brakes? I'm from a state that requires biyearly inspections so I'm used to having an idea of when my tires need rotated or brakes replaced, etc. He then suggested to me to cancel the appointment. I said as long as it's the free check, I'm already here and took the time off work. He then said okay to keeping the appointment, but I would need to come back in a few hours to pick up my car; fun fact, my appointment I booked online specifically said I would wait. He said I couldn't and that it'd take a while. NEVER will I go here for anything. Disrespectful scam artists 👎🏽

Got a wheel rim bent due to a pothole. They checked it out and put on the spare tire free of charge. Great service and Scott was very professional.

Have been a 10+ year customer of the Castleton location. Corporate Goodyear consolidated locations to Downtown Indianapolis. My experience with them has been sub par. I tried to schedule a tire rotation late April and was told I could only make appointments before 11AM as they prioritize customers who drop cars off in the morning. During my appointment to have wheels rotated. I scheduled an appointment for brake service a few weeks later. To my dismay when I arrived to my appointment today at opening the service manager informed me there was no one working today to complete the service. Was told to come back another day. Why make appointments if you do not intend to keep them.

Goodyear is by far the worst shop in Indiana you could take your vehicle to for any sort of work to be performed. The absolute only reason you should spend your money here, is if you don’t have money and need to finance the work. Save yourself the headache of dealing with subpar technicians and even worse customer service.

Scott (front desk) was friendly & helpful. The service techs completed my work in a reasonable amount of time. Although not quoted ahead of time, the costs were what I expected. The waiting area & customer restroom are clean & well-maintained.

I have always been a Good Year customer for years. My closest place was speedway, but it closed, so I had to change stores, they recommended that I come to this store, this is the first time I have come to this store and I can really feel that it is the first bad experience I have had with my date, it was At 9 am. So try to be 15 minutes early I like to be punctual though. I have been here for 5 hours and they have not attended to my car. I must say that the staff is not so friendly and I am really very disappointed in this store. As a customer I think that the staff can be friendly since it is a service they are providing for which they are paid and we do not have to put up with bad attitudes when they make us waste time and patience for 5 hours for an oil change is not fair.

I scheduled an appointment online and the gentleman stated it would be 2hrs or less. After about an hour my vehicle was ready. However, if all of their oil changes come with a tire rotation I’m not sure why my tires were not rotated.

i’ve only really dealt with CJ when going to the store and she’s always kind. i had thought i needed 4 tires replaced and had already paid for it but she let me know i only really needed 2 so i got a refund for the other 2… i feel like other places would just let you replace all 4 tires 🤷🏻‍♀️

Fantastic, diagnosed the problem with my car 15 minutes before my appointment time was scheduled. Completed a 4 hour labor project in 2.5 hours. Car was ready to go at pick up. Won't take my car anywhere else moving forward.

We just stopped in and were treated like absolute ROYALTY by the kindest woman named CJ, who opened the garage and summoned us in with a smile. We had a tire that was low on air, and she brought us in and filled/inspected ALL FOUR tires. Who does that?! Thank you for your selfless display of kindness, CJ. The world needs more of you.

I come here now that Madison is closed. CJ and Freman are absolutely the best I would follow them from store to store if needed. Never had a problem they couldn't fix. GoodYear has been good to me for the past 10+ years

Really bad customer service, they don’t care about your time. They cancel the appointments you make online and reschedule them. I had to go twice because the first time they canceled my appointment. The people working there have a negative attitude and are arrogant, two different guys attended me in different days with bad attitude, just a lady working there is kind, but the rest never recommended. I have an insurance with them that I bought when the were at greenwood. Now I’m not gonna keep that with them. I gonna change to Firestone.

Had a welcoming environment and was able to get my tire fixed very quick. Was able to sit on the study desks and enjoy my online class with no issues. CJ at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

I have taken two of my vehicles to this location over the years. The employees are always friendly and help me get the best deal for what my car needs (new brakes, tire replacement, leaks, etc). Overall great communication and prices, I’ll continue going back.

I’ve been getting tires and basic maintenance performed here for over 10 years through three different vehicles. This week CJ went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road as quick as possible. She worked through some issues we had with finding the right tires and matching up a previous replacement. Thanks again for all of your help.

Saved me big time last Friday (4-28-23) when I was in from out of town for a wedding. Brakes gave out! Got car there at noon. They called at 3 with quote for new pads and rotors. Car was fixed by 5 pm (for a reasonable price!) and drove us 4 hours home safely Saturday, Dustin Honeycutt Service Manager was terrific throughout the whole process. Can’t thank them all enough!

I was on a day trip to Indy with my 2 kiddos traveling from Evansville and my brake fluid light came on. I stopped in and Fermin took amazing care of me. He walked right out to my car and checked it over and filled up the brake fluid right away and even spoiled my kids with candy 😊 Thank you so much again Fermin for taking prompt and amazing care of us!! Your kindness will not be forgotten!!

Very unimpressed. I usually use Firestone for my oil changes downtown, but I thought I'd give Goodyear a try; I made a reservation online for first thing the next morning, but the guy at the counter when I arrived told me that didn't mean anything and they might not be able to get my car in that day at all. After checking his computer for a few minutes he decided that he could indeed fit me in, but it would be several hours after my scheduled time. I left the vehicle there, against my better judgement. The oil change wasn't finished until several hours after the promised time (which was, as noted above, already several hours after the time I had reserved). When I got back into my vehicle I discovered that the battery had been disconnected for some reason, resetting the electrical system. The steering wheel was also visibly dirty and grimy to the touch. But the worst part came the next day, when the oil light came on unexpectedly. I checked the oil levels and discovered that they had underfilled it by almost two quarts! There was no evidence of a leak in my garage, and no evidence of burning oil in my exhaust. If I'm going to have to finish the job for you, I doubt I'll be back. Firestone, only a block or two away, respects reservations, gets it done faster, and actually finishes the job.
