I can’t rave enough about how good the service was and how professional the staff was and how much better the car drove after being with them. Joan, Ken And Joe went above and beyond with their exceptional Customer Service: polite, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and nice people. They were so awesome that they actually gained my trust and believe— me very few car servicing places if any, do that!!

Had a major urgent repair, at least in my book. My motor oil was leaking just two days after I DIY replaced the filter and oil. Got to the location at 12:30 pm and my car was in by 1:00 pm. Turns out the filter gasket had warped and torn! Took a couple hours to get everything buttoned up and topped off, but that’s to be expected with a walk-in. I was only charged for actual labor and left with exactly what I needed. Definitely a reliable shop!

I drive a Smart Fortwo and finding a place to get an oil change in Jacksonville has not been easy. Goodyear came through like an oasis in the desert for me and my tiny car.

If you want somebody to rev your car and “test drive” a car with bad breaks when it’s pouring rain outside! Needing a brake replacement! This is the place. 0 stars do not recommend to anyone.

Dropped off Sequoia for tire rotation. Technician Arletta did a Great job. Put correct air in all tires. Hilary finished paperwork and got me out in a timely fashion. Professional and courteous. Best location. I would recommend .

Getting vehicle maintenance is never fun or cheap unless you can do it yourself and you enjoy it. I had no choice but to seek the service of a shop that offered an array of services because I don't have time to take my car to several shops every week. Eric gave me a reasonable preliminary quote and then once they looked at the car it more than doubled. But it was all reasonable and expected. They gave me every single discount and coupon they could find, which I have to say I appreciate since I didn't know they existed. I'll be using this shop in the future for the time being and appreciate the professionalism, speed, and quality of service.

They totally did a great job and got us in fast as possible and back on the road immediately.... we picked up a screw somewhere while driving and they patched and plugged the tire and it's still going well 2k miles later... we even drove home to PA on that same tire.... Thank you guys so much... Jacksonville is lucky to have your company and it's employees...

I brought my car in for a new radiator and coolant flush. I left with a radiator that wasn’t bolted in,fan that wasn’t bolted in,check engine light, squeaky belts, white smoke out of tailpipe, coolant leaks, and heater doesn’t work anymore.Goodyear had my car for four days. I showed Eric and he replied “it wasn’t like that when we had it” I replied “I haven’t left the lot” then he said you started up the car… Update it’s been over a month with no real answers. Good year said they would call in a week haven’t heard from them. Don’t waste your time calling these guy’s. Call an attorney!!

I came in to get my brake pads replaced, and they ended up replacing the entire rotor without telling me until when I got there. My car only has 45,000 miles so there was no reason to do that. It went from a $250 repair to $500, so I won’t be going back. Only gave them two stars because they patched my tire for free before.

I took my car in on a Sunday morning for a battery issue. Jason took care of me and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Jason got me in fast and patched me good as new. So much better experience than I had with other tire places such as mavis. Plus there open Sunday so that’s a huge win with my busy schedule. So glad to have found my new one stop shop for my vehicles.

OH - WOW!!! On vacay 1200 miles from home and the "oil" light comes ON.....what to do?? ....going HOME -1200 miles and down to 15%...AND it's SUNDAY! ! On the road heading north I / we call GOODYEAR. JASON "THE MAN" answers and we tell him our dilemma. This JASON goes out of his way to "SQUEEZE US IN" early MONDAY A.M. so we can "get 'er done" and be on our way. Greeted Monday by "head honcho" ERIC who respectfully greets us - takes our info / vitals AND right away Service Tech TIMOTHY takes the car and PROMPTLY gets to work. WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE?? We AMERICANS sure do love to complain but this GOODYEAR TEAM - JASON - ERIC - AND TIMOTHY sure do deserve more than praise. JASON-ERIC-TIM: professional-honest- went out of their way - took us right in - got the job done in "OUTSTANDING" fashion and need to be recognized and rewarded by GOODYEAR for making the name "GOODYEAR" SHINE. So I just wanted a quote for an oil change. The guy at the front counter showed me "Good, Great" and all the option on the counter. I asked him if that's for 6quarts? He said I would have to pull up your vehicle and see what it takes. (I know what it takes) So I said okay. Then he asked me if I've been there before. I said, no, just need a price. I should have said out the door price. So then after I gave him my phone #, he asked for my name & address. I asked him, you really need all that for just a quote or price? He says yeah we do. I said, guess you don't want my business. He said okay have a good day. My point is that they do all that for marketing. Don't need marketing. Just need a price. Just cause of this guy, I definitely would not go there. The one guy who looked to be a manager (I could be wrong) looked to be a guy that would want more business. A quite doesn't mean I want your business.

I have been here many times for a Battery also to have tires patched in an an emergency-Tire was leaking so fast it was dangerous. These gentleman served me with friendliness and they earned my future business by their level of professionalism. I observed them treat others the same way. I totally recommend this shop-Thank You!

This area is usually great for as long as Eric is the branch manager. Once in a while, they'll forget to truly tighten the air lids, but forgivable because I don't mind doing the quality control myself on that area. However, I regret my praise on the service advisor Christian. At first, I had praised him for being a nice and cooperative individual despite his high introverted personality. Now, Christian wasn't discreet on how uncaring he can be on the last time I was there. Even Eric was caught off guard on Christian's behavior. I would have thought Christian would be equally understanding as Eric, but now I'm second guessing Christian's true kindness.

Went there today to get replacement wiper blades spoke to the person behind the counter ask them do they do that there they said yes asked about cost gave me that information and then proceeded to ask me if I could drop my car off because there were people with appointments in front of me. I stated just to change my blades? He said yes. I have never has a problem at this location until today will never go back. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to put on new wiper blades. I literally went to another shop and the change them while I waited in my car.

this place is the best. Only auto shop I know that does full diagnostic on many aspects of your car that many shops don’t even address – whether or not you’re getting service in those select areas. When you get your car back from Goodyear, not only is everything fixed superbly, issues and concerns that you should be aware of in other areas of your car have been addressed with you so that you understand completely. Totally recommend this place

Made appointment for next week Saturday to get four new tires but coincidentally I got a nail in my tire that same day. I called over and they had the tires in stock and were able to get me in and out within two hours. Also got my car aligned for a great price and Chris was extremely helpful. Highly recommend coming here for any car repairs. Thank you!
