Make sure to verify and check your tire pressure before departing. With getting New tires you would think they would ensure the tire pressure were correct. I had two overinflated tires.

Time is money!!! I have lived in the USA for 18 months. And this is the only place where I have encountered such bad service. I came to change the battery and replace the engine oil. They said that they would start work in 1 hour. However, after 2 hours, the work had not started. When I asked when they would start work, no one gave an answer. I went to another place where they changed everything for me within 30 minutes. Don't go there. There are many other places nearby where you will be served quickly and efficiently.

We were on the second hour of a 10-hour day of driving and our check engine light came on; car was juddering and vibrating a ton. We had two angry cats in the back and our day was shaping up to be a disaster. We pulled into some random tire shop who could not help us; they suggested we go to this place (tbh we didn’t know Goodyear did anything beyond tires). We headed to there and that was the beginning of the day getting back on track. The front desk guy was kind and helpful. One of the guys in the back saw the cats and played with them, which made my fiancé feel a little better about the day. They figured out what was wrong with the car, advised us what to do, resolved the issue, and we were on our way. This whole situation could have been a nightmare and they could have taken advantage of us because we were desperate. Instead, they were kind and helpful. The three guys we interacted with were amazing—front desk guy, guy who said hi to the cats, and the store manager—I wish I could remember their names. I can’t recommend this place enough. Trustworthy and know their stuff. After this experience, my fiance are I are going to go to Goodyear from here on out back in Texas (which is where we live). Huge thanks to this place. Whoever is running it is doing a great job.

Shoutout to Mr.Higginbotham, he was extremely nice & easy to deal. I had some brand new custom 22 inch wheels & tires I needed mounted for a custom lowered truck I’m building, two other neighboring tire shops said they couldn’t mount & balance the wheels & tires & turned my business away. Mr.Higginbotham said he had a very experienced tech who he trusted could mount & balance them no problem.

The guys at this shop are great stopped by with my subaru brz and they got me in and out fast for a tire plug! Definitely recommend coming here if you need a quick patch done!

After waiting for 8 months on a set of wheels from Icon I finally got my set in, I took em to get mounted onto my tacoma with a wild issue, icons interlock system. Most shops I spoke to turned me away because it’s a different and frankly unknown system. These guys took that challenge head on and hooked it up on the tires and got the wheels mounted no problem. Had em for a little more than a month now and love jt. Thanks again guys!

This place rocks! Woke up Saturday am at 10:30 am to try to crank my car only to discover the serpentine belt and tensioner broke on the car I bought literally two days ago. I called them right away and Dylan the store manager got me right in! Tyson up front was my sales Advisor and he was very friendly and informative. Once they got my car into the back on the lift they discovered she also had two broken motor mounts. They got my car in there and serviced and back to me within 4 hours and you could not beat the price at all!! They made the whole process just so easy and painless!! will definitely be back here for my future automotive needs, as well as i'd recommend them to anyone !! To top it off the business and just as clean and well presented as its associates are

I had an urgent problem with my car on my way from south Florida to SC, and this was the only place open on Sunday. Not only did they work with me to get me what I needed to get home, but they picked up and replaced the necessary parts in just a few hours, allowing me to finish my trip.

I went to Goodyear to see if they could give me a different opinion on where my oil leak is coming from. They say it’s the valve cover gaskets and that they need to be replaced so I leave my car with them all the next day 2/24/2024, and went to pick up my car around 530-6 ish just for my engine light to be on and my car still leaking oil. I walk back in and Dylan (the manager) reads my code, to later find out he lied to my face about it. I went to AutoZone less than 24 hours later to have them read it and it says I have a faulty Canister purge valve which Goodyear triggered when they “worked” on my car and decided to lie to me about it. I then call Goodyear the next day/Sunday about getting my warranty info because they decided to not give it to me with my receipt, I wonder why. I call the following Wednesday and ask why I paid $1800 for my car to still be leaking, they said it could be from pressure caused by the repair they just did. I take it in two days later and they now decide to tell me it’s the oil pan gasket and various other things that could be leaking. Clearly they never knew where the leak was coming from. Why wasn’t that found the first time? When Dylan explained this to me I asked “so you guys caused this?” and he says yes and no. The “manager” admitted to ruining my car just to tell me I’d have to pay another $1300 to fix something they just admitted to causing. I asked for a refund because you guys intentionally knew this would happen and decided not to tell me of the warnings and things that could happen if you “repaired”my oil leak. He offered to pay for the part and I pay for the labor which again they are trying to take advantage of someone when we all know the labor is significantly more pricey than the cheap parts they use. It’s really sad you guys take advantage of people and if you guys aren’t capable of fixing car issues other than tires, you really should stop doing “repairs” because now my car is leaking tremendously worse than it was to begin with and now I’m out $1800 and have to waste another weekend getting something fixed that could’ve been done correctly the first time. I should’ve read all the reviews for this place and stayed away because yikes. I spoke with “customer service” and they were an even worse experience than I had getting my car ruined by incompetence. There is NO proof that I was warned you guys could further damage my car. Customer service is taking Dylans word instead of finding written proof because there isn’t any. I hope you guys are happy stealing peoples money and ruining their vehicles. -3 months later and you guys finally admit you were wrong and partially refund me. The leak was found instantly at my new place, so not sure what you guys were looking at when you had my car. Have a nice life ruining more vehicles!

I can’t say enough good things about this Goodyear location. It starts with the management and Dillon is by far the best customer service that I’ve ever encountered in the car industry. From the staff to the techs They treat you like you’re the only customer they have. I want to say thank you to the tech Will, thank you for your above and beyond service. Too much appreciated. If you need service on your vehicle this good your location is where I would go.. They’re the only ones I trust with all my vehicles and all my work trucks. Great job.

Got ripped off at this location by Operator Tyson and Technician Otis. They charged me $624.15 to change my spark plugs (8) on my Toyota Sequoia. They did not change wires as I instructed, just cheap plugs that cost $95.60 in total. They claimed it’s $175 per hour for labor and it took more than two hours to complete. Ladies and Gentleman just google how to change a spark plug on the aforementioned vehicle and tell me that I was not robbed. This event occurred at the Skymarks Drive location in Jacksonville, Florida. They have just lost a repeated customer that will never do any more business with Goodyear. For an experienced technician this job should take about one hour tops since he did not change the wires. Unscrewing eight screws, eight plugs and replacing them by doing the opposite work does not take 2.6 hours. My labor cost in the past was never $175.00 per hour.

I had a blow out on 95 on my way through town and the staff got me a new tire at closing time. They were extremely helpful and fast! They got me back on the road in about 15 minutes.

True professionals!!! I ran into some issues with the shipping of my new Eagle F1 tires. All tires were shipped with the exception of one tire, which was the incorrect size. Dylan worked diligently to get me an extra tire; shipped all the way from California the next day. His tireless efforts and professionalism displayed exceptional customer service. If you're ever on the North side of Jax and require maintenance on your vehicle, I recommend this particular GoodYear. They have a great team lead by a dam good manager! (Dylan)

I took my car in for a piece of plastic hanging off the bottom. They took it in less than two minutes and fixed it at no cost. Excellent service in a timely manner. Shout out to the store manager Dylan and the staff for helping me out.

Have bought two sets of tire for my F250 from the Skymark location the first set no problem. However this second experience was not good. Called and spoke with Christian and made an appointment for a couple of days later. When I arrived a somewhat rude individual ask to help me when I asked for Christian he made a subtle rude face and told Christian I was looking for him. Tires were changed, truck was driven home and parked in the garage for two days. Drove the vehicle the next day and noticed what appeared to be gouging in all four wheels. I called immediately upon noticing this whoever answered the phone said bring it in the next day because Christian and the store manager would be there. I didn’t touch or inspect the wheels any closer. When I got there Christian came out, looked at the wheels and said it was lube I was seeing and the technician should have cleaned it off, he was mostly correct. He went and got a rag and started cleaning the lube off. Once he started removing the lube I saw some scratches on the wheels that were not there prior to this tire replacement. I pointed these out as Christian was wiping the lube away. As this was going on the “manager” showed up, as he walked across the lot Christian called him over. Same guy that was somewhat rude the first day. I tried to explain that the scratches were not there prior, he kept denying that they could have done it saying there machine couldn’t have done it. I explained that I didn’t say the machine did it only that they were not there prior. He kept denying the possibility of it happening there until I got angry enough to raise my voice, which I believe was the goal. In the end he said “don’t holler at me” at which time I thought it best I leave because there would not be any resolution while trying to deal with that particular “manager”. I will never do business with this store again after this interaction.

The manager Dylan is always helpful and efficient. More importantly he is knowledgeable on the services and products Goodyear offers. You know you are dealing with a pro when he helps you. Highly recommend.
